26/08/2024: Excellent restaurant, nothing to complain about. The boss and staff are very cheerful and friendly. Prosecco offered on arrival, huge and tasty pizzas, good value for money. Special mention for the Italian ratatouille as an incredible starter!

22/08/2024: Excellent fish starter with welcome aperitif, even the first courses were a pleasant surprise, all very plentiful and of good quality. The service was quick and very kind, also recommending the dishes of the day which were excellent. We will definitely be back!

A truly beautiful and well-kept location, we had dinner in the garden with an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, the service was attentive and courteous, the food was truly delicious, we have already booked to return.

10/08/2024: The Locanda sul Mare in Marausa Lido is an authentic jewel set between the salt pans and windmills of Misiliscemi, Trapani. This restaurant, located on a wooden terrace directly overlooking the sea, offers a gastronomic experience that perfectly combines the beauty of the landscape with the quality of the food. We had the pleasure of tasting spaghetti with clams, a dish that fully reflects the freshness of the local fish, accompanied by a glass of Lavì, a sparkling white wine from the Colomba Bianca winery, which proved to be fresh and light, perfect for the summer atmosphere. The dessert, an almond parfait, was a delicious surprise, embellished with crunchy almonds and melted chocolate. Even though it was the last one available, it was shared with pleasure, closing the meal in a sublime way. Hospitality was another strong point of the experience. The waitress was exceptionally kind and sweet, while the owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered: you pay for what you eat, and every euro spent is justified by the excellent cuisine and the breathtaking view. With the sea of ​​Marausa and the Egadi islands on the horizon, La Locanda sul Mare is destined to become a point of reference for those looking for a place to enjoy excellent food in an enchanting natural setting. I can't wait to go back soon!

20/08/2024: Bad experience... I ordered an assortment of meat, disgusting overcooked meat, a sole... My family ordered a fish dish. The fish wasn't even scaled. One dish didn't even arrive as we neared the end of the meal (see photo). We ordered four starters and only received two. Bad, very bad experience. I hope that at the end, the bill will not include the unserved main course and the two unserved starters.

20/08/2024: Very authentic restaurant with a big selection of food. Service was impeccable and prices are very reasonable. Overall this was a very enjoyable dinner and we highly recommend people to visit this place. Will surely be back.

12/08/2024: If you are in Castellammare del Golfo you cannot miss trying the Tonnara, a very nice and refined place on the port. The owner has a fish shop so needless to say, the fish is super fresh. The dishes are really good, the fish is really good. We took a trio of tartare, one better than the other (the prawn one was my favourite) and a hot mix consisting of a swordfish roll, tuna meatballs and beccafino sardines. The linguine with clams and the busiana trizzana are really good and light. To finish, a really light and tasty mixed fried fish. The final Cassatella is a unique delicacy. Almost all Sicilian wine cellar, with very good staff who will advise you. All the staff super friendly and welcoming. Super recommended.

31/03/2024: A nice restaurant discovered by chance, little advertised. Refined cuisine, excellent combination of products from our land. In the minimally furnished room there is a welcoming atmosphere and furnished with beautiful canvases of various sizes painted by the owner. The service is impeccable and all in the center of our city. I forgot it has a decent cellar of Italian and foreign wines and the dessert is impeccable. I invite you to go.

14/07/2024: Nice local restaurant in Catania. Good fish and sea food dishes. The menu was not that large, and the communication with the staff and the way they brought the bill was, let's say, funny.
