03/10/2025: I visited the Trattoria with my girlfriend while we were staying in Sperlonga to escape the super-touristy restaurants on the coast, and we were very satisfied. We chose two daily menus for €20 each, which included calamarata with octopus ragù, mixed fried fish, a side dish, and a half liter of house wine. The dishes were truly excellent and the portions generous. We were also welcomed and treated very warmly by the waitress and the chef, both very friendly and kind. If I have the chance, I will definitely return!

12/07/2025: *O RE DO MARISCO: A sublime culinary experience!* I came home with a smile on my face after an incredible evening at O RE DO MARISCO with my family! The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food... oh, the food! It was simply divine! We started with the buttered lobster sandwich with salad, which was an explosion of flavors and textures. The lobster was fresh and juicy, and the butter added a touch of richness and creaminess. The freshness of the ingredients was palpable, and the presentation was elegant. The marinated shrimp tartare was another delight. The combination of peach, Tabasco, and red fruit mayonnaise was ingenious, with a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors. The shrimp were incredibly fresh, and the presentation was artistic. The seared octopus with potatoes, celery, carrots, and olives was a simple dish, yet perfectly executed. The octopus was tender and perfectly cooked, and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy. The combination of flavors and textures was incredible. But the dish that stole the show was the monkfish morsel with mango and passion fruit salsa. The flavor combination was incredible, with the mango and passion fruit adding a touch of sweetness and freshness to the fish. It was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth! In short, O RE DO MARISCO is a place I highly recommend to all seafood and food lovers. The food is exceptional, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is welcoming. If you're looking for a place to eat well with family or friends, this is the place! I hope to return soon and try more delicious dishes!

07/09/2025: We went on Sunday evening. We hadn't booked, but they found us a table. There were four of us and we ordered a seafood salad appetizer. For the first course, we had scampi cream risotto served in a bowl to share for four people (I personally don't like it served like that), but it was delicious. For the second course, we had fried calamari with two prawns each (but one was missing). We had a white wine and a water to drink. The waiters were kind and friendly, and the final price was fair: €40 each!

24/05/2025: Location molto bella, la vista che si gode dal giardino, terrazzo e anche dal ristorante è unica, come la proposta del menù, dove la tradizione è rivisitata con un tocco di avanguardia e sapori forti. Un posto scoperto grazie ai Social e che sicuramente ci vedrà presto, vale il viaggio, anche il servizio attento e la possibilità di portare il nostro cane ha aiutato a rendere l'esperienza molto gradevole.

Questa sera ci hanno deliziato con piatti abilmente preparati e compresi nel nuovo menù di primavera, allego le foto.

20/08/2025: First time at this restaurant. The appetizers were all excellent, and the first courses were decent. I would pay attention to a few service details, such as serving wine to everyone and not leaving the appetizer plates in the center of the table.

12/09/2025: Last night, September 11, I happened upon this elegant restaurant in Cassino with my cousin, no doubt drawn by the excellent reviews we'd found online. The restaurant is very elegant. The interior decor and the atmosphere created by the lighting in the dining room are what you'd expect from a Michelin Guide. For my first course, I had excellent tagliatelle with guinea fowl, a delicious and rich dish. The second course was no different, an excellent seasoned suckling pig: beautiful to look at and even more so to eat. I also had the chance to try the other person's second course: seared tuna... as they say, "it melts in your mouth." In my opinion, it was the best dish I've ever tried. The dessert was also delicious, a cappuccino-flavored cake with a dusting of cocoa. The price was more than fair. I'll definitely be back.

31/08/2025: A typically American name, in fact, the owner is an Italian-American originally from Cassino, Mrs. Palermitan. The people are as exquisite as their cuisine. Totally satisfied! My wife, son, daughter, and I will definitely be back! Congratulations.

It's a stunning place, with a restaurant room meticulously curated by the staff. It felt like being on a cruise ship, you could see the Tiber River rippling against the glass. Truly enchanting, a unique place 😍. The staff gets a top rating. Congratulations to everyone for the organization and success of the event. Everything was delivered according to our agreed-upon budget, handled with great professionalism 👍. The food gets a top rating. The roast beef with zucchini scapece and salted ricotta was delicious, the pasta all'amatriciana was delicious, and the mille-feuille cake with custard was truly superb. The custard tasted like custard, and the pastry was freshly baked 👍. Guaranteed fun with after-dinner music. A 10 out of 10 for everything, a place I'll continue to recommend to friends. 06/10/2025: A beautiful, spacious, and bright restaurant, just a few meters from Via Giunone Lucina, the main street of Santa Severa. Interesting, high-quality menu. Excellent fish dishes, especially fried fish and pasta dishes. The service is well-organized. The wine list is quite extensive. Average prices.
