08/07/2025: I'm changing my rating from 4 to 3 stars. After the renovations, the atmosphere has deteriorated and prices have increased significantly. The lunch menu, where you previously had a choice, has become a fixed menu, and drinks, which were previously included in the price, are now paid separately. While the value for money was unbeatable before, you can now find better.

11/05/2025: Un sapiente mix di tradizione e innovazione, partendo da materie prime di eccellenza, piatti deliziosi. Carta dei vini di notevole livello. Ambiente piacevole, cortesia, professionalità. Sicuramente ci tornerò per esplorare tutto il menù.

09/05/2025: Locale che parla da solo appena ci mettete piede .. ad attendervi c’è la super Simona .. una cameriera bellissima e molto efficiente.. locale curato nei minimi particolari anche il bagno profumato .. mai sentito una cosa del genere .. attesa giusta e poi si parte con dei piatti che non si possono descrivere ma c’è solo da provare .. eravamo in 4 abbiamo preso 4 antipasti e 4 secondi .. dolci 2 vini e acqua .. poi grappe e caffè .. tot. 82,50 a testa .. prezzo onesto per la qualità e il servizio offerto .. simpatica anche la titolare che si è fermata x qualche minuto a parlare con noi … provatelo perchè qua si mangia da dio .. ovviamente accettano carta e fanno fattura..

26/06/2025: I was at the Aquila Nera last Friday. At 10.30-11pm they close the kitchens but they continue to make pizzas which was the reason why I went there.. the oven is wood-fired, so a big advantage.. I had a pizza with pistachio and guanciale and burrata on top (it's called pistacchiosa 10 out of 10) .. out of this world in short.. the drinks were excellent.. compliments to the entourage of the room always courteous and attentive.. my personal compliments to the pizza chef for the choice of raw materials.. for those who want something else, the choice of dinner based on fish, meat, pasta or whatever is more than valid and varied.. go there and expectations will be respected. I only stopped to eat so I won't review the hotel part

23/06/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant and I was really satisfied. The fish was very fresh, cooked with care and taste - each dish was a small masterpiece of authentic flavors. In addition to the quality of the food, I was impressed by the welcome: all the staff were kind, attentive and helpful, making me feel really at ease. An experience that I recommend to those looking for quality, human warmth and excellent seafood cuisine. I will definitely be back! Rita 20/06/2025

16/06/2025: I'm really sorry to have to leave this review because before last night it was one of my favorite places to eat pizza but unfortunately, after last night, I had to change my mind because my boyfriend and I took two pizzas (simple, two Greek: tomato, mozzarella, sausage, oil and oregano) and alas, we both felt sick all night I'm really writing this review with a heavy heart because I've always had a good time, but after this experience I will never be able to set foot there again

04/05/2025: The food and the staff are excellent, the only point if we want to nitpick is that being a small place you stay a little on top of each other and therefore even communicating with your fellow diners becomes a challenge due to the amount of shouting 😅

02/07/2025: I had already been there a few years ago and I liked it a lot.... I went back last night with friends and.... We were all really happy and satisfied 🔝.... The service is fast and very kind 👏👏👍.... We tried the spaghetti 🍝 in crust and they are really very good..... We will definitely come back on the first occasion 🇮🇹🏆💯🍾

07/07/2025: Sublime food served in generous portions, impeccable quality. The service has a lot of room for improvement, as does the approach of those taking orders. A customer who has personal preferences, not necessarily dictated by an allergy, should be able to vary the menu. The rigidity encountered in the face of a simple request (not to be served any appetizer with mayonnaise), surprised me. The time between ordering and the actual start of the meal was excessive (although the reason was later explained). Given the culinary excellence, it would be an easy 10/10, if only a few changes were made to the service and the way in which the customer is interacted with.

13/07/2025: 5 stars Excellent experience at Colapasta restaurant. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. We enjoyed excellent fish, fresh and cooked with great care. The atmosphere is elegant and tranquil, perfect for a relaxed dinner. Highly recommended!

16/06/2025: Dishes with a very high quality/price ratio. Very fast service. Ability to handle large groups very well (18 people in my experience). Excellent organizational skills, they welcomed us in 7 people without a reservation, on Sunday at 12:45. We ate well, ordering two dishes each from the menu, in just under an hour.

29/04/2025: Delicious Italian restaurant offering many choices of meat, pasta and pizza. I completely loved my experience. The meat was delicious and the fried mozzarella starter was divine. The one and only downside in my opinion was the dessert. I found that my Tiramisu was missing a little coffee. Otherwise the service was impeccable and the rest of the food too. I highly recommend.

20/07/2025: We arrived at the last minute, but they welcomed us very warmly. The place was well-kept, the staff were friendly, and the food was good. Although, for my taste, I'd add a little more salt.

11/07/2025: Very good, authentic restaurant. Unfortunately, the "Fruti di Mare" consisted only of mussels. After complaining, they gave us an extra portion of mussels (sic!). Hence only 4.5 points.
