06/04/2024: We spent an unreal evening in this almost privatized restaurant for a group of French people who were coming for a wedding the next day in Castelsardo. Refined, personal and welcoming cuisine and views at the top! Thanks again !

03/04/2024: Particular place that harks back to the fashion of the places in the covered markets. In this case there is also a reference to the much more famous one in Barcelona. The environment is precisely that of a market. Very Spartan. Afterwards, we had to wash all our clothes due to the intense smell of mixed fried fish. Toilets beyond the Spartan. The service was friendly, for some courses fast and for others much slower. Overall however, given the public holiday, more than acceptable. The food Excellent seafood salad Excellent mussels The grilled squid, I have to be honest, was nothing special and rather rubbery (the next day we went to an equally cheap place and the difference was merciless). The much vaunted fried food, again, nothing special. Also in this case the rubbery calamari. The prawns are much better and worthy of mention. Excellent tuna Excellent report card Excellent raw products. Generous portions rich in shellfish and oysters. However no carpaccio or tartare but I assume the workmanship required is not consistent with the place. Cost around 45 euros each. There were 10 of us. Considering the environment, fresh fish, service and price, the experience was positive but nothing special and we are certainly not at the miracle or wonder praised in the numerous reviews

08/01/2024: I love eating at Boqueria because the fish is super fresh. The mussels are delicious and the fried calamari is the best I've ever eaten. The staff is super friendly.

25/09/2023: Servizio veloce ed impeccabile sostenuto da una scelta di prodotti sempre freschi e lavorati con "amore" da un cuoco esperto e disponibile. Uno staff di servizio giovane ma preparato. Complimenti a Fabiano per la perfetta organizzazione. Il panorama è qualche cosa che vale il prezzo della cena.

01/04/2024: Sono stata a pranzo in questo ristorante in compagnia dei miei amici per Pasquetta. Il cameriere ci ha presentato un menù da pochissime portate ma poco dopo ci ha comunicato che molte di queste purtroppo erano già finite (in particolare il tagliere di salumi e formaggi che volevamo prendere come antipasto e un piatto di tortelli). Quando ordinato il vino della casa ci ha portato una bottiglia di Monte Oro (vino imbottigliato da 30€) molto buono, ma non si trattava di quello richiesto. Al momento dell’arrivo dell’ordine ci comunica che anche l’unico tortello rimasto era esaurito e pertanto ci proponeva un piatto di fusilloni con lo stesso condimento o, in alternativa ci riportava il menù. Il piatto di tagliatelle di seppie era inoltre molto risicato e non considerabile come primo piatto, ma piuttosto come antipasto. Porzioni molto contenute e prezzi esageratamente alti, seppur prodotti di qualità.

01/04/2024: Qualità dei prodotti buona. Menù un po’ risicato, una volta ordinato abbiamo scoperto che la metà dei prodotti offerti dal menù non era più disponibile, ci siamo dovuti adattare. Porzioni MOLTO contenute.

03/12/2023: A stintino da Arzachena per una partita di tennis, siamo passati in questo ristorante per mangiare un boccone. Premetto che avevamo in precedenza spizzicato con un aperitivo nel bar per cui avevamo poca fame. Paccheri ai frutti di mare con pescato e crostacei tutto molto fresco, spaghetti alle vongole idem , come pure anelli di totano fritti. Dolci sublimi. Complimenti alla cuoca ed al personale. Atmosfera molto intima. Riapriranno a marzo e noi ci saremo!

30/10/2023: We stayed two days in Stintino. The hotel recommended this restaurant to us and so we went there for dinner. We ate divinely and the choice of fresh fish was truly plentiful. We also booked for the following evening but then......in order not to take any risks....we also went there for lunch!! Three times and three truly satisfying experiences.

The experience of a lunch in the "Il Quirinale" restaurant is an important business card for the city and strongly characterizing the food and wine knowledge of the area.

31/01/2024: Gennaio, fuori stagione. Ristorante vuoto. Entro incoraggiato da un residente. Che dire, cucina sublime. Ristorante curatissimo e servizio attento. Fin qui tutto normale, ci si aspetta un servizio adeguato. Ma siccome non è scontato trovare un buon ristorante ITALIANO, Sardo nello specifico. Mi auguro questa recensione vi possa suggerire questa splendida scelta. Cibo delizioso. Ci ritornerò di sicuro.
