The owner is always kind and helpful, a delightful person who always welcomes us with a sincere smile and joy. You're great, Mauro.
08/12/2025: As the Italian Sailors' Association of Aprilia, we've been organizing events at this restaurant for a few years now. The service is friendly, and above all, the food is excellent. And don't forget that it's affordable for those with less money.
Plus, you don't have to worry; they take care of everything and do it well. Excellent organization.

17/10/2025: We booked this restaurant for a weekend in May, and upon our arrival, a waiter of about fifty greeted us, immediately telling us: "Hey, it's full...you'll have to wait outside." When we complained that we had booked, the waiter reiterated: "You'll have to wait outside, there's a line." Finally, another waiter arrived and seated us.
As for dinner, I can't say it was any better... I understand that everything has gone up, starting with the bread, but the price of the main courses has increased despite the reduced quantity of food, while the cover charge is €2 per person.
We don't recommend it.
13/10/2025: Rustic and well-kept atmosphere, good service, excellent spaghetti carbonara, good and creamy lemon sorbet, shame about the veal cutlet which was a bit calloused.

28/08/2025: A very good family dinner at the seafood restaurant. The products are mostly local and beautifully showcased. Definitely leave room for dessert.
The tart tin is a must-try. Let yourself be guided and discover the deliciousness that the island's products have to offer.

21/11/2025: I've been going to Ristoro for several years. And I have to say, every time I go, I always have a great time. The food is truly delicious. High quality. Whatever you eat, you're guaranteed a great experience. The baked pasta is absolutely delicious. The pizza is also exquisite. Even the cutlet with potatoes is super. One of the best things is that when you sit down, there's a relaxing atmosphere. It's like being at home. A family atmosphere. A special mention goes to Marco, the owner. When he welcomes you, you feel like you're seeing an old friend. You can tell he's passionate about what he does and that he cares about his customers. 5 stars, well deserved.

01/11/2025: For me, it's excellent and always a guarantee! From the menu, I particularly recommend the fried anchovies, the marinated ones, and the first course of the day with lobster, which is also generous in portions!
A good wine cellar with a variety of labels and prices for every budget.
I've had to book last minute or cancel due to serious issues, and the owners have always been incredibly kind. ❤️

14/10/2025: This is a favorite of a friend who owns a beach house nearby. I only ate here once, but overall it was the best dinner on a recent 10 day trip to Rome and this area south of Rome and Latina. Very fresh seafood caught in local water prepared expertly. I had a stuffed grilled calamari and my wife had seared tuna. SO many interesting choices. Also non seafood options. We ate outside near the ancient Roman ruins that I believe predate the birth of Christ. The water recommended a Lambrusco, which was a new wine experience for me, paired extremely well with out food. We were there in October mid week which is very off season. I am told it is very busy in August.
12/10/2025: I went for lunch on Sunday with my mother. We had a wonderful time, treated with kindness and discretion by the staff. The food was excellent, with light but tasty toppings. The restaurant is just steps from the cathedral square and perfectly integrated into the historic and artistic context of Terracina. We'll be back.

06/11/2025: The interior is average...but the service is friendly, delicious, and fast. Crispy and dry fried food, very good Neapolitan pizzas, and a wide selection of toppings. Good prices. Well done guys!
