13/09/2025: We stopped by chance for lunch on our way back north. Everything was delicious: fried anchovies, seafood linguine, and linguine with pecorino cheese and mussels, the latter exceptional. The crema catalana was superb! The owner was friendly and helpful.

12/09/2025: Last night, September 11, I happened upon this elegant restaurant in Cassino with my cousin, no doubt drawn by the excellent reviews we'd found online. The restaurant is very elegant. The interior decor and the atmosphere created by the lighting in the dining room are what you'd expect from a Michelin Guide. For my first course, I had excellent tagliatelle with guinea fowl, a delicious and rich dish. The second course was no different, an excellent seasoned suckling pig: beautiful to look at and even more so to eat. I also had the chance to try the other person's second course: seared tuna... as they say, "it melts in your mouth." In my opinion, it was the best dish I've ever tried. The dessert was also delicious, a cappuccino-flavored cake with a dusting of cocoa. The price was more than fair. I'll definitely be back.

Francesca, the dining room manager, is a true hostess who makes dinner even more special. This experience shines through in the dishes and, above all, in the glasses. We often take advantage of the affordable tasting menu, which offers a true journey through the experience. Unlike other restaurants, you won't go home hungry. I highly recommend them.
