26/09/2024: We went to this restaurant with a tour group for pizza making. It is a tiny restaurant with a very friendly and service-oriented team. In all honesty, the pizza making class was pretty uninspired. More like watching one of the pizza cooks make a pizza. There was one opportunity to add your own ingredients to a pizza, but that is not exactly a pizza class. So, the class experience was pretty much a 2 out of 5. So, consider this instead a review of the pizza and restaurant itself. On that measure it was a solid to high 4 out of 5 stars. The quality of the pizza was excellent – crust, sauces, toppings. Service was good, although they seemed to lose interest as time went on, which drops to the 4 stars.

14/05/2025: Non avevamo mai potuto immaginare che in questo piccolo borgo di Taormina per esattezza a Piazza Duomo ci fosse situato questo piccolo ristorante. Decido di salire per vedere se fosse ancora aperto, la fortuna è stata dalla nostra parte.All’ingresso ci accoglie Luca cameriere molto cordiale e simpatico che ci mette subito a nostro agio mostrandoci il menù con tutte le sue prelibatezze e spigandoci tutti i piatti in modo molto semplice e dettagliato.Decidiamo di prendere un antipasto la famosa parmigiana di melanzane, e una caponata alla siciliana in agrodolce qualcosa di veramente speciale.Passiamo ai primi piatti di cui ci vengono consigliati dallo Chef Renato un duetto di tagliatelle all’erbette aromatiche e gnocchi di patate al nero di seppia che dire non ci sono parole per descrivere quanto sia stato fantastico conoscervi e vi ringrazio per la magnifica cena con la quale mi sono veramente assaporato Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Ci rivedremo presto

12/04/2025: Sehr freundliche Bedienung, gutes Sizilianische Küche, top Lage auf einer Terrasse vor dem Dom, ABER: teuer, zu viel verrechnet: Preise auf der Rechnung höher als in der karte, Wasserflasche zu viel auf der Rechnung, in der Karte sind die Getränke nicht beschrieben. Achtung: 0,75ltr Wasser kostet eur 5,-; ein Glas Hauswein rot oder weiß wird mit eur 10,- verrechnet. Vorspeisenteller mit lokalen Fisch: Lachs geräuchert und lachstatare war ebenfalls mit dabei. Lokal?

13/04/2025: Sei giorni a Catania ,e il terzo giorno scopro questa trattoria tipica vicino alla Stazione Centrale di Catania,qui l'atmosfera è quella vera della gioviale Catania sia il pesce che la carne sono cucinati egregiamente, prezzi nella media rapporto qualità/prezzo soddisfacente ,personale gentile e preparato alla seconda volta che vai sei di famiglia .....grazie ci torneremo

13/04/2025: Ieri sera, mi sono recato con degli presso "I Moschettieri ", come spesso mi capita dal lontano 1995, abbiamo ordinato antipasti di mare, molto abbondante con la qualità dei prodotti freschi e molto gustosi, cucinati egregiamente. Abbiamo preso pure un piatto di spaghetti alle vongole e un dolce, tutto buono, cucinato con maestria. Che dire, quando vado da loro so di non sbagliare. I miei amici sono rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. Grazie, come sempre.

01/06/2025: Today paying the cover charge €2.50 for a mediocre place is exaggerated, they speculate too much. A small hot mixed drink for my son €8.00, a 0.50 cl coke €3.00 means that they charge us more than 100%, I don't dare to think about the 1 liter one. The pizza, despite being cooked in a wood oven, didn't smell of anything. Personally, a bad experience. Going out with your wife and son for 2 pizzas and 1 plate of chips in the same town of Castelvetrano costs you almost 40 euros, I prefer to go out.

29/05/2025: The hotel is in a great location in Scopello with incredible views. We stayed here in late May 2025 and it felt weirdly like a ghost town, the entire place was deserted, the entire property is far outdated and most things in our room (and the common areas throughout the hotel) were probably the originals from back in the 60’s? There is so much potential in the location and the building but it desperately needs a revamp. There is A/C in the rooms but this did not work for our stay.

25/05/2025: Stunning hotel in a magnificent location in Scopello. Beautiful and spacious rooms with a breathtaking view of the Faraglioni. The owner Pina is very sweet and kind. Highly recommended hotel if in Scopello.

11/05/2025: Hey guys think twice today I had lunch here with two of us one had the octopus salad and one the spaghetti with clams (8 clams in number) Overcooked and they didn't taste like anything then the 2 fried dishes we never talk about I ate such a bad fried dish with only 11 rings and shelled prawns they didn't know anything about the price? Only with water €70 for how I ate a lot

22/04/2025: Die Küche hat ihre Highlights (Lamm) und ihre Lowlights (kalter Fisch serviert). Das Service ist bemüht, kommt aber nicht wirklich über einen mittleren Standard hinaus. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Atmosphäre. Man sitzt in einem in die Jahre gekommenen Wintergarten und das Lokal wirkt kalt. Hier scheinen auch nur Touristen zu speisen und keine Einheimischen, was wir in Italien nie als gutes Zeichen erlebt haben.

14/04/2025: Cenamos aquí por mi cumpleaños y tuvimos una noche muy encantadora. Las mesas de la pequeña terraza de la azotea están en un lugar muy romántico, con la cumbre del Monte Etna justo visible sobre los antiguos tejados. Fuimos muy bien atendidos por el personal y las opciones de comida y vino fueron algunos de los mejores que probamos en Taormina.
