03/01/2026: Two of us went today. Everything was excellent: first courses, second courses, and sides. They also offered us an excellent focaccia garnished with olive oil, two excellent liqueurs, leaving their respective bottles, and Pandoro. Friendly staff, beautiful, clean, elegant place, with reasonable wait times. Highly recommended. For families and couples. Good value.

16/09/2025: My name is Rudy. I was in Rome for work and happened to dine at Acquamarina three times in a row. The food is exceptional, and the welcome is just as good. If I may recommend the seafood risotto, it's divine, as is the rest of the menu.

29/11/2025: I just returned from a business trip. The rooms were spacious, the shower comfortable, and in the morning the owner prepared a plentiful breakfast for us, with a kindness that was unique and rare... If I were to stay in Viterbo again, I would definitely go there.

15/09/2025: I can only say EXCELLENT and that is an understatement, invited to a wedding with an entire gluten-free menu, I was truly pampered, from the selection of appetizers taken care of in detail to the complete menu identical to the gluten-free one, even the final biscuits... everything perfect and delicious, I was truly speechless, congratulations to everyone...

08/12/2025: It was my first experience at this pizzeria, which I'd been wanting to try for a while (being from the South, Neapolitan pizza always has a homely feel to me), and at Napul'è I found authentic, fresh flavors. Having ordered takeout, I didn't have the pleasure of sitting down, but from the moment I walked in, I noticed that the staff and management were wonderful and courteous, even when dealing with some slightly rude and uncouth people. My only regret was that, on the calzone side, my "Corno" pizza was undercooked in some places (see attached photo), while the Margherita side was perfectly cooked—probably because the oven was too hot, so the outside was golden brown and beyond, but not the inside. Having worked in the restaurant business, however, I realize that these things can happen, especially when handling numerous orders. I'm confident, given the restaurant's attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients, that I'll certainly have five-star experiences in the future! I'll definitely be back, perhaps with friends and sitting in the dining room to enjoy the live music! See you soon!!

25/12/2025: I really liked it. The service was attentive and fast, and the waitress never stopped. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The place is a bit out of the way, but it's been renovated, clean, and welcoming, with plenty of parking. Overall, a well-deserved 5 stars. Well done!

11/01/2026: The first courses were excellent. They were fried with too much batter. The service was courteous and professional.

15/12/2025: I had a disappointing dinner here and thank goodness we already had our pizza and wine across the street. The spaghetti vongole was extremely salty and underdone and served with clams that were cold! The fried battered fish was soggy. No oil offered with the cold breads. The seafood bowl was good but not enough to redeem a dismal dinner. If I spoke Italian I might have given my feedback but even if I did, this was not worth the effort. I wonder if the regular chefs were on winter break as I find it hard to imagine how this joint could reasonably operate otherwise.

04/12/2025: Qualche anno fa decisi di affacciarmi al mondo del lavoro iniziando a fare il cameriere. Così daccordo con il proprietario ci accordammo per due giorni, ovvero sia sabato che la domenica Iniziai il sabato mattina fino alla sera e lo stesso con la domenica, dalla mattina fino alla chiusura del locale. Alla fine dei due giorni decise di pagarmi con 20 euro, dicendo che ero ancora inesperto nel settore! Essendo una persona educata e rispettosa andai via senza batter ciglio e senza lamentele, per non parlare di quello che vidi dietro le quinte, tra preparazione pasti e pulizia generale. Il mio consiglio: state lontano sia se volete mangiare che se volete lavorarci!
