28/04/2025: Nice place, efficient and friendly staff. I went with friends on a Saturday evening and there was no waiting and the staff was at complete disposal to let my friend in a wheelchair in. I had a pizza but I didn't like it very much because it had too much tomato which was undercooked and dominated the other ingredients. Very good beer and dessert.

12/05/2025: We went to eat last night, the food was excellent as always, it's a shame about the service: after asking the waiter Christian if he could please bring us a bowl for the waste shells (since we didn't know where to put them) and then two bottles of water, he arrogantly and annoyedly asks us: "do you have anything else to ask for? No because then I'd be busy" Let me start by saying that when the first ones arrived we still had dirty dishes from about twenty minutes at the table but we didn't complain because we also understand those who work, but arrogance and education are another matter.

11/05/2025: Always a guarantee! For the service, the friendliness, the professionalism and... the good food!!! Today we were there for lunch for Mother's Day, obviously as always based on fish: 2 octopus salad, a clam, an Ischitana, an a' parmigiana, 2 fried seafood, 1 chips, white wine, water, 1 cannoli, 2 coffees, 4 mirto. Everything super good as always.

The regular menu with starters and main courses 2. A special set menu for €28/30/35 per person, which looked quite nice. However, the dessert was a bit of a letdown— panna cotta NO TASTE

17/05/2025: Il Picchio is a very welcoming restaurant-pizzeria where you can eat excellent pizza and really tasty fish first courses. The environment is modern and welcoming, the staff friendly and professional. The selection of wines and sparkling wines is excellent, some of great quality, which enrich and enhance meetings with friends as well as business dinners.

16/05/2025: Very good and very comfortable, very wide selection of wines even though the house wine is slightly sparkling, I would say very young. Only one flaw, they seem very hasty in the service, while we were drinking the sorbet, just served, they had already come to ask for the coffee. It is certainly a very busy place as they take turns, but haste is never a good thing
