18/04/2025: If you're looking for a cozy Italian spot with a nice sea view for your hungry, this restaurant is a real note. The atmosphere is super chill, and if you're lucky, you might even find a free parking spot nearby—which is a nice little win. The pizza is amazing. Thin crust, fresh toppings, all hits just right. Definitely the star of the show. Some of the staff speak English, with a bit of help from translation apps and a friendly "per favore" always gets you what you want and a smile. The smell coming from the kitchen is enough to make you hungry all over again. Great food, awesome view, and all-around good vibes—totally worth checking out.

10/04/2025: Place visited many years ago and I must say that as a location it hasn't changed much, dated, I expected something more given the very suggestive and romantic place on the sea but, alas, we didn't have a good time, abundant dishes but the service times leave something to be desired and then I had to wait for my fried food, it arrived long after my boyfriend's dish and half of it was raw., an even more chilling scene are the dishes that came out of the kitchen and were parked on a shelf waiting... what a disappointment! The desserts were nothing special, I took a creme brulee, my partner a panna cotta with berries as in the photo...

05/04/2025: It was still empty in March and not a big selection of fish. We were a little late and the waiter was in a hurry to get rid of us... but the fish was very good, as was the appetizer platter, which took some getting used to for us.

14/01/2025: Serata di Capodanno da non ripetere mai più. Valore della serata 95€ p.p con cibo immangiabile,l unico buono era quello dei bambini. Peccato perché il locale merita. Mi dispiace ma non ci ritornerò ne per capodanno ne per un altra occasione e neppure posso consigliarlo. Non capisco, cosa cambia tra un matrimonio e un cenone?dato che per gli eventi abbiamo mangiato sempre bene.

26/12/2024: I relied on this structure to celebrate my daughter's 18th and I found myself not well, but very well. The spacious and well-furnished rooms provided a splendid setting for the event. The owner was available to guarantee the service even on the evening of December 25th, an element not to be overlooked. The food was very good. A truly more than positive balance sheet. If you don't know this place, you absolutely must go.

22/12/2024: Luogo perfetto. Ambiente accogliente e retrò, servizio ineccepibile e cibo ottimo. Cozze, pasta al granzoporo,gnocchi agli scampi e tocai. Sorbetto offerto. 56 euro ben spesi. Torneremo!!! Maoooo!

13/11/2024: Ci sono stato un sabato a pranzo . lo avevamo notato qualche settimana prima ma era tutto pieno. stavolta siamo stati fortunati. si tratta di una trattoria a gestione familiare molto accogliente con cucina tradizionale , fatta con amore e semplicità. 09/11/2024: A splendid place on Citara beach. Often crowded due to the excellent value for money it is not a problem. The service is coordinated by the friendly and expert owner, Mr. Stephen. Spending a few dozen minutes waiting for an excellent dish allows you to contemplate a crystal clear sea and a splendid glimpse of this wonderful island. Not to be missed.

30/10/2024: Precioso lugar con personal amable y deliciosa comida. Se sirve rápidamente con vista al mar. Fui con mi madre en la última noche de nuestra estancia para espagueti bol y bebidas. Teníamos el postre de limón también que era delicioso.

23/03/2025: I had the pleasure of stopping for a coffee. Excellent and good almond paste as an accompaniment. For lunch I went back and ate excellent Tuscan ravioli with a good ragù. Only suggestion: check the ragù better. I found a small piece of bone in the ragù, which fortunately did not cause me any problems. Average prices. As an addition given the response. I reported it to the waitress at the end of the pasta, giving visibility to what I found. At the time of payment I would have expected a commercial move to compensate for what happened, but this was not the case.

11/01/2025: Food so good had to leave a review! Our group loved it. Special shout to the rabbit pasta, cheesecake, vino and the Tuscan platter. Great service, menu available in Italian and English. Food so good we will circle back before leaving.

01/04/2025: What a view with out of this world service. But the LUNCH menu absolutely sucks. The portions were small and extremely expensive. But again, the view of what you are going for. I'm sure the Dinner menu is better, but that Lunch menu should be reevaluated. Just my opinion. Nice place to go and just get some drinks.

16/02/2025: We had our wedding at The Gritti Palace and it was phenomenal!! We want to thank the chef and all the staff at the Club Del Doge, all our guests were blown away by the menu they curated for us. And the staff were so friendly and attentive the entire dinner. If you are looking for a wedding venue in Venice this is the place!!

21/03/2025: My boyfriend and I went to dinner at Braciere on Saturday night, booking by calling the day before, emphasizing my celiac disease but having already been there last year we knew we were safe. When we arrived we sat down, got a drink and when it was time to order I was blocked, as there was no gluten-free dough for that evening, according to the waitress the pizza chef had quit the night before. So we asked for a moment and I decided reluctantly to get some gnocchi anyway. They weren't good but not to be thrown away either, probably my desire to eat pizza affected the taste (..). When it was time to pay the bill we asked the owner at the cash register about the problem with the gluten-free pizzas and we were told that they had reopened after a period of closure and that they preferred to reorganize everything, and that in any case no one had ever left the restaurant hungry, considering the wide choice they had even for gluten-free. Too bad though, that if you want pizza you can't end up eating gnocchi. It would have been better to warn us when we arrived and not when the bottles were already open! We went back because we had already been there but we certainly won't be back. Let's hope they find the pizza chef quickly or better to say let's hope they wake up from hibernation as soon as possible?

15/04/2025: The restaurant, although inconspicuous from the outside, offers very good dishes. The pizza is very tasty, the tuna steak is also delicious. Add some good house wine and you're ready to feast.

14/04/2025: Went there for dinner twice last week. Very friendly and warm and uncomplicated service. Food was delicious. Ate pizza and the other time pasta.
