01/03/2025: Il primo plus del ristorante è quello di essere,praticamente, sulla spiaggia dell'omonimo hotel. Per mangiare potete scegliere dal menù ed avrete una buona esperienza in linea con altri validi ristoranti di pesce milazzesi, oppure potete prenotare per tempo in una serata non di punta e concordare con chef Cafeo (cuoco che ha fatto la storia della ristorazione a Milazzo) un menù a piacere dello chef in base alla disponibilità del giorno. In questo caso avrete un esperienza che nulla ha da invidiare ad un ristorante Michelin. Facciamo così ogni anno con un gruppo di colleghi di lavoro e le foto (tratte da cene diverse) bastano da sole a farsi un'idea del livello di cucina. Siamo già pronti a ritornare alla prossima riapertura, in genere per Pasqua.

29/10/2024: Hotel in an excellent location. Ample parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Classic mixed sweet/sauté breakfast with availability of basic foods and valid alternatives, but with a fairly limited overall choice. Good quality raw material. Excellent restaurant with quality raw materials and refined and tasty preparation. Restaurant room directly on the beach with spectacular views. Private beach accessible and very convenient to use. Rooms on average in good maintenance and cleanliness conditions, free of frills. Daily towel change. The only problem to report is the rather annoying noise from the kitchen hoods in the pre- and post-dinner hours of around 7.30am-10.30pm, especially on one of the sides of the hotel. 30/10/2024: Tuna Fish Tartar , unutulmayacak bir lezzet deneyimiydi, çiğ balığa karşı düşüncelerimi tamamen değiştirdi. Temiz, sade, deniz kenarı bir mekan ve çok lezzetli yemekler. Yolunuz Sicilya’ya düştüğünde burada mutlaka bir akşam yemeği yiyin.

10/02/2025: The location in front of the castle is excellent, in the main square of the town, if you go in the summer you can see the castle and the sea. Typical location with excellent local products. The raw appetizers are very good and of high quality. The spaghetti with squid ink is excellent, but the spaghetti with clams is equally good. In the right period you can also find sea urchins and with its seasoning you can eat an excellent first course. The swordfish cooked in various ways or the catch of the day are very good. Advised

12/11/2024: Fantastic location, especially in the spring summer period where you can enjoy a wonderful view in Piazza Castello. Very fresh fish and cooked to perfection. You have the possibility to personally choose the fish you want to eat from the catch of the day. Salt cooking is highly recommended.

22/01/2025: Tomamos dos clases de cocina aquí, la primera aprendiendo a hacer arancini, y la segunda, aprendiendo a hacer cannolo (el plural de connolos, ¡lo descubrimos! ). Ambos eran maravillosos - - divertido, informativo, entretenido. Los profesores de cocina eran serviciales, amables y hasta la tierra. Muy recomendable (pero venga con hambre, ya que obtendrá un montón de "muestras" para disfrutar!).

23/11/2024: Sono stato a cena con mia moglie in questo meraviglioso ristorante per due sere consecutive, la prima sera, abbiamo mangiato a base di pesce, una pepata di cozze e delle verdure grigliate, poi un primo di troccoli allo scoglio e paccheri a base di pesce, solo a scrivere questa recensione, mi ritorna l'acquilina in bocca ricordando il sapore e il profumo che avevano, la sera successiva sempre a cena, avevamo optato per una pizza, giustamente ordiniamo la pizza ai frutti di mare, spettacolare, un sapore prelibato. Giusto il rapporto qualita' prezzo. Consigliamo vivamente questo ristorante se volete mangiare bene. Michele N.
