11/04/2026: Even though it's been around for decades, this was my first time there. The restaurant is spread over two floors. The rooms aren't very large, but they're welcoming. The waitresses (all women) are kind and efficient. I ate well. Recommended!

08/03/2026: Gorgeous, wonderful, fantastic, amazing, exceptional venue. Friendly staff and owner, incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. Super affordable prices. I highly recommend it to everyone.

17/05/2026: A fabulous restaurant well patronised by locals. We had spaghetti dishes that were generous in size with plenty of prawns, clams and mussels. Live music was at a volume we could hear but still talk at the table. Halfway through the night Sophia did a guest spot. She is a great singer and we felt priviledged to listen to her. The price was very reasonable. Strongly recommend.

16/05/2026: Very comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere, good value for money. The waiter Antonio was kind and helpful.

09/12/2025: Terrible. They don't give you a menu. The only thing you could eat for a starter was pasta with mussels, which was disgusting. Rude and disorganized. They were arguing with each other, and an elderly lady was yelling at the same time. Terrible service. Poorly set table with mismatched glasses. Exorbitant prices for the terrible quality. Absolutely avoid. Cash only.

03/05/2026: If you're looking for seafood in Naso, La Perla is a guarantee. The place is enchanting: dining under that wooden canopy, amidst soft lighting and the aroma of freshly cooked fish, is already half the experience. The service is quick and courteous. And then comes the dish: incredibly fresh fish, enhanced by chef Mentesana's cuisine. No frills, just substance and flavor. One of those restaurants where everything comes together: ambiance, service, and top-notch cuisine.

06/07/2026: A terrible experience is an understatement! We celebrated our wedding at this venue! Poor service from start to finish. Very sloppy organization. Waiters were incompetent, food was insufficient for all our guests. There was no attention paid to allergies and intolerances, nor to the number of people served, despite the meticulous table plan provided to the venue's owners. Restrooms were in terrible condition. The contractually stipulated menu was not respected. Despite the considerable expense of hosting a banquet for over 200 guests (the bill was paid), we are deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and the humiliation we felt in front of our guests. Highly discouraged!

02/11/2025: My experience was negative. I'll start with the dining room, which isn't air-conditioned, and I could understand why there were only four tables occupied during the week, including one with some young people watching the game on TV, making it seem like we were at the stadium. We ordered three fish appetizers, two roast fish, and a fried fish. What we immediately noticed was the spicy shrimp cocktail. When I asked for an explanation, the kitchen told me that Tabasco had been added to the sauce (I'll leave that up to you). As for the fish, or rather the appetizers, they weren't up to par with freshness, with things that were repeated in both the appetizer and the roast. I'd like to give a constructive review, but when I went to the cashier, I expected not a discount, but some justification from the owner. Instead, I found a girl who gave me the bill, to whom I didn't say anything, even though we had a bottle of wine that cost 25 euros. For six people, ordering for three, we ended up paying for eight.

10/10/2025: Small place, pizza nothing special, exorbitant prices, just think that for a Margherita you pay €12, once is enough to never come back..

09/07/2026: THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. I'M IN LOVE WITH NICOLA'S COOKING. HIS WIFE WHO SERVES IS VERY KIND. THE ROSEMARY-ROASTED OCTOPUS IS FABULOUS. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

02/07/2026: After reading many reviews about the small portions, we prepared ourselves and immediately ordered three dishes. The food was good and well-cooked. The portions are indeed smaller, but the prices are also lower than other restaurants in the area, so the quality-price ratio is still good. The service, however, is rather aloof: the staff does what's necessary, but without the friendliness that makes you want to return.

28/10/2025: The place was recommended for good, local sea food! It worthy to eat there! Menu is simple and every dish worth to order!

17/09/2025: The menu was very limited, with few dishes to choose from; the marinara risotto also required advance reservations. The seafood spaghetti consisted only of mussels and clams. At 9:30 PM on a Saturday, when we asked for spaghetti with clams, we were told they only had a few and it was better to choose the marinara spaghetti I mentioned above. The mixed fried fish was all fish; they didn't have scampi, calamari, or even shrimp or prawns. The prices for the few dishes available were also quite high; spaghetti with (a few) clams was €22!! Maybe we were unlucky, but we're unlikely to return.

21/05/2026: We went to try the famous tuna kebab at what's supposed to be one of the island's best spots, which I don't understand since the service was awful. As soon as we arrived, they rudely asked us to park our bikes somewhere else, and when we went to do so, a staff member came towards us with a very unpleasant expression, telling us to be careful with their pergola because we were going to break it, even though we hadn't done anything to it. Apparently, we had hit the wheel with the plastic, but the explanation was delivered in a despotic, arrogant, and offensive manner. If you don't want to work, stay home; if you don't want Spanish tourists, stay home; and if you don't want bikes, change professions, since a bike is essential for getting around the island. Besides, if you don't want bikes, write to the town hall and ask them to install a bike parking area so that nobody can damage your super pergola, valued at thousands of euros and made, at the very least, of kryptonite. Obviously, I don't recommend this place. If this is the service, I can't imagine how they handle the food. Just a few meters away is Sapuri di Mare, which is wonderful, and you can enjoy quality tuna and park your bikes without any problem.

21/05/2026: I don't even know how to start this review. The island is truly beautiful, but I'm leaving with a bad taste in my mouth because of this place, due to the rudeness shown by one of the staff members (I assume it was the owner). I was about to go in, but we were with my bike, and I wanted to park it. A girl came out and told me I could park a little further ahead. I tried to park, but there wasn't any space, so I decided to leave it right next to the pergola of the establishment (which wasn't bothering anyone). At that moment, the owner came out, shouting at me in Italian (I didn't understand a word), and finally told me to be more careful because I was hitting the pergola with the wheel… (this was after three attempts to explain what was wrong). I replied that there wasn't any space and that I hadn't hit the pergola at all (it seems to be made of some kind of luxury material or something). And then, with a straight face, she asked me sarcastically if I understood Spanish. From that moment on, I left. You can't allow yourself to be disrespected. There are many ways to say things. If you don't like working in hospitality, then change jobs. If tourists bother you, change jobs. And if bicycles bother you, file a complaint with the town hall and people will stop coming to your island… Treating tourists like that is unacceptable. Of course, I won't recommend this place, and if anyone asks, I'll tell them how rude they were to me… I hope this woman's gravy train ends soon. By the way, I went to another place later and had no problems at all; quite the opposite… so there are better places to go than this one.

05/05/2026: Unfortunately, it turned out to be a tourist trap. My friend, out of politeness, had to eat his tuna steak cold because 40 minutes passed between the delivery of his dish and the remaining two linguine with clams (which weren't linguine anyway). Forty! The countless reminders to the waiter, who was in a foul mood, failed to resolve the issue or to obtain an apology or a discount from the management. I'm not giving it a star only because the food, when delivered, was edible.

05/05/2026: Very good pizza crust and friendly staff. We wanted a pinsa, but it was not on the menu, and they made one for us anyway!

06/07/2026: The menu online said tuna, they didn't have it. Little food for an incredibly high price and not particularly good. Fussy service, in short, steer clear. Go to Caffe Solaris right above instead

26/06/2026: The place is very quiet, not in the mainstream area but close to it. The owner is the waiter and he was sitting outside, doesnt speak english, only a few words. We ordered pasta with sea urchins and swordfish rolls. The pasta was great and enough but they gave us only 2 swordfish rolls for €18 and an additional €5 for side dish (which he didn’t mention was extra money, i thought it was included with the rolls). For dessert the tiramisu was a bit modern (with chocolate sauce and powder sugar), small and expensive also.

17/04/2026: The importance of details. We returned to the Baglio after 10 years and, as before, we encountered the same warm welcome from the owner. Nothing is taken for granted; in addition to the kindness, it was immediately noticeable that, unlike many other establishments in the area, here at the Baglio the bread isn't the usual defrosted bread, which is certainly more economically manageable, but a homemade product toasted with oil and oregano. The appetizer consisted of several courses, all balanced in quantity and flavor. The first courses were excellent, especially the spaghetti with datterini tomato sauce and eggplant cream. We continued with a slice of cod with creamed potatoes and roasted artichokes. There was a wide selection of bottled wines, not just the usual Nero d'Avola and Inzolia by the glass. Finally, the owner offered Amaro di Arancio e zenzero (a rare find in almost all restaurants these days). To conclude, a famous saying: three is all good things...we'll be back!
