Sushita In Roma

A fantastic experience at this restaurant on Via Nomentana. The quality of the fish is truly excellent, and you can immediately sense the care taken in preparing the dishes. Every course is meticulously crafted, like the sashimi served with delicious chopped pistachios that enhance every flavor. The presentation is also impeccable, making everything even more inviting. I will definitely be back soon. It was a memorable dinner, and I can't wait to try other specialties on the menu.

What can I say? Full marks for this Japanese/Italian fusion. Everything is excellent, even the soy sauce is different. Try as many as you can. The à la carte menu is reasonably priced for the average quality of the ingredients.

I want to leave a truly special review for Sushita Roma, and especially Vittoria. On April 8th, I relied on them from Messina to organize a surprise for my daughter, who lives in Rome as a student. Since I couldn't be there, it was essential for me to find someone who could go beyond simple service... and Vittoria was exactly that. She was extraordinary: empathetic, sensitive, helpful, and incredibly reassuring at every stage. She accompanied me with attention and care, making me feel as if I were there, right beside my daughter. The result? A perfectly executed surprise. Not only was I completely satisfied with the service, but the birthday girl and her friends also greatly appreciated the quality of the food. Thanks from the bottom of my heart to Vittoria and the entire Sushita staff for making such an important moment possible, despite the distance. Highly recommended!

A great experience, the place was small but welcoming, both for the background music and the service. The dishes, made with quality ingredients, were particularly appreciated. The value for money was also excellent.

A very pleasant restaurant, although the tables are quite small for four people. The food is still very good, especially compared to the mediocre all-you-can-eat options. The price is consequently higher, but you pay for the quality. When we were there, there was only one woman serving the tables, but she was very kind and helpful: well done! The restaurant's only major flaw is the parking lot. The night we were there, several cars were broken into, and the door of mine was forced open, causing considerable damage. I think Sushita and the surrounding establishments should assign one or more people to ensure parking security. So, if you go, park only in front of the restaurant, not behind it.
