09/02/2025: Ospite con me un giornalista del tg1 preso menù da 28 € escluse bevande ci siamo trovati a pagare 41 € a testa Premetto abbiamo ordinato 2 bott. d'acqua 35cl.di vino rosso e 35cl. di vino bianco vino della casa per un totale di 16 € se sapevo tutto ciò avremmo stappato una bella bottiglia di vino di marca sicuramente almeno l'avremmo scelta noi e sicuramente speso di meno Menù Sformato al tartufo nero buona Tagliolini buoni Rosbif di maialino freddo e salatissimo

Locale davvero molto piacevole e accogliente dove puoi goderti tranquillamente la tua serata. Abbiamo assaggiato diversi piatti tra cui la tartare, il tortino di carciofi, puré di fave,passatelli in brodo e dolci.... Tutto MERAVIGLIOSO! COMPLIMENTI Francesca! Personale molto gentile. 03/01/2025: Pranzo tra amici fantastico, abbiamo mangiato benissimo dagli antipasti ai primi secondi e dolci favolosi. Il personale è super gentile, Leonardo molto professionale e ci ha anche spiegato la città. Si sta super comodi, anche con i bambini, sono stati accolti benissimo e fatti mangiare prima di noi adulti, inoltre hanno avuto modo di muoversi, poiché i tavoli sono distribuiti molto bene all interno della sala. Lo consigliamo e se torniamo a Gubbio sicuramente mangeremo di nuovo li.

11/03/2025: We had a great time, found it by chance but I would highly recommend it which is why I gave it the maximum stars. First courses cooked very well, fried dishes dry and delicious, excellent grill and super stuffed pizzas. They also do takeaway and I saw many people come to pick up food and take it home.... synonymous with quality and price. Next time I'll try the paella but just by looking at it it's super inviting.

03/03/2025: WHILE STAYING AT THE RELAIS NEXT SLIDE WE DECIDED TO STOP HERE FOR DINNER. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT....FOOD...COURTESY OF THE STAFF AND VALUE FOR MONEY. I RECOMMEND THE TARTARE!!!!!! THEY PREPARE IT AT THE MOMENT IN FRONT OF THE TABLE BASED ON YOUR TASTES.....IT HAS WINNER US ALREADY FROM THE MOMENT OF PREPARATION!!!!! ENVIRONMENT WITH CARE IN EVERY DETAIL. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO TRY OTHER DISHES ON THE MENU TOO.

19/03/2025: Beautiful resort in a nineteenth-century villa a stone's throw from Lake Trasimeno. The rooms have been renovated with taste and attention to detail, leaving the style of the period but with all the comforts. The idea of ​​being able to reserve the wellness area for an hour is nice. The pool is large and overlooks an olive grove. Very large garden with vegetable garden and vineyard, really well-kept and where it is a pleasure to walk. A special mention goes to the restaurant of the structure: we tasted the excellent dishes of the chef prepared with local ingredients and accompanied by an excellent wine. Very good and varied buffet breakfast with both sweet and savory options. Excellent prices for the service offered.

08/03/2025: I often eat in restaurants and almost always I am unable to eat everything on my plate because the heaviness of the restaurant-cooked dish prevails, therefore tending to be more seasoned. This is the first restaurant I've found where you eat with the taste of a restaurant dish but cooked in such a way as to be light. I don't know their secret but I assure you that everything is delicious, you can taste the quality ingredients. Positive aspects to point out 1. Cloth napkin 2. Glass of bottled house wine served at the table with tasting 3. Superlative bread and oil. These are delicacies that deserve a sixth star. The owners are very kind, they make you feel at home and ensure that you leave satisfied so they take care of everything. We had a flan of beef rump with aubergines, melted Norcia cheese and truffle (stunning), a pappardella with wild boar (never eaten so good) a pork shank with potatoes (superlative) ricotta pie and panna cotta with berries (divine) it's a trattoria but it has the care of a restaurant, I won't say starred but with truly refined traditional dishes. I would go back tomorrow. Since the place is small, you can also converse with other diners. Excellent price. 66 euros with wine, water and coffee. If you don't go you won't realize what I'm talking about.
