24/06/2025: My first time at this resort was last year in July. I fell in love right away. Apart from the peace of mind, the staff, the fantastic food, the waiters, the cleaning ladies and everything else is wonderful and exceptional. Then the sea view is wonderful. I am completely in love and the second year I have returned I could not do without it. 🥰🥰🥰

01/07/2025: Worst appetisers in Italy...a few potato chips and dry bread!

01/07/2025: Overpriced and smaller than general portions. Taormina in general is expensive, so it's no surprise really. Service was kind, but a bit slow. The meat was called entrecote, but doesn't resemble the cut as it's known in other countries. The fried vegetables were cold. The house wine was way overpriced for the quality served. Can't recommend, but we at least finished the food.

04/07/2025: Food was fine. Service wasn't great - left waiting for ages and felt forgotten and like we were an inconvenience, even as the place wasn't particularly busy. Maybe we caught them on a bad day.

22/06/2025: The food was very good: both the caponata and the pasta dish were tasty and well-prepared, with authentic flavors that I really appreciated. However, the overall experience was penalized by the overly rushed service. Every time I took a break to rest between bites, the plate was practically taken from under my nose, giving the distinct impression that they wanted to clear the table as quickly as possible. A real shame, because with a more attentive service to the customer's time, it would have been a very pleasant dinner.

12/07/2025: Absolutely lovely seafood restaurant, highly recommend. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was exceptional and reasonably priced. The seafood linguine was particularly delicious. A huge thank you and we will certainly be back. 10 out of 10.

14/07/2025: A lovely, quiet place, a bit small but well-decorated and functional. You don't feel the pressure of the next table, but there's plenty of room; it's best to call and reserve. The service is impeccable, and the owner gives a thorough overview of the food, helping you appreciate the range, from its production or provenance to its preparation. The food is truly good, and for those who aren't big eaters, the seafood appetizer might be enough to leave satisfied. I also enjoyed the mixed fried fish, which was perfect and without the strong smell of fried food, which means using good oil and changing it often. Go and review it.

26/06/2025: Excellent quality, excellent, fast service, special dishes. The lasagna and spaghetti bolognese were divine. We also had mussels in two flavors and grilled tuna. We will come back here, the food is heavenly. It is not by chance that there is a queue to get in.

09/06/2025: Ho scoperto questo ristorante tramite THE FORK e devo dire che sono rimasta contenta. Ristorante situato all' interno dell' hotel , piccolo ed accogliente. Servizio ben curato , camerieri simpatici e molto professionali. La cucina è classica non posso dire "WOW" ma tutto molto buono .

30/06/2025: Great view and atmosphere. Everything they served to our table was perfect, except the local desert (Cassata). Get another one, if you go for a desert!

05/07/2025: Located inside the enchanting Castello di San Marco, Giardino di Pietra restaurant offers an elegant atmosphere, attentive staff, and exquisitely crafted dishes, both in taste and presentation. The baccalà with mint ice cream; Shrimp tartare and the red snapper crusted with cuttlefish ink, served in a clam and saffron reduction, deliver a refined and intriguing balance of flavors. The highlight of the evening was the Pluma pork, accompanied by a garnish of sea urchin and other delicate elements an absolute must try delicacy. To finish, a Sicilian herbal liqueur served with star anise and rose petals provided a truly unforgettable ending. Definitely, I will back!

05/07/2025: Location that could be truly enchanting. The garden has truly unexpressed potential, as does the structure. It's a shame to see that there is no overall vision. Waiters wandering around confused with dishes in hand... they would compulsively approach and then leave... music (radio station with lots of advertising) in the ears... food of truly dubious quality. Dishes arranged with little understandable combinations (mint in the pasta and in the caponata... oh well...). The caponata cold from the fridge with two mint leaves on top... all in a stew of oil, as well as the pasta (fish, cherry tomatoes and here too... mint!!!). The wine? A grillo... in Sicily you can never go wrong with the grillo... it's a shame it was completely Marsala... obviously here they don't even know what tasting is. So for a caponata flavored with mint, a mint pasta, two glasses of Marsala wine and a water (this one is good)... all this for just under 40 euros... I'll leave the evaluations to you...

08/07/2025: We stopped to grab a quick bite before heading home, we had a mixed fried fish appetizer, and a second course each, a stuffed squid baked in the oven and a squid roasted on the spot, two bottles of water and the cost was really convenient only €25 for both. The possibility of choosing the fish you want cooked is a great opportunity, but even the ready-made one can see and feel that it is very fresh, the place has a table with seats inside and outside. I had always heard about it but had never managed to go, from now on it will be added to my itinerary. I recommend it yes yes yes!

09/07/2025: This evening we had dinner at this restaurant in Paceco, I must say that we were satisfied, excellent food, average prices, an experience to be repeated.

16/06/2025: Excellent food. Impeccable service. The two waitresses were very professional and also very friendly. Very nice setting, both on the terrace and inside. We actually went back a second time.
