04/06/2025: A truly enchanting place, immersed in a typically Sicilian atmosphere that conquers from the first moment. The context is relaxing and well-kept, ideal for a regenerating break or a simple dinner. The staff is very kind, attentive and quick in their service, always with a smile. The food? Simply excellent: authentic, well presented and full of flavors as you would expect in Sicily. The busiate alle sarde are highly recommended! An experience definitely worth repeating.

25/05/2025: Run away! A charming restaurant for a disastrous dining experience. Don't get the pizza. I'm attaching a photo of mine, which was very bad. Frozen peas, plasticky sausage and ham, industrial tomato sauce, and dried mushrooms. A disaster! And that's not to mention the completely uncomfortable seats. In short, avoid it.

25/04/2025: The location is nice but the service is terrible. We ordered fresh fish with grilled veg and roast potatoes. The vegetables and the potatoes arrived after half an hour from the time the fish was served. Obviously we ate the fish alone cold without the sides. When we complained with the owner he was extremely rude, saying What can I do ? Of course you can do a lot plan better . They had only one waiter and in the kitchen only one chef , tell me how they can manage. Avoid at all cost

13/05/2025: I remembered the tube from years ago, but evidently the management has changed, fortunately the food hasn't, the dishes are always fresh and well seasoned, generous portions, normal prices, shame about the tables being too far out on the street, food and smog don't go together.

29/05/2025: Really nice restaurant in a cozy gardenlike atmosfere. The staff was very serviceminded and pleasent. We had 3 different pizzas, and without contest the best pizzas we had here in Sicily. Very fair and affordable prices.

28/05/2025: We had a relaxed if stylish evening at Osteria Villa Zuccaro, where the dinner was fabulous. My son had his favourite, the beef fillet, that Nino the chef prepared carefully for him, because of his allergy. My pasta with (big, big) clams was to die for and the swordfish was also very tasty. Nice dessert to end and Silvia who assisted us at the table was lovely, kind and friendly throughout. I wish to be back in Taormina and this restaurant soon. FM

20/05/2025: Tried several times over the years both as a B&B, as a pizzeria and as a trattoria. Beautiful location with a great view, comfortable rooms, abundant breakfast with a great variety of sweet and savory foods, during dinner you have the opportunity to taste delicious pizzas with an excellent dough and well seasoned I recommend the carbonara, the real and the bomb, in addition to many really good and well-priced dishes, in the pool I appreciated the very resistant deckchairs that do not embarrass those who have a certain weight like me☺️, I really recommend this structure maximum availability and kindness and care from all the staff I will continue to go ...

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like part of the family—warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and a sense of pride that radiated from every corner of the property. The rooms were charming, comfortable, and full of character, but the real highlight was the food. Breakfast had almost everything which was homemade, using fresh, homegrown ingredients from their land — such as olives, sundried tomatoes, roasted eggplants and zucchini, olive oil, etc. Each dish a love letter to Sicilian culinary tradition. They also had a feast of bread, cold cuts, cheeses, cookies, and pastries, etc. Every bite was rich in flavor and authenticity. 27/05/2025: Posto fantastico immerso nel verde con una vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Castellammare. Ambiente pulito e curato ed un menù con piatti eccezionali, pesce freschissimo! Personale squisito e qualificato.

21/05/2025: Ho festeggiato qui il mio anniversario, posto molto curato con una vista incantevole che rende l’ambiente elegante e romantico. Abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione, l’antipasto con i caldi di pesce era qualcosa di eccezionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

02/06/2025: The restaurant da Giovanni was truly a great experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, bright with a breathtaking view of the balcony overlooking Isola Bella. The dishes are delicious, with very fresh ingredients, prepared with care. Excellent food quality. Familiar and professional welcome, the staff was friendly, attentive and ready to satisfy any request. Highly recommended.
