Location: clean, welcoming, elegant, comfortable. Staff: kind and friendly Food: balanced and delicious gourmet dishes. Recommended dishes during this period: truly special amberjack tartare, artichoke with burrata and red shrimp, cacio e pepe ravioli with red shrimp bisque. Highly recommended restaurant in the heart of Palestrina!

01/02/2026: A small restaurant, but meticulously maintained. The food is excellent, and the wait staff is knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. The price is reasonable. You can tell the quality of the ingredients used. I recommend it!
31/01/2026: I went to this lovely restaurant for the first time yesterday for dinner with friends. The place is small and welcoming. We had excellent seafood appetizers (fried fish and smoked salmon), continued with Roman cuisine and fish dishes (my tonnarelli cacio e pepe was fantastic), and finally tiramisu and other desserts! Everything was excellent, the fish was fresh, I definitely recommend it.

24/03/2026: The food was very good. The prices were what you'd expect for a seaside location. There was a small misunderstanding between the person who requested a table (who didn't speak Italian) and the waitress. However, the restaurant managed to handle the situation, showing understanding and accommodating us.
