I had lunch at this restaurant at the recommendation of a colleague, and found it to be a refined and authentic place, with an open kitchen and well-stocked dishes made with premium ingredients and very good combinations.
For my first experience, I wanted to try the paccheri with grouper; perhaps a little too dry, but still good. I'd probably add a few more paccheri to satisfy even the hungriest palates.

A pleasant family evening. The atmosphere was welcoming and full of elegant decorative objects. The staff was very polite and attentive to all our needs. The cuisine was impeccable in terms of quality and unique dishes, while also respecting tradition.
I really appreciated the attention paid to vegetarians at our table.
We will definitely be back.

We went to Ristorante Ciardò in Salerno and had a truly wonderful experience!
Everything was delicious, with carefully prepared dishes and fresh flavors that are immediately noticeable.
The owner is definitely an added bonus: very friendly, welcoming, and truly kind.

The atmosphere is very cramped, but well-maintained.
The service was friendly and the food was good quality...but the portions left a lot to be desired: we asked for a half portion and were told they wouldn't make one; I didn't understand the reason until the dish arrived: IT WAS ALREADY A HALF PORTION, so it was completely impossible to share.
Finally, after reading this review of mine, which I don't consider negative, the owner responded angrily.
The truth hurts...
