The pasta with sardines is fantastic, the swordfish rolls are delicious, and the caponata is excellent. Tony is a great guy; we were welcomed and pampered throughout the dinner. 😍Thanks from Christian, Francesca, and Lucrezia from Taranto. A special thank you from Lucrezia for the freshly made panelle and the fantastic offerings from Tony. 🥰 And I forgot, you absolutely must try the sardine meatballs. 🤪

06/04/2026: I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Tocco D'oro restaurant, led by chef Riccardo Cilia. Culinary identity and a deep connection to the local area, with a menu deeply rooted in Sicilian roots, with a touch of innovation and freshness, yet never banal. I had the pleasure of dining with my partner, enjoying a seven-course tasting menu chosen by the chef. A 100% positive experience, I highly recommend it. Excellent cuisine, courteous and attentive service. A special mention goes to the calamari alla amatriciana. I had a great time, and we'll be back.

22/03/2026: Everything was perfect: an elegant restaurant, impeccable service, evidently high-quality ingredients (fish), top-notch preparation, and a superb dessert finale. Update: Tocco d'Oro is now part of the history of Comiso's restaurant scene. The restaurant's vitality, meticulous attention to detail in selecting ingredients, and superb service are guaranteed by the renowned passion of its leader and founder, and by a well-established tradition, now revived by the young "heir" Riccardo Cilia. You can sense the renewal, but without any upheavals. The pizzas, for example, are undeniable. The standard of the rich selection of desserts has been confirmed. I won't dwell on the quality of the rest, which has remained unchanged over the decades.

13/10/2025: The food is very, very good. Alessandro is an excellent host. The dishes are good, well-cooked. The price is in line with the 2025 costs. It's not cheap, but it's fair. You don't feel ripped off when you leave, in fact, you think, "I ate well and enjoyed the fish dishes..."

12/10/2025: A truly exceptional place where intimacy and serenity are guaranteed by the limited seating, which also ensures high-quality service, kitchen management, and raw ingredients. All the fish is super fresh, and the entire staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional. A delicious, high-quality menu is "decanted" by the owner directly at the table, at the right price considering we're talking about fish caught practically in front of us, but with flavors that truly deserve a solid 10! The mussels are excellent, but in general everything we ate was delicious and beautifully presented. 👌🏼 We'll definitely be back.

22/02/2026: We got married in Lipari on October 4th. It was an intimate civil ceremony, with 25 guests in total. Following an excellent lunch and some excellent reviews, we chose Sangre Rojo restaurant for our celebration. Nunzia guided us through the lunch menu and table settings, respecting our desire for simplicity and suggesting what she felt would be appropriate, but also gently and firmly advising us against what she deemed unsuitable. The lunch went very well, and we won't waste time raving about the raw antipasti, the octopus and bean soup, the busiate pasta with anchovies and fennel, and the citrus-stuffed calamari, because they simply have to be tried (no more fuss). A special mention, however, goes to the panna cotta with freshly picked figs, which overcame the feeling of satiety in all (all!) of our guests. The view, with the Lipari coast stretching into the blue sea, did the rest. A huge thank you to Nunzia, her family, and all the staff for their kindness and professionalism! Highly recommended! 30/01/2026: I've been to dinner several times, accompanying guests from the boat I worked on... the restaurant is worth it in every way... the view, the welcome, the professional, attentive, and friendly service... the carefully prepared dishes of an innovative cuisine that still maintains Aeolian and Sicilian traditions... the well-stocked wine cellar. You can also start the evening by booking an aperitif while admiring a spectacular sunset. The guests were enthusiastic and satisfied. We warmly thank all the staff who made our evenings relaxing and, above all, cheerful, always capable of providing a smile. PS: Book in advance... it's a very popular place.

26/04/2026: This trattoria was a real discovery! The atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly. The ravioli were simply exceptional: fresh pasta, a flavorful, and perfectly balanced filling. The tagliatelle with shrimp and pistachios was the dish that won us over: creamy, fragrant, and a truly original and successful combination. The fried fish was crispy and light, not at all greasy, with the freshest ingredients you could taste in every bite. The service was attentive and friendly, always smiling and ready to recommend the best on the menu. A trattoria that flawlessly combines tradition and creativity. We'll definitely be back!

23/04/2026: A little noisy, typical of the nation but uniquely deliciously prepared food. Service at a level for a neighborhood establishment. It is not a tourist destination but a place for lunch for locals. I recommend the eggplant appetizer for people who love vegetables. Everything we ate was excellent.

30/03/2026: We got a table without a reservation shortly after 6 pm. The service was incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. You can park in front of the restaurant for a small fee. There are also free parking spaces further ahead.

09/04/2026: It was a sunny day, perfect for a lunch in excellent company in a quiet spot by the sea. The welcome was nothing to complain about; EnzaMaria's kindness and warm smile truly made you want to stay and eat. Although it was a bit confusing, they quickly found us a table for two, already cleaned and set. We didn't miss the opportunity to order pizza for lunch, an excellent arugula and a delicious busiate pasta dish, with a pistachio and shrimp cream, served with a gin and tonic and a glass of sparkling wine. It was a spectacular lunch; the pizza was soft and well-seasoned, while the busiate dish was overflowing with cream and pasta—it's not your typical small portion! Exceptional service; the waitress who looked after us seemed well-versed in both the menu and the wines, and she recommended the best, patiently and kindly. The bill was well-deserved for the quality and service. We'll definitely be back for a relaxing lunch under the sun!
