15/04/2026: Very friendly service and atmosphere. We wanted to come back for more evenings. Everything was beautifully organized, and the guests were completely taken care of. Prices were adequate to the quality of the dishes. Good house wine and contraband. Thank you, we will remember you fondly.

24/02/2026: Christian Collu has created a truly enchanting place with Machrì al Mare. Directly opposite the 1000-year-old pilgrimage church of Sant Efisio, a culinary epicenter for Pula has emerged. On one side, a pizzeria and café; on the other, creative fine dining just shy of Michelin-starred status. Enjoy sea views from the terrace on one side and views of the lagoon and the mountain range on the other. The decor is stylish and tasteful, though the visual and acoustic separation between the kitchen and service areas could use some improvement. The cuisine is creative and showcases the full spectrum of new, fresh Sardinian dishes. A must-try!

26/10/2025: Warm welcome and excellent cuisine. We ate a delicious mullet carpaccio with bottarga, followed by black rice with octopus flavored with fish broth. Perfect flavors from start to finish. A lime sorbet to finish. A very generous limoncello spritz. 2 glasses of a local white wine full of character. Everything is just right in the flavors and cooking. All for 70 euros per person, which seemed justified to us.

13/04/2026: Absolutely top-notch restaurant! Welcome = friendly, family atmosphere Service = 100% Food = 100% Price = very reasonable Forget the negative reviews, they are completely unjustified. The restaurant has been around for over 50 years, run by father and son. The owner speaks German, which makes things easier for some tourists :) Various pasta dishes are homemade by Mamma. 10/04/2026: The host was very friendly; we were even greeted and bid farewell with a handshake, but that's where the positive experience ended. The server clearly didn't enjoy her job, and the food unfortunately wasn't what I expected from Sardinian cuisine in a less well-known establishment. Others do it much better. Sorry, but that's not enough for me.

08/08/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato a Quartu Sant’Elena per una settima e abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante per ben tre volte. Abbiamo sempre mangiato pesce e la qualità dei piatti era veramente altissima. Disponibili molti piatti senza glutine o comunque riadattabili. Il personale era molto attento alla celiachia oltre ad essere molto professionali e simpatici, ma non invadenti. Consigliatissimo!! Piatto secondo me più buono: pasta con astice!

08/04/2026: Superb food, the best we've had in Sardinia. Unassuming location right in the heart of the old town. Excellent and unique pizza, my husband had delicious mussels. Dessert was also lovely, and the service was attentive and friendly.

02/11/2025: The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was stunning. We shared the Lasagna for lunch and it was the best we’ve ever had. The chef sent us some mussels in a dreamy sauce and then desert cookies when we were done. We highly recommend this restaurant!

18/04/2026: a cosy place hidden in a small street near the church with absolutely amazing food and great service. we had insalata di polpo, spaghetti il ghiottone (with mussels, clams, bottarga and saffron) and fish culurgiones with clams and bottarga do tuna - everything was outstanding. finished with seadas and some house white wine, that was the best meal we had during 6-day trip do Sardegna.

02/04/2026: The location is very well suited for a trip along the northeast coast to the south. Rooms with sea views are highly recommended, and the service and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended! Travel time: late March/early April. Partly sunny, so light clothing is possible, but also sometimes very windy and rainy.

08/02/2026: It was perfect stay in hotel La Bitta - starting from the all amazing girls on the reception, perfect cleanliness of the overall hotel area, beautiful pool with the best view and fantastic personnels in the bar and hotel restaurant too. Beautiful location just by the sea. If you love calm place,where you will have dream vacation,this is definitely great choice. And its so nice that the hotel is Adult only. We went in the end of September. It was a perfect stay in hotel La Bitta - from the amazing girls at the reception, through the perfect cleanliness of the whole area, to the beautiful pool with the best view and fantastic personnel in the bar and hotel restaurant. > Beautiful location right by the sea. If you love calm places, where you will have dream vacation,this is definitely a great choice. Moreover, it is very nice that it is an Adults Only hotel.

19/10/2025: Welcoming, lively, modern place, with excellent staff, especially Mario's daughter, who is very cheerful and attentive to detail. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful restaurant, our first time there, and it certainly won't be our last. I highly recommend it ☺️
