26/09/2025: We tried the restaurant, staying at the hotel, with the à la carte menu. The view is the most beautiful on Ponza, a marvelous terrace overlooking Chiaia di Luna beach. The menu is different for lunch and dinner, both satisfying. The prices are obviously high, but for the location and the quality, they're justified. The service is perfect, very professional. For dinner, we tried the fried calamari and grilled calamari on a potato cake, both excellent. The salad was also a surprise. The dessert was a bit disappointing. For lunch, the spaghetti with clams and bottarga was excellent. And so was the seafood salad. A feast for the eyes and the palate.

20/09/2025: Let me start by saying that I'm not interested in denigrating anyone, but rather in encouraging improvement. I'm giving it two stars because you expect more from a four-star hotel restaurant. The location isn't enough—it's very beautiful, and the ambiance is also very good—but the rest is needed. The service could be improved, especially regarding the cutlery arrangement and maintaining the same non-standard servings for two people. Then there's the food. A dish that "ran out" at 8:30 PM should be removed from the menu, and you shouldn't wait to be asked to tell us so. We ordered two first courses, which, based on their names, raised certain expectations, but the flavors were very distant and basic (the base was tomato, and that was basically all we could taste). Then there was the fried fish, which left us unsure about the freshness of the fish, but that's an unprovable feeling. Then there was the side salad (mixed salad with citrus and dried fruit) that tasted like coarsely chopped, bagged salad from the supermarket. With water and a half bottle of white wine, we paid over €100 for two. Now, if you want to stay in that price range you have to raise the quality bar!

08/11/2025: Spectacular supplì in every possible variety. Excellent pizzas and good wine with a reasonable markup. Desserts are above average for most pizzerias. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes. The price is reasonable for the quality and excellent service.

03/11/2025: I stopped by chance in this place, I can say that it is an excellent restaurant for its dishes with fresh and tasty products, excellent pizza, if I pass through those parts again I will definitely go there ... I also recommend it for the kindness and ability of a superb service.

02/11/2025: An old, dirty, light-blue convenience store couch stuns us at the entrance. The pizza is paper-thin, single-flavor, dry, and burnt. The fried foods are soaked in oil and frozen, horrendous. Let's skip the beer. Absolutely not! Not recommended.

10/12/2025: Quality food, homemade fried food that's truly delicious, top-notch pizza with a light and digestible dough, impeccable service, young, polite, and hard-working staff. I had a really good time. I plan on returning as soon as possible. Congratulations.

06/11/2025: The interior is average...but the service is friendly, delicious, and fast. Crispy and dry fried food, very good Neapolitan pizzas, and a wide selection of toppings. Good prices. Well done guys!

13/11/2025: This is my second time eating at this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly, the owner is approachable, and the food is delicious. Highly recommended if you want to eat well, spend a fair amount, and be carefree. It's now become our go-to place for fresh fish.

28/06/2025: One of the best restaurants here in Latina... low prices, food including: Risotto, fish, main courses, even off-menu requests are all excellent... Practically impeccable service and waitress always super attentive and professional. We come here every now and then with my family and as usual we always feel like we are at home. 5 stars well deserved! 🌟❤️💪

13/11/2025: I unexpectedly received bonus money on the website (the one shown in the photo attached to the review) and decided to treat myself a little. I stopped by this restaurant — and the evening instantly got better. The pasta was delicious, the sauce rich, and the portion generous.

31/10/2025: We went to this restaurant last night, booking through The Fork. Everything was magnificent, from the welcome, to the menu, to the very homey atmosphere, and finally to the delicious dishes we tried. Everything was very, very good, and I think I'll be back, as it's also very close to home. I absolutely recommend the salmon carpaccio and both pasta dishes.

21/10/2025: After a long time, we returned to this restaurant and rediscovered how to eat fish with a modest €45 menu. We were very pleased with the value for money, and we'll definitely be back. The service was excellent and the owner was very kind.

04/11/2025: Beautiful location and good seafood cuisine, but I have two things to say: - on Saturdays and Sundays, there's a charge for indoor parking (€5); - when ordering, the waiter asked us, rather unkindly, not to order six different first courses, but at least two of each. This is quite an unusual custom... Usually, this clause would be listed on the menu for special dishes.

From the menu, I particularly recommend the fried anchovies, the marinated ones, and the first course of the day with lobster, which is also generous in portions! A good wine cellar with a variety of labels and prices for every budget. I've had to book last minute or cancel due to serious issues, and the owners have always been incredibly kind. ❤️

16/09/2025: My name is Rudy. I was in Rome for work and happened to dine at Acquamarina three times in a row. The food is exceptional, and the welcome is just as good. If I may recommend the seafood risotto, it's divine, as is the rest of the menu.
