Palm Sunday spent wandering around on a motorbike. Lunch time arrives and I ask a friend where I can stop to eat, he recommends the fisherman's tavern. I call to book and a very kind girl answers me and books the table for me. I arrive and sit on the table outside overlooking the sea: nothing to say about the location. I am greeted by a kind boy who immediately brings me the menu and as soon as I am ready to order, he starts the order. Today it's time for mussel soup and grilled fish. Excellent food. Just one note to make: manage the timing of the release of the courses better. I say this because the grilled food arrived while I was still eating the soup... and obviously in the meantime it cooled down so I couldn't enjoy it at its best!

I don't understand the nastiness of the other reviews. I personally ate very well, we chose a pizza menu, and the pizzas were simply divine: the wood-fired stone oven really makes the difference. The service was quite fast, the place was full, we arrived at around 9.20pm, at around 10.20pm we already had the pizzas, after consuming the appetizer which was served to us practically 15 minutes after arrival. We will definitely return and recommend it.

Ad Avola se volete mangiare bene e abbondante senza spendere un'esagerazione consiglio molto questa taverna!

Primi piatti buonissimi e abbondanti. Come secondo ho chiesto una frittura mista, mi è arrivata una frittura di soli calamari sbagliato da un altro tavolo, quando ho fatto notare lo sbaglio mi è stato portato dopo un quarto d'ora dei gamberetti piccoli fritti usati anche per i piatti di prima pietanza. Conto pagato sopra la media. Non sono rimasto soddisfatto 👎

Qualità buona. Servizio buono con omaggio di focaccia e 2 sorbetti. Ordinato due secondi, acqua, un calice di vino rosso, un caffè. Speso 44€.

Sosta pranzo in un venerdì di dicembre, piovoso (bassissima stagione). In viaggio verso Catania aeroporto, con tempo a disposizione. Trovato su Google.. Solo quattro clienti, me compreso. Mangiato divinamente bene (caserecce scampi e pomodoro pachino, con scorze d'arancia, e zuppa di cozze al pomodoro, abbondantissima). Calice di Inzolia, acqua minerale, frutta e caffè al prezzo di 35 euro.. Servizio impeccabile, cameriere gentilissimo. Tutto "giusto". Tornerò..
