30/10/2025: A real tourist trap! The menu is extremely overpriced for the quality of the food. Everything was poorly cooked — the fish was dry, the risotto far from what a proper risotto should be, and the pasta equally disappointing. Yes, the location is convenient on the Amalfi road, with a charming terrace surrounded by lemon trees and a pleasant view — but that’s about it. Such careless cooking and disregard for food make a disservice to the many excellent restaurants in the area. Definitely not worth the prices they charge.

The place is above all welcoming, with a family atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and always available to recommend the best dishes. The menu offers a wide variety of seafood specialties, all incredibly fresh: from appetizers to mixed fried fish. I was particularly impressed by: Salmon caramels in barbecue sauce with caramelized onion and mayo; Fried octopus, baked potatoes, and pistachio pesto (compliments: fresh, and the freshness of the almonds was impeccable); and to finish off with a delicious dessert: Cannoli 🔝. The quality-price ratio was also excellent, especially considering the quality of the fish. 13/10/2025: What a discovery! One of those restaurants where every single detail is truly impeccable. The attention to detail, research, and quality of the ingredients are top-notch. From appetizers to desserts, everything is designed to make your meal a true taste experience. Excellent service. The location is meticulously maintained. The paella definitely deserves special mention. I've eaten many around Spain, but this one is second to none. The cooking, quality, freshness, and perfectly balanced flavors. (I speak as a chef.) This restaurant definitely ranks among my personal favorites of the best seafood restaurants in Campania. Thank you, we'll see you very often.

22/10/2025: Michelin star restaurant so has a high bar and it did not disappoint. Extensive wine list, impeccable service, and steller dishes. Amuse bouche to start, great bread basket, appetizers were on point and main dishes were very flavorful and surprisingly not overly petite. Small dessert tray and lemoncello shots to end the night. They have several different dining options and we were recommended the patio which is BEAUTIFUL. However, we were seated at the end of the patio and did not know it is also a public walkway. We had people walking past us looking at us and our food throughout the night which was a little awkward and tiring. If you sit outside, make sure to not get seated on the end by the corner.

He said, “Tell me what you feel like eating ; even if it’s not on the menu, I’ll make it for you.” It wasn’t just dinner; it was pure emotion. I felt like a child again; sitting in my grandfather’s kitchen; surrounded by love, comfort, and the scent of something wonderful being made just for me. Each plate was a masterpiece; crafted with passion, precision, and soul. Every flavor told a story, every bite carried warmth. The waiter’s kindness completed the experience; it felt like family, gathered around the table after years apart. Il Buco isn’t just a restaurant; it’s home, heart, and passion served on a plate, a place where food becomes art, and emotion becomes flavor.

27/10/2025: Hello Francesco, hello, you "Nettunos"! In September/October, we were guests at the Hotel San Giorgio—as we do every year. Our first stop after arriving was the "Nettuno," and it was once again a pleasure to see you, eat with you, and be greeted by your kindness. The food was once again excellent, the drinks were served with style, and the limoncello was perfect! Thank you for the very pleasant visits; we can only recommend you! 19/09/2025: We had a very decent meal at the restaurant for a reasonable price, then headed for the beach chairs which we paid 10€ for per person. The beach was clean, so was the shower and changing room and they had a lifeguard on duty. The sand is very fine and the view picturesque. The menu of the restaurant was in english, german and italian (-ofc). Staff was very friendly and there were cats :D
