I went there tonight for the first time and it was a pleasant discovery. The place is small but very clean and welcoming. Friendly and fast service. Excellent and good quality fish dishes. Advised.

Very welcoming renovated place. Few seats, book well in advance. Everything excellent, service, food, location. Always a guarantee from Alessandrri and family. The homemade pastiera is sublime. Right quality/price ratio. If you want to eat really well, even if you spend a little more, this restaurant is ideal! Alessandro is always friendly and nice. Every time it is always a great satisfaction for the palate and the spirit. Good guys!!!

Dinner with à la carte menu: cod meatballs crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with well-balanced aioli sauce. Seared octopus with peas and potatoes, excellent. Mixed fried fish as always appetizing, varied and not greasy. The service is as usual friendly and prompt, just give a nod and Ale arrives quickly. High quality at extremely affordable prices. Update: Exceptional seafood paella! Update: Langhe evening, with raw meat, veal with tuna sauce (with "old" sauce, without mayonnaise, and sorry if it's not much...) green tomini, agnolotti with roast sauce, and roast. We would have to go out, go back in, and start again! Update: renovated room, dominated by greenery with large leaf walls. Very nice, clean, relaxing. New wines in bulk, and an expanded choice of bottles: Ale will soon also add a wine shop to the business.

Rispetto al centro di Torino il locale è notevolmente periferico, ma, superata una modesta porta di entrata, vi trovate in uno spazio che il solito Hemingway avrebbe definito “un posto pulito e illuminato bene” … Noi abbiamo scelto delle deliziose polpette di merluzzo ben fritte, morbide e opportunamente accompagnate da una ciotolina di aïoli (servito a parte), e poi una squisita “torretta” (una base di purea contenete un po’ di senape à l’ancienne, sovrastata da una scioglievole insalata di polpo). Infine, un gelato di limone e un semifreddo casalingo, ambedue buoni e di dimensioni XXL. Con, a testa, due piatti con porzioni decisamente abbondanti, il dolce, il caffè, e bevendo una bottiglia di bianco sfuso (non del tutto convincente) e un litro di minerale: poco più 33€ a testa. Complimenti alla cuoca e, tenendo anche conto del servizio simpatico e ai limiti dell’affettuosità, ovviamente ci ritorneremo!

Per l'ennesima volta e stavolta con un po' di fortuna troviamo due posti. È domenica 8 ottobre 2023. Come sempre si mangia veramente bene. Polpette di merluzzo con salsa aiuoli risotto al salmone al pepe rosa una ottima bonarfa e come new entry cannolo siciliano buonissimo
