The best pasta with sardines I've ever had!! The desserts were incredible and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

The restaurant, meticulously maintained and meticulously maintained, is what you see first. The welcoming staff is the second, and always very important, factor. The most important thing is the food, made with truly fresh ingredients, especially when it comes to seafood, shellfish, and so on. I took advice from the very friendly owner and chose the seafood appetizer (a variety of everything) followed by the lobster linguine. I would have also ordered the tiramisu, but there was no room left; I'll save that for next time. I'll definitely be back, and my compliments to the chef and all the staff.

01/07/2026: I stayed 3 nights in Syracuse.. 3 evenings I had dinner at Varco 23.. wonderful.
26/06/2026: Varco 23 is a wonderful place. We found it on our first day and returned for dinner three nights in a row, trying everything from pizza to pasta, main courses, and side dishes. Everything was fresh, the service was quick and very friendly. Everything was clean, and the view was spectacular.

17/05/2026: What a great discovery in Focene! 🌊🍤 ​We had lunch at the Arcobaleno Beach Resort restaurant in Focene and had a truly enjoyable experience. We opted for an entirely seafood-based menu and were thoroughly satisfied. ​Everything was delicious, starting with the appetizers, which were a perfect start. The real highlight of the day was the scampi cream risotto: simply exquisite, creamy, and perfectly flavorful! ​For first courses, we also tried the spaghetti with clams: perhaps a touch more flavorful than usual, but still absolutely delightful. Among the second courses, if the choice of fish (perhaps a little bland for my taste) didn't completely impress us, the fried fish made up for it: dry, crispy, and delicious! ​Overall, we had a wonderful time: the beach atmosphere, the good food, and the warm welcome make us want to return. Recommended for a relaxing day and excellent seafood on the coast! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
