29/09/2025: To get a sense of this dull canteen for the naive and well-intentioned, I suggest reading only the one- and two-star reviews and the related—embarrassing—comments from the owner! The owner claims to be convinced there's someone out to get him, and has been writing reviews against his establishment for years on various accounts. 😂 In our experience, we found ourselves paying (a lot) for more or less edible material disguised as sauces and spices, and almost everything was served strictly on very dark plates (who knows why...🤣). We ordered the most expensive menus but left everything (and still paid!!! 😤). For your safety, ask around before coming in here!

15/10/2025: Locanda di Baccalamanza (wedding on October 10, 2025) We fell in love with Locanda di Baccalamanza as soon as we saw it: we didn't feel the need to look elsewhere, because it was the place we had always imagined. Antonella and Enrico welcomed us with warmth, helpfulness, and rare professionalism, making us immediately feel at home. We chose the carob garden, an intimate and refined location, where the green lawn is illuminated by a thousand strings of light bulbs. The soft lighting and natural elegance of the space created a magical and sophisticated atmosphere. We opted for a modern, lounge style, avoiding traditional static tables, to create a dynamic and youthful reception, just how we wanted it. The staff was impeccable: discreet, attentive, and always smiling. Everyone felt at ease, and every request—even last-minute ones—was met with kindness and precision. A special thanks goes to Antonella, who, with her sensitivity and passion, managed to convey warmth and emotion, making our wedding truly unique and unforgettable.

04/10/2025: I work there often, photographing some of the weddings held at the inn. I've always had a great experience, the staff is always extremely kind and helpful, the food is delicious, lunch and dinner times are respected to perfection, and the spaces are well-maintained and elegant. I highly recommend it.

11/10/2025: A fantastic restaurant where we love to return to enjoy excellent seafood dishes and more. It's now our go-to place for dinner after a day at the beach. 15/10/2025: Platter with a single slice of cheese cut into 3 pieces and 6 slices of various cold cuts, including ham and loin, I believe. Price: 14 euros, rounded up to 15 on the receipt. They should improve the platter. I think 14 euros for a slice of cheese cut into 3 pieces and 6 slices of cold cuts was fair. But I'm glad the only thing you have to say is about the 2 euro increase. The problem isn't the price, but the mockery. One expects to come to your country and eat well with honest portions, but we found very little honesty.

28/09/2025: Super friendly and attentive service. Since we were coming back from a quick shopping trip and spontaneously stopped by this restaurant, we even got a shopping bag. Delicious pasta with seafood, good house wine with water, and a dessert.

Both primi piatti and main courses were excellent, a great waitress, forgot to ask her name, and also I had the chance to talk to the owners, who were genuine and warm. Lovely ambiance, plenty of space, very friendly staff, all the food was of very high quality and delicious, the ice cream (especially the olive oil variety) was excellent, and the price/performance ratio was absolutely right. Absolutely well-deserved 5 stars!

12/10/2025: We had actually considered eating here after our visit to the beach. However, I had the nerve to ask a waiter at the restaurant if there was a public restroom near the beach. The answer I received was that it was a restaurant, not a restroom. It was very disgusting to be treated like that. Thank you for nothing, so we found another restaurant.

07/07/2025: We had dinner here at the suggestion of our B&B and persuaded by the excellent reviews. We had the seafood carbonara, a dish that was certainly delicious and flattering with the addition of cream for creaminess, which however hid the mullet of undoubted quality. Followed by the seared tuna with rocket and parmesan and a grilled fish: here too the quality of the ingredients is the master, but the composition of the dish was too simple and in the end nothing memorable. Too bad about the French fries, probably in the oil of the seadas because there was an obvious sweet aftertaste. The white wine from a well-selected cellar was excellent. For almost €50 per person you expect a slightly more knowledgeable cuisine.
