I've known them for many years, and even though I live outside of Piedmont, every chance I get is a must... if I lived closer, I'd go much more often. In the dining room, you're welcomed and pampered by Riccardo, an attentive, elegant, and sincere presence, while in the kitchen is Giuseppe, a true master of flavors: two fundamental pillars of this restaurant. Without taking anything away from the entire staff, they represent an added value that truly makes the difference. The cuisine is extraordinary: authentic, intense, and genuine flavors. Each dish is a journey, an experience that remains etched in your memory. A top-notch restaurant that deserves an even more exclusive location, because Il Brigantino is simply top-notch and worthy of the best.

Despite the venue being very busy, the organization was impeccable: the staff was efficient, prompt, and capable of handling a large group without excessive waiting. The seafood-based menu was excellent, with fresh, well-prepared dishes. The wine flowed freely, a fitting accompaniment to an evening of good food and fun with colleagues. The menu is so varied that you'll have to return several times to try everything. I'd even say it's a meat and fish restaurant that also enjoys pizza, which, judging by the nearby tables, is Neapolitan in style. Going to this restaurant is a treat, knowing you won't be eating badly, and the quality/price ratio is among the best in Turin. The style of restaurant reminds me of another one near Piazza Borromini, which I greatly appreciate. However, it's fair to say that everything started with the prawns. A time-honored guarantee...
