The restaurant you wouldn't expect.
I decided to book this restaurant for a family evening, knowing there would also be live music.
We dined outdoors in a very well-kept and clean courtyard. At sunset, the atmosphere became truly evocative, making the evening even more enjoyable.
The real surprise was the menu: not the usual dishes, but sophisticated options of both meat and fish, prepared with quality ingredients that convey a decidedly high level of cuisine.
The service was also attentive, professional, and always present without being intrusive.
A pleasantly surprising place that I recommend to those who aren't satisfied with the usual restaurant, but are looking for a different experience, where atmosphere, quality, and attention to detail truly make the difference.

A pleasant discovery in the Spessa countryside, just outside Pavia, nestled in a farmhouse. An intimate, family-friendly atmosphere, yet professional service. Quality ingredients expertly prepared. Definitely worth a try!

What can I say? Excellent restaurant and excellent service. The waiter was very thorough, but unfortunately I have to criticize the sommelier for not explaining the price ranges of the wines. We chose a mid-range white wine, and after informing us it wasn't available, she suggested another without disclosing the price. The surprise came with the bill... I honestly doubt we'll be back.
Well-executed dishes with generous portions. A little pricey, perhaps, considering the overall quality, but the dishes are thoughtfully prepared and the ingredients are of good quality. The service is quite attentive and friendly.
I found it by chance while passing through Spessa on my lunch break. I have to say, "Thank you for everything!" I really enjoyed the food, the staff, and the location! Thanks again, Roberto.

Miriam, Davide, and Mauro are truly special people who do a difficult job (to say the least) but convey all their love for what they do.

The atmosphere is intimate and refined, starting with the courtesy and attentive service. The menu offers both meat and fish options, and the wine list is well-stocked. It's always a great place to be, and I'm always happy to return!
