19/08/2025: Il Pellicano has been a regular stop when I visit my sister in Umbria since 1998. When I was younger, I'd stop in for sandwiches and a beer; now I use it to pick up a delicious takeout pizza. The dough is well-made, well-risen (so much so that you won't wake up thirsty the next day), and the wide selection of flavors is worth trying. Recommended for anyone passing through the San Faticchio area and surrounding towns.

18/08/2025: We had dinner at Pellicano and, in addition to the generous portions, we were served by very friendly staff. The burgers and pizzas were excellent. Prices were average. I recommend it!

09/07/2025: Never mind if we get French fries instead of salad, of course. It's a mistake, and we point it out to the staff... from that moment on, we're IGNORED. After an hour of waiting in vain, we go to the cashier and ask for the salad they'd charged us to be deducted from our bill. The worst part was the owner's indifference, who smugly replied, "We don't even read the reviews." He went on, "We don't care about our customers." For us, however, this evening was a time of inconvenience and frustration; that's not how you treat your customers. A beautiful place is where you feel welcomed; a beautiful view isn't enough.

06/07/2025: Place located above Tuoro with a view of the lake, the sunset does not "fall" into the lake like at San Feliciano due to their position. Nice place, there are various dishes, also for vegetarians and vegans. Possibility of taking just a nice cocktail for aperitif. Medium-high costs. There are numerous dishes such as first courses, half a pizza shovel (15 euros) or a shovel (30 euros) and numerous ethnic dishes, cocktails and sandwiches. Beautiful presentation of the dishes. Romantic but simple place. Possibility of eating by reservation at street level with a view of the lake and beach-style deck chairs.

29/07/2025: Very nice lady, you can choose to sit inside, on the terrace or on the “tower” which has a breathtaking view, the steak for 2 was really nice and the pasta was very tastefull too. Overall truly great experience

23/08/2025: NO. Terrible food, inedible fish. Even though they noticed we barely touched any of the food, they didn't even bother asking us why. They gave us an already opened bottle of wine (I don't know how long ago), saying it was three glasses, but they charged us for the full amount. Poor service, no parking. Never again.

09/07/2025: The review refers to the restaurant. The location is beautiful, but the quality/price ratio isn't adequate. An appetizer of three bruschettas costs €10, and three grilled lamb chops cost €20, too. The service is like a farmhouse, but the prices aren't. Overall, I can give it a passing grade, no more.

03/07/2025: We spent a wonderful week at this magnificent place! We really enjoyed the location, the service, and especially the excellent food! Our dog was also very welcome. It's a great place to explore the towns of Umbria from here, and we're always happy to return for dinner in the evening. The only thing is that the rooms and bathrooms could be a bit larger, but they're beautifully renovated and air-conditioned. Thanks again to everyone for the wonderful week!

13/08/2025: We had lunch and dinner there during our four-day vacation in Perugia. The food was very good and the service excellent. There's a reason you have to book every night to get a table. Highly recommended.

Ci siamo sentite accolte e coccolate dal proprietario al personale ma soprattutto dalle pietanze .. tutto era ottimo ..si possono sentire tutti i sapori ma tutto si lega alla perfezione. Grande impegno sulla ricerca della qualità che viene servita sapientemente. Un misto fra Sicilia e Umbria sapori antichi trattati in modo moderno e innovativo, il tutto fatto a mano da lui compresi pane pasta e dolci. Non è stata una semplice cena ma ..un viaggio. Complimenti..!! Consiglio vivamente a tutti.

23/06/2025: A true corner of paradise discovered a few years ago and, after the last stay, I can only reconfirm its beauty. The staff is always super welcoming and helpful, while the location is beautiful and well-kept. The restaurant and the breakfast buffet full of high-quality products are also excellent. Highly recommended.

29/07/2025: I appreciated the variety of the menu, the quality of the products, and the courtesy of the staff. The cacio & pepe pici were truly excellent (perhaps a little too salty for my personal taste), as were the well-made potato ravioli with pistachio pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, pecorino cheese, and fiordilatte. The prices were fair, and there was no wait that evening for dinner. Don't miss the pizza; huge, thin, and incredibly tasty.

13/08/2025: Excellent hotel, central location. Covered parking available for €16 per day. Very large pool, varied breakfast for all tastes. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is easily accessible by foot from the center.

10/08/2025: While waiting in line to reserve a table, I was "passed" along with the rest of the line by a friend of the lady at the register. I pointed out that I was in line before him, and he apologized, but I was given the next reservation number after him and, of course, was seated after him. This was rude and unwelcome. The pizza was average. There's definitely better.

10/08/2025: Extremely good pizzas at low prices. Delicious pizzas between 5 and 12 euros that you can eat in or take away if you can't finish them. It's pretty easy to get a seat inside, but there's a bit of a wait for a spot on the terrace. Their success attracts people. It's truly deserved!
