A truly enjoyable dinner at Vecchio Mulino in Alghero! A quaint and welcoming place, with kind and attentive staff. We ate wonderfully, both at lunch and dinner: carefully prepared and tasty dishes. A place definitely worth a visit!

We got a pizza to go here and then enjoyed it on the city wall. Even though we wanted to take it away, they were incredibly friendly and everything went smoothly. The pizza was ready super fast, reasonably priced, and unbelievably delicious. We'll definitely be back.

Food is great really. Prices is also very tempting for home Alghero. The bad side is in restoran is always crowded and the waiters don't have enough time to explaine every meal. And the second bad thing is the girl waiter with short hair on one side, very rude, she almost ruine the hole expirence.

Superb food, the best we've had in Sardinia. Unassuming location right in the heart of the old town. Excellent and unique pizza, my husband had delicious mussels. Dessert was also lovely, and the service was attentive and friendly.

The atmosphere of this place is incredible. You walk into the restaurant like you've stepped back in time. Everything is meticulously crafted, and the service is excellent. The food was good but unremarkable. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to praise either. They may not have been to our taste buds, but none of the dishes were truly impressive.

12/10/2023: Awesome pizzeria. It's a bit tucked away from the main street, and so is less touristy than some of the restaurants there, and also less fancy. It's a modest looking place with some wood tables outside the front and the kitchen almost directly at the entrance. The menu is kind of crazy because there are about 45 different pizza choices. But the pizza there is really delicious, and also super cheap; 8 euros for a large pizza. Everyone coming in were locals. The two guys working there were both super friendly and serve/ cook the pizza together. Awesome atmosphere, service and food. Not a fancy dining experience but if you want something chill and authentic like locals eat then this is for you.
17/09/2023: A modest pizzeria with plastic tables set with paper tablecloths on a sidewalk in front, it feels like a campsite! The pizza is just ok, you can do much better considering they have a wood oven. Frozen fried foods quite heavy. You can choose whether to order large pizza (50cm) or normal pizza. Normal ingredients for a pizza that certainly doesn't leave a memory. To improve.

24/11/2025: Run by a friendly and welcoming young team, this pizzeria and restaurant offers a modern and clean space with a wide selection of gins and cocktails. The pizza is very interesting, and there's an excellent selection of seafood dishes and business lunches. Highly recommended!
