01/04/2024: We went for lunch for Easter, we had a wonderful meal with excellent service, a special thanks to the owner who served us the cake (brought to us to celebrate my niece's birthday) in an impeccable manner, we will definitely be back.

02/11/2023: Fantastic typical Sardinian cuisine. I was here in October with my husband, a beautiful family run restaurant. Right from the start the owner was very kind, she listed the menu and recommended some dishes. We had an appetizer of pecorino and figs, really delicious. I had a first course of fish ravioli, homemade pasta while my husband took a cut, all truly excellent. You can see that the owners care a lot about always having fresh and quality products, in fact, in addition to the really good dishes, they also have an excellent cannonau. I recommend taking the seadas, a typical Sardinian dessert, and the myrtle grappa. Truly fantastic experience, I will definitely return on my next trip to Sardinia

26/09/2023: Unfortunately, due to the time of year, we were the only guests. And here it is confirmed again to get out of the mainstream and into the village Culinary highlights here included pickled onions with cheese and then homemade ravioli with ricotta. As a main course, beef steak where you learn to appreciate the meat and the animal and only eat it if it is valuable. And for dessert, a mouse to kneel down on Go there and take the time to learn and enjoy eating again in Flussio at Da Christian I no longer need a star restaurant, just natural cuisine You will not regret it

26/03/2024: What can I say, I come here often and as always I find everything perfect, excellent quality-price, competent and attentive staff, above all with the intention that your stay during lunch goes in the best possible way, something that is not found in all restaurants . the quality of the food can be felt at every course, the freshness of the product reigns supreme. furthermore, the restaurant in its simplicity makes you feel at home, thanks also to the cleanliness of the rooms, which highlights the attention of the staff towards the customer. I definitely recommend their mix of starters, plentiful and tasty. as first courses, fregola and caserecce all'attilio with smoked swordfish, rocket, radicchio, cherry tomatoes and bottarga to finish it all off. (fabulous!) second course a nice mixed fried fish and then a nice sea bream cutlet in a carasau crust. For dessert one of their house cheesecakes KNOWING THEM I RECOMMEND YOU ASK THEM TO MOST ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE THEY OFFER. (You will not regret it)

08/03/2024: A certainty. Every time I return I find the same warm environment. Delicious, first choice food. I particularly highlight the spaghetti with clams and bottarga and the grilled fresh fish. Staff with excellent professional and human quality. Well laid out and welcoming place. Prices appropriate to the service offered. Well done

01/01/2024: Bellissimo locale proprio all’ingresso di questa stupenda cittadina sul mare in Sardegna. Il locale si presenta molto curato nei minimi dettagli, belle tovaglie, ampi tavoli e belle sale appartate e ben distribuite. Purtroppo non abbiamo goduto del giardino esterno perché faceva parecchio freddo ma sicuramente nel periodo estivo si possono fare cene ed aperitivi fantastici. Adatto anche per feste private. Personale attento e preparato. Servizio veloce e pietanze sublimi. Ampia scelta di cibo anche al calice. Conto nella norma. Consiglio sempre di prenotare. Proprietari TOP. Alla prossima

10/03/2024: Siamo stati qua una domenica a pranzo. Tutto chiuso, chiamiamo il primo ristorante che risultava aperto! Una scoperta, davvero carino, personale gentile e disponibile, molto professionale ma allo stesso tempo premuroso. I piatti una vera “squisitezza”! Consigliatissimo!

08/11/2023: In una piazzetta del centro storico di Bosa. Menu invitante di cucina "rivisitata" in chiave creativa. I camerieri sono gentili e spiegano le ricette. Però la mia impressione è che ci sia anche molto fumo. Per esempio se ordino una pasta con i ricci e poi i ricci sono frullati e non ne sento nemmeno il sapore per me qualcosa non va. Avrei preferito meno racconti e più rispetto e valore per gli ingredienti.

28/03/2024: A positive experience. Excellent raw meat serving. Tortelli, dessert and the excellent Vermentino brought joy to the palate. The frozen myrtle completed a dinner worth repeating.

30/03/2024: Very good food, especially the breadsticks which I believe are made directly by them. Very clean place and furnished in a pleasant style, each table features a typical local ceramic creation. We ate the lamb and the beef fillet. Everything OK.

Let's say that for people who come from outside for work and ask for an invoice, after months, despite coming forward and not disturbing the service hours but leaving the billing information, after months nothing has arrived. This behavior is scandalous for 4 extra money

13/01/2024: Touristique assurément sur la belle place mais service avenant et efficace même si pas rapide. Repas bon, notamment la salade caprese, les ravioli du pesce, et les culurgiones au beurre et à la sauge.

06/04/2024: An unthinkable experience. As we sat down, 4 of us came one after the other to ask us if we wanted water. In less than 30 minutes we had seven interruptions to ask how the food was. I understand customer focus but you can't interrupt a lunch and a conversation seven times in a lunch that lasted a total of 25 minutes. The pasta carbonara al mare had a flavor that seemed cooked in brine. We travel around Sardinia a lot and I can categorically say that this experience left us very disappointed.

24/03/2024: Fregola marinara in two dishes there was "only one mussel" One. And a shrimp cut into three. My parents went to make a reservation today. Total disappointment. Hunger portion. Eel with intestines said the waiter that you eat the intestines... As a farm fish restaurant not recommended for 80 euros for two a waste of time. And my parents eat fresh fish.

22/03/2024: The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and refined, with a breathtaking view that made lunch even more pleasant. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive to our needs, and made us feel truly special from the moment we arrived.
