The dining room is spacious and welcoming, with professional and friendly service, and a family-run atmosphere that shines through in every detail. Prices are in keeping with the quality offered. Recommended for both a dinner with friends and a more formal occasion.

Over time, I've discovered that it's not worth investing in their food, especially when it comes to service and customer care.

01/08/2026: I hate to leave a negative review, but I think it's right to share my experience. We arrived at 2:15 PM, slightly late for lunch. As soon as we entered, a waiter stared at us from afar without saying a word, while another walked past us, completely ignoring us. We had to wait a few minutes before anyone finally decided to welcome us. When we were finally seated, we were insistently told to order immediately because the restaurant was about to close. I understand the hours, but if it was no longer possible to serve new customers, they would have simply let us know politely from the start, instead of rushing us and making us feel like a nuisance. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

20/03/2026: Update 2026: After the initial excitement, I returned here a few weeks ago, and it was an experience I'll never forget, unfortunately. I had to go home because I felt sick all evening and night after eating. I ordered an egg and a mussel sauté, so I'm not sure which one was the problem, but I don't think I'll be back. Also, the prices have gone up unjustifiably compared to the quality. The egg arrived lukewarm, as did two other dishes my partner ordered. The tuna was tough, the mashed potatoes cold and not creamy, and the baked potatoes were also undercooked and flavorless, some cold and some lukewarm. Plus, they don't bring bread or croutons with the mussel sauté, which has never happened before. If you ask for bread, you pay extra; in my case, a gluten-free mini sandwich cost even more. I no longer recommend it; despite the friendly staff, the quality has dropped significantly.

25/02/2026: The atmosphere is lovely and very intimate. Excellent food, an extra star for the octopus meatballs in tomato sauce!! I would have eaten 10 more!! The same goes for the cod ones!! The owner is very kind, helpful, and charming! The prices are average, medium/high, but the quality is worth it. We'll be back!

The restaurant service is good, as is the beach service... drinks, entertainment with small summer games, and you can also have dinner...

10/07/2026: Where everything in Rome is touristy, here you can breathe in the air of traditional cuisine. Excellent pizza, very good and light fried foods. Daniel, the young man who served us, was attentive, thoughtful, and professional. What can I say? Well done to the owner, tireless in the kitchen, creating a healthy, authentic, and family-friendly atmosphere. I can't help but mention the lady (I don't remember her name), who helps out in the dining room with experience and passion. Keep up the good work with businesses like this, and good luck to you. 27/06/2026: The pizza was okay. The service was okay. The restroom was poor and there was no air conditioning. I recommend it, but I recommend correcting the above-mentioned shortcomings.

06/04/2026: It was definitely one of the restaurants that left me, my wife, and our daughter most satisfied. Despite the large number of guests, it was an overall excellent experience, both in terms of taste and service. We ate seafood: appetizers and first courses were generous in quantity and exquisite in quality and freshness. The mussel sauté was excellent, so much so that our daughter even mopped up the dish. The dishes were also beautifully presented, with the chef's skill and expertise. As for the service, there was no excruciating wait, and indeed, the smile of the waiter who served us was remarkable, which is not easy to find these days among those who work in what is undoubtedly a demanding profession. The attention to detail in the ambiance and the spacious, clean, and hygienically impeccable bathrooms round out a truly positive experience. Highly recommended for those who want a family atmosphere while enjoying excellent seafood. The menu prices are in line with the quality and quantity of the food. UPDATE APRIL 6, 2026 An Easter Monday filled with excellent food in both quality and quantity, fast and friendly service, and professionalism—everything you'd expect from an excellent restaurant. I can only confirm and reiterate my already positive review from a year ago, adding the spectacular tagliolini with lobster, which were truly tasty and succulent. We enjoyed it so much that we couldn't help but mop up the bread for both the appetizer and the main course. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Despite the time and the busy restaurant, our table was ready after just 5 minutes. ​There are three things that make this place truly special: ​Availability: The staff greeted us with a smile, making us feel immediately welcome despite the late hour. ​Speed: The service was lightning-fast! From the initial wait to the arrival of our dishes, the timing was perfectly managed. ​Quality: Despite the speed, no detail was overlooked. Excellent raw materials and carefully prepared dishes. ​It's rare to find such a perfect combination of efficiency and goodness. 09/08/2026: A restaurant with a beautiful seaside location in Civitavecchia, unfortunately ruined by truly disappointing service. Let's start with the food. The octopus salad was inedible, so overpowered by lemon that it completely covered the flavor of the dish. The rest of the appetizer, however, was good. We didn't finish the tagliolini with red shrimp, but not because of the quality of the dish, but rather because of the service, which literally took away our appetite. The waitress seemed inattentive throughout the dinner, often getting distracted by conversations with others while we were speaking to her. But the most serious incident, the one that unfortunately ruined the entire experience, concerned hygiene. When bringing us the wine, with an ice bucket, the waitress took the ice with her bare hands from the bucket containing our bottle, put it in the glasses, swirling them rapidly to chill them, and finally put the same ice back in the bucket containing the bottle and poured us the wine. A gesture that left us truly disconcerted, considering there's no way to know what those hands had touched before! Finally, another detail we'd never encountered elsewhere. Despite the €6 cover charge, bread wasn't included and was charged separately at €2 for just four slices (actually, two slices cut into four pieces). A truly unjustified additional charge, considering the cover charge we'd already paid. A real shame, because the restaurant has potential, but incidents like this, combined with poor hygiene and such randomly imposed extra charges, are unacceptable in a restaurant. We won't be returning.

01/08/2026: The appetizer is beautiful to look at, a seafood croquette... But the flavor is not very strong on the palate, the same goes for the spaghetti with lupini beans, you don't taste the flavor of the sea, it's a bit anonymous, the place is nice but it didn't give me the vibes of a seafood meal.

18/08/2026: I follow you on social media and I was inspired to try it by the many pizzas that you practically never find in traditional pizzerias. This evening with the family, an elegant yet modern place... friendly, kind and courteous staff. I really appreciated the change in pizza that I hadn't read about, I had missed it and it was excellent, my son tried the Terracina and was thrilled, my partner really enjoyed the pasta carbonara.... Delicious and excellent supplì and to finish an exquisite tiramisu.... Highly recommended, excellent quality for the price but then you can admire the expertise of a very talented pizza chef who is a spectacle just to watch as he makes the dough dance transforming it into truly mega pizzas.

19/08/2026: Being a single room it is very noisy, 55 minutes of waiting for a plate of spaghetti with clams, a fairly generous dish but everything without salt.

04/08/2026: One of the few places where you can blindly trust the quality of the food and the uninflated prices. The Neapolitan pizzas are perhaps the best in Ostia. The fish-based first and second courses are also excellent. I've been there four times in the last two months and have always been satisfied, and friends and family have also been very impressed.

13/08/2026: The food was good, but the prices were decidedly outrageous. I don't think it makes sense that all the main courses cost the same €25, considering the huge difference between the portions: a large steak costs the same as a very small portion of calamari (it seemed like a joke). Furthermore, some of the appetizers that were included and that we'd been told about verbally never arrived because they apparently sold out. Without any prior notification, we had to ask for them ourselves, and without any reduction on the bill. It doesn't seem very normal. Overall, the food was good, but the value for money was decidedly disappointing.

01/08/2026: I went to dinner at this restaurant with friends and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery! Everything was excellent, from appetizers to dessert! The meat was exceptional, and my friends who ate fish had the same thoughts! Kudos also to the service: the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

13/08/2026: A fantastic experience at this restaurant on Via Nomentana. The quality of the fish is truly excellent, and you can immediately sense the care taken in preparing the dishes. Every course is meticulously crafted, like the sashimi served with delicious chopped pistachios that enhance every flavor. The presentation is also impeccable, making everything even more inviting. I will definitely be back soon. It was a memorable dinner, and I can't wait to try other specialties on the menu.

Recommended dishes during this period: truly special amberjack tartare, artichoke with burrata and red shrimp, cacio e pepe ravioli with red shrimp bisque. Highly recommended restaurant in the heart of Palestrina!
