12/05/2026: Beautiful surroundings and the food is first class.

05/05/2026: We visited at night but I am sure it offers breathtaking views of you visit during the day. The is a family owned place and the friendliness and "family vibe" was evident amongst the staff and the customers even if you don't speak Italian! Delicious food, great wine and I absolutely loved the tiramisu!! The portions were very generous, we couldn't finish our food and overall we had a fantastic time (and the most lemony limoncello ever tasted - really great!!)

16/05/2026: We had lunch with wild boar cooked in a "dolceforte" sauce and toasted pine nuts, a side dish for two, and a bottle of mineral water (no wine). The dish was delicious and unique, but honestly, €71 seemed a bit excessive for the portions served. Overall, the price seemed a bit inflated.

01/05/2026: An unforgettable sensory experience! If you're looking for a place where hospitality meets culinary excellence, Le Civette is a must-see. From the start, you can tell the evening will be special, but it's with the appetizer that the magic happens: their liver pâté is simply divine. A velvety texture and a flavor so balanced it's breathtaking; it's rare to find such quality. But the real highlight is the pici. To say they're delicious would be an understatement: they're literally a dream come true. The pasta is rolled to perfection, and the toppings are an explosion of authentic flavors that taste of home and haute cuisine at the same time. A place that warms the heart and satisfies the palate. I'll definitely be back!

20/04/2026: A very intimate restaurant, with dishes that are unconventional, even surprising, and excellent in both presentation and quality. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, and we'll return to enjoy the terrace view.

04/04/2026: We stopped for a quick lunch and ordered the 13 euro menu. I'd say it was plentiful and good... the staff were welcoming and super friendly... a rarity... congratulations!

14/03/2026: We only visited the restaurant as passing tourists, two couples, and ordered the tourist menu. The price was excellent, and the food was very tasty and well-portioned. The kitchen was spotless, and the restrooms were well-maintained. The young people at the tables were extremely courteous, extremely polite, and attentive. The owner's daughter, who is also a talented chef, was friendly and empathetic at the counter. Perfectly family-run, highly recommended. Reservations are recommended due to the large number of guests.

01/05/2026: We stumbled upon Le Cisterne almost by accident (we were looking for another restaurant). The staff were truly friendly and knowledgeable. The dishes were generous and well-prepared. EXCELLENT! The prices were more than fair. Highly recommended.

21/04/2026: Fantastic experience! The food was excellent and carefully presented. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to our every need or request. There was a small hiccup during the service, but the staff was brilliant at resolving it. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. Excellent value for money. I would definitely return and can't recommend it highly enough!

01/06/2026: We arrived at 9.15pm as per reservation, at the entrance there was an unpleasant situation, a couple of tourists had booked via email but they hadn't read the email. They apologized but the bad thing was that they couldn't find them a table and the two tourists left a little angry and that's okay anyway we sat down there were 4 of us we noticed immediately that there was confusion, we ordered and for getting water we waited a bit the food we ate wasn't great and the service I think they broke about twenty glasses and even a few bottles "I don't think I'll go there again"

31/05/2026: Generally a nice restaurant. Unfortunately, no outdoor seating. The food was very good, but we found a fat maggot in the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms – we pointed this out to the waiter. The chef simply relayed that this was normal, no further comment...

We ordered the menu with two starters and a grilled meat for €23, then added wine, dessert, and coffee, for a final bill of €66 for two. Aside from the price, we really liked the atmosphere. We'll be back!

30/04/2026: I went to Falisco for dinner, a warm and friendly atmosphere. Sergio was spectacular with his grills, and Sabina, what can I say, was a fantastic cook. Everything was delicious and had a traditional flavor. Excellent, I highly recommend it.

07/05/2026: We ate at Ristorante del Mercato on May 1st, a wonderful experience. Excellent food and fair prices. If you're passing through Spoleto, I recommend trying this restaurant.

14/04/2026: We had a lovely lunch in Spoleto. The food was delicious - we started with the cheese antipasto and ideas amazing - the assortment was very good and the jams that came with it were delicious. We had the strangozzi with spicy tomato sauce and the lamb with mashed potatoes as well as a mixed salad. Everything was very tasty and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

03/05/2026: We stopped at this agriturismo almost on a one-night stopover for dinner, and it was a wonderful discovery! Here, kindness and quality aren't just words, but the true hosts. We dined in the restaurant-pizzeria and were literally blown away: the dishes are exceptional, meticulously presented, and clearly crafted with love and research. It's not the banal cuisine you'd expect from a agriturismo, but a high-end gastronomic experience that still retains the authenticity of the area. Special praise goes to Virginia, our waitress: she was simply fantastic! Cheerful, professional, and super attentive to every detail, she made us feel pampered from start to finish. If you're in the area, you can't miss stopping by!

09/04/2026: We went for Easter lunch: seated at 1:30 PM, finished at 5:30 PM. Yet the wait was reasonable until the first course, around 3 PM. After that, I don't know what happened, but there was an hour-long wait that was unreasonable. Maybe because there was a baptism on? Strange, considering it's a place known for hosting large events. Good food, gorgeous location. I would have preferred more for dessert...

It feels like being completely neglected. The quality of the food didn't live up to expectations, with dishes that were poorly prepared and lacking the level of service one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The ambiance was also particularly disappointing: throughout our stay, the smell of smoke from the grill was clearly noticeable, making it unpleasant and unpleasant, especially while eating. An experience that, besides being unsatisfying, leaves nothing to remember: it's not even worth a photo. Overall, a place that didn't make us feel welcome and one we'll be unlikely to return to.

15/04/2026: A truly well-maintained inn with a very comfortable atmosphere. We had a traditional appetizer, which was full of excellent cured meats, bruschetta, and cheeses. Truly delicious. We then continued with some first courses and a sliced ​​beef steak with truffles. Everything was delicious. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.
