06/05/2025: Pizzeria all'aperto nel centro di Taormina. Possibilità di scegliere tra molte varianti di pizza, dalle classiche alle gourmet guarnite con prodotti di qualità e buoni. Si viene subito accolti da un aperitivo di benvenuto e, in alcune sere, da gruppi di musica tradizionale. Personale disponibile e gentile.

22/04/2025: Die Küche hat ihre Highlights (Lamm) und ihre Lowlights (kalter Fisch serviert). Das Service ist bemüht, kommt aber nicht wirklich über einen mittleren Standard hinaus. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Atmosphäre. Man sitzt in einem in die Jahre gekommenen Wintergarten und das Lokal wirkt kalt. Hier scheinen auch nur Touristen zu speisen und keine Einheimischen, was wir in Italien nie als gutes Zeichen erlebt haben.

14/04/2025: Cenamos aquí por mi cumpleaños y tuvimos una noche muy encantadora. Las mesas de la pequeña terraza de la azotea están en un lugar muy romántico, con la cumbre del Monte Etna justo visible sobre los antiguos tejados. Fuimos muy bien atendidos por el personal y las opciones de comida y vino fueron algunos de los mejores que probamos en Taormina.

28/08/2025: Unfortunately, it was a negative experience. And an unpleasant one. We tried the restaurant with high expectations, but we knew right from the start that the evening wasn't going to go smoothly. In fact, we waited about 20-30 minutes before ordering, since only the lady takes orders, while the other three waiters simply serve. The service, when it came time to order, wasn't impeccable either: we asked for paccheri instead of busiate (with seafood), but it was impossible to make the change because it would have been a problem for the chef, as the lady mentioned. The dishes arrived: there was little to complain about the busiate with Trapanese pesto and the spaghetti del corsaro. On the contrary, the mussels were really small (some shells were empty) and dry, probably frozen. Furthermore, the seafood was extremely salty. We sent the dish back to the kitchen and another came out, just as salty, but with an added "surprise": a large clam that was completely black inside. The lady tried to justify herself, but in these cases there's little to say. We got up and left: the lady was lenient with the bill, but I think it was the first, and last, time at Grandma's...

Da diversi anni facciamo tappa fissa, a pranzo, per godere della buona cucina di pesce e della accoglienza e cortesia del personale. Variegata la scelta dei piatti, pesce sempre freschissimo e buona cantina di vini. A prestissimo.

17/07/2025: Restaurant located within the Signorino beach in Marsala. We've been a regular lunch stop for several years, enjoying the excellent seafood and the friendly, welcoming staff. The menu offers a varied selection, the fish is always fresh, and the wine list is excellent. See you soon.

15/08/2025: Fresh, excellently cooked fish. The terrace offers a fantastic view of the churches and Piazza Italia. The young, friendly, and knowledgeable wait staff are incredibly helpful.

13/08/2025: We dined on the beautiful terrace overlooking the square. The atmosphere was relaxing, although at the end of the meal we had the impression of being in a restaurant designed specifically to tempt foreign tourists. The service was good; they even let us taste two wines before choosing the one for the evening. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, but the way they're prepared isn't; the presentation is the best. The roasted octopus was good, but the pasta with sardines (which we know well, since we're all Sicilian) was completely saltless and tasteless; we had to order salt to eat it. The other first course, pasta with baby squid, was flavorless. One of us ordered the catch of the day (garfish), and a small plate arrived with four tiny pieces of fish, a few cherry tomatoes, and a few olives, no other side dishes, all for €22. The mini cassata for dessert was average. The quality-price ratio (and quantity) could be improved.

19/08/2025: Really good value for money. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because the pizza seemed a little smaller than at other restaurants. Everything was really good, both the fish, meat, and pizza.

Clean rooms equipped with all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay (most have a splendid sea view and terrace). Friendly and professional staff are available to accommodate all guests' requests. A sweet and savory breakfast buffet is served, including a special mention for the homemade cakes and pies. The property's quiet location allows for a short stroll to the city center and the port. The property also offers a large, tree-lined parking lot for those arriving by car. The restaurant, located just meters from the sea, offers a menu featuring fresh, top-quality seafood (and also includes some meat options) and an extensive wine list.

Mainly thanks to its proximity to the beach. - Service/Facilities: Average, similar to a 1990s restaurant. - Value/Price: Average quality of dishes, with significantly above-average prices (5 swordfish rolls for €25). Unfavorable value!

05/09/2025: Fish-based food, all the dishes we ordered were sweet and sour caramelized, impossible to tell what type of fish it was. Terrible service, served the fish main course before we'd even finished the appetizer. Never again.

14/08/2025: We were in the restaurant, the place was practically empty, 3 tables were occupied. The waiter pointed us to a table where we sat down. When we placed our order, we wanted to order a bottle of wine, the waiter informed us that this wasn’t possible because this is a restaurant and this is where you eat. The waiter refused to accept the order because we only wanted to order a bottle of wine. We are disgusted. Our rating - 1. You have a lot of work to do on the standard of customer service.

14/08/2025: A terrible experience. It starts with the menu, which is sparse, and continues with the dishes. "Delicate seafood salad...": I could have stayed for hours chewing this rubbery substance they'd reduced to the octopus, three shriveled mussels, and three shrimp with an unspeakable taste and texture. The oil is supermarket-quality, but of poor quality. We had it changed, and they opened a new bottle in front of us, but the result was the same. The mixed fried fish is full of peppers and zucchini, and the fish, with the exception of the small fish—the only real fish of the evening—is the calamari, which is so salty and rubbery that it makes no sense! In short, at a Sicilian restaurant with a view, all that's left is the view, and you pay for that with a hefty price tag. It's truly scandalous that tourists, perhaps because it's their first time eating Sicilian food, are forced to eat these things. And unfortunately, those who are inexperienced and unwary don't realize this. We complained on site, but all we got were big smiles. How sad! It's unfair that you're taking advantage of your little corner of paradise to sell these goods prepared this way. We're Sicilians, we're in our sixties, and we know Sicilian cuisine.

21/07/2025: Very fresh fish, congratulations! The pizza was simply amazing, delicious, and everything was delicious! Not to mention the delicate, elegant style of the 1980s! It made you feel right at home. A return to the past, with an eye to the future. Congratulations to the staff! I'll be back!
