I have been a customer of the Primavera restaurant for over 36 years and I can say that I have recommended this place a thousand times to everyone who asked me for advice on how to eat good food in an elegant but family-run restaurant. A restaurant that remains anchored to tradition, but that knows how to keep up with modern times. The restaurant is family-run: the owners are Gianni and Cinzia, with their daughter Annagiulia who welcome you with a smile and kindness that... makes you hungry! Let's start with the fish: few places can boast such quality! The appetizers, whether refined or simple, offer the flavor of the sea, fresh as if we were on the beach and the fishermen had just delivered the catch of the day. The first courses are a triumph of flavor and the spaghetti al cartoccio delight the eyes when a swan of rolled up foil is delivered to the table. The second courses are my favorites, especially the sea bass or the baked sea bream with vegetables. But lingering over the menu for a few minutes offers the possibility of always finding some new and interesting dish. The mixed fried fish is an excellence of the restaurant, almost a business card... Meat: a must try! The typical traditional dishes are accompanied by more original recipes, my preference goes to the albese among the appetizers and the tagliata among the main courses: they never disappoint and have a softness that seems like a caress brought to the palate. The pizza is very light in the dough, thin and very digestible, I have always liked it and it is typical of this restaurant: I don't think I have found a similar preparation elsewhere. It is definitely an experience to do! Very sweet ending: for those who want to end with a little sugar, Cinzia, the owner, prepares every day a whole showcase of beautiful and captivating desserts that welcomes you at the entrance and from the very beginning your eyes are enraptured. You have just entered but you already know that you will not be able to finish dinner without having tried at least one and loving it to the last teaspoon, you will find peace of mind! Wines: a good selection, with some really special labels; if you are not sure ask Gianni for advice, even after so many years he knows how to surprise me with an unusual but elegant bottle, the result of his continuous search for excellence. In short: it is a place to return to as soon as possible!

27/04/2025: We took spaghetti with seafood, seafood risotto had no flavor, and very little fish, even the starter was disappointing, it tasted of little, only the well-seasoned octopus salad was good.

20/05/2025: We arrived without a reservation and the place was practically full, but they still seated us, the fish was very fresh and we ate really well.... excellent, we will definitely be back.

16/05/2025: Ho pranzato qui una domenica di aprile insieme alla famiglia del mio compagno. Abbiamo provato diversi piatti, tra cui il cruditè di pesce. Tutto buono, compresi gli amari. I piatti erano abbondanti e buoni.

The service is average, friendly but without particular attentions. The atmosphere is pleasant, even if simple. An excellent choice if you are looking for tasty cuisine in a quiet and unpretentious environment.

14/04/2025: Dopo averci mangiato più volte per lavoro (e mi sono sempre trovato bene), questa volta abbiamo fatto un pranzo domenicale di famiglia. Le aspettative sono state ripagate. Tutto molto buono, dagli antipasti (ottimo anche la parte cruda), ai primi ed i secondi, in particolare la grigliata mista. Anche i miei bambini (9 e 7 anni) hanno apprezzato l'abbondante piatto di scialiatielli ai frutti di mare. Gentilezza, professionalità ed un giusto rapporto ambientale/qualità/ prezzo Assolutamente consigliato.

14/04/2025: After having eaten there several times for work (and always enjoyed it), this time we had a family Sunday lunch. The expectations were rewarded. Everything was very good, from the starters (the raw part was also excellent), to the first and second courses, in particular the mixed grill. My children (9 and 7 years old) also appreciated the generous plate of seafood scialiatielli. Kindness, professionalism and a fair environmental/quality/price ratio. Absolutely recommended.

16/02/2025: Sentirsi a casa seduti al tavolo di un ristorante non è facile. Eppure al Bistrot è proprio cosi.....sarà perché è un locale raccolto, sarà per la luce soffusa, sarà per il colore del legno o per l'accoglienza calorosa, ma quando entri è come entrare a casa di amici. Il menù, poi, non delude mai, sia che si scelga di terra o di mare, la chef mette un pezzetto di cuore in ogni piatto che esce dalla sua cucina. 31/05/2025: Cena in famiglia in tarda serata dí ritorno da Torino. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Cibo di ottima qualità cucinato e presentato molto bene, con proposte convincenti della cucina piemontese. Possibilità di mangiare in uno dei tavoli all’aperto sulla via che conduce alla splendida Reggia di Venaria Reale. Atmosfera suggestiva.

19/05/2025: Ok place. Outdoor seating. Very convenient on the main course and 1 minute away from the palace. Service was good. Food was so and so (but not bad, just nothing to write home about).

08/05/2025: I ate at this restaurant while visiting the area. The experience was average: the food wasn't particularly memorable, but it wasn't terrible either. You can see that they focus a lot on set menus, which are cheap (€14 with 3 courses or €11 pizza menu), but the quality suffers a little. We took the €14 menu and that's actually what we ended up paying each. When we arrived there was a queue to wait for a table outside, but there was room inside so we decided not to wait and go in straight away. Good for a cheap break without too many pretensions, but I wouldn't recommend it to those looking for a more authentic or refined culinary experience.

13/05/2025: Everything was excellent, from the fresh pasta with crab to the plateau with oysters, very fresh red shrimp and divine crab. Excellent pairing with the Sancerre Cuvee "Genèse". Fabulous desserts from the Ile floatant to the crepe suzette with grand marnier. Beautiful to see the coquillage opened by the expert hands of the friendly master Michael Le Coeur. An experience to repeat from next September until May!
