18/04/2026: Compared to previous visits, I was very disappointed with my experience at La Divina Commedia pizzeria. We arrived at 8:15 PM and, after an interminable wait, by 10:00 PM we had only received four bruschettas and a portion of fries. Such a wait time is simply unacceptable. The service was extremely slow and disorganized, to the point of completely ruining the evening. It's a real shame to have to wait almost two hours for an appetizer and three such simple pizzas. I hope the restaurant can improve its service management, because it's absolutely not living up to expectations, and it's hard to tell if the pizza is good or just plain old.

The owner seems to enjoy cracking jokes, but that’s just his style and he doesn't appear to have any ill intentions. There happened to be a group of Chinese and Italian people there, so the noise was quite loud, but that isn't the shop's fault.

19/05/2026: Restaurant and pizzeria located on the Vindicio seafront in Formia (LT). The interior is rustic, with stone walls, vaulted ceilings, and arches, all predominantly white. It features spacious dining rooms, one with an open wood-fired oven, and a terrace overlooking the sea in the summer. The menu is extensive and varied, ranging from appetizers to first courses and main courses, with a choice of fish and meat. There's also a wide selection of pizzas, both traditional and gourmet. Delicious fried foods, expertly prepared with a crispy, non-greasy coating. The pizzas are delicious, with a light, easily digestible dough and, above all, a skillful combination of ingredients that makes every bite delicious. Finally, the desserts are exquisite, beautiful to look at and handcrafted, a delight to end the meal. The staff is kind and friendly, offering attentive and attentive service.

28/04/2026: Our favorite restaurant in Ostia. Beautifully situated by the sea. The owner is a bit gruff, but he's understandably stressed when the restaurant is full. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. A bottle of house wine costs €10. The primi, including the excellent and frequently ordered risotto with scampi, costs €15. The potato pancakes are delicious. For our main course, we had a grilled fish platter (€20) and scampi arrosto, truly exceptional. Tip: definitely make a reservation!

15/05/2026: We celebrated a friend's birthday with a large group of friends. The evening was perfectly organized by the venue staff. They were very welcoming and friendly: friendly, knowledgeable, and always available. The aperitif was excellent, both for the drinks and the appetizers. The pasta and risotto were also really good. The sea view was splendid, and the sunset was simply beautiful. The music contributed to the pleasant atmosphere, and the DJ was very good.

01/05/2026: The waiter was extremely polite and clear in his explanations. We ordered two pizzas and a half liter of white wine. The pizzas were square, but we'd been warned, so it wasn't a problem. However, the dough was rather rubbery. Overall, even looking at the dishes served at other tables, the portions didn't seem particularly generous.

Followed by fantastic fried fish and unique and much-appreciated desserts. Impeccable service staff, always smiling and attentive. Welcoming atmosphere, fair prices for the quality offered. 09/05/2026: A meticulously curated restaurant with characteristic fishing nets and sea-related paintings. Delicious, high-quality food, cooked to perfection, not to mention the fabulous raw fish. The fraschetta stew is delicious, they say it's for two people, but three or four people eat very well. Generous portions. Fast and attentive service, very good staff. Friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. On-street parking. Reservations are recommended. For birthdays, there's a special atmosphere; they dim the lights and all the waiters with the cake head toward the birthday boy or girl, while the background music of "Happy Birthday" plays, which is very nice. Excellent value for money considering the generous portions.

17/05/2026: Such a delight! I don’t know what kind of people left bad reviews but this place is definitely strong 5 star restaurant. I was walking by to another place that had 4.7 star reviews and when I was passing by Santa Lucia I smelled great food… So I stopped and asked if they can accommodate me. The waiter said no place on the garden patio , but the owner was kind enough and got a nice table for me. The ambience, the service and the food are top notch. I had lunch at a restaurant from Michelin guide and I was not impressed… Sant Lucia has much better food and service for sure. Authentic food, perfectly balanced food and beautiful presentation. Their oysters are better than in some high end restaurants in the USA. The appetizer from aubergine (eggplant) was the best I ever had any dishes made from eggplant… The lamb chops were cooked perfectly. The house wine by glasses was a nice surprise. The profiterole were delicious, but cappuccino was even better. Highly recommend this place and I will be back.

09/05/2026: Absolute disaster! Not only did the order arrive incorrect, but it was also moldy!! What a joke. The staff were completely incompetent and even tried to lie, saying it was caused by the oven… customers are not that stupid.

28/04/2026: We happened upon this restaurant on a Sunday. The great thing is that it's right on the sea, and the owners were so kind that they let us sit outside even though our reserved spot was on the veranda. I can say that the attentive and courteous service is the restaurant's real strength. The prices are a bit high given the quantity, and the food is good, but aside from the fried food (the baby octopus baked in foil was delicious), in my case, the octopus ravioli had absolutely no taste of fish. The purple potato filling made everything tasteless, and the very salty pecorino cream completely covered the octopus. A shame: a beautiful recipe, but it needs revisiting! Special mention for the very good desserts.

08/04/2026: The place is very good, but the food needs improvement. The pasta is overcooked, and we ordered it despite reading reviews that said it was like St. Thomas. The sautéed mussels and clams was truly awful for the price. Five stars for the desserts.
