28/08/2024: Unmissable! Exceptional typical cuisine in a fourteenth-century restaurant renovated to crown the atmosphere of the alleys of Gubbio. The owners are very kind and super competent. Fast and attentive service. Excellent value for money. We returned twice in 4 days because we enjoyed it so much. If you are unsure about what to eat, ask for advice or alternatively taste everything because you won't find anything to complain about.

11/07/2024: Non riesco a capire chi è che scrive le recensioni… ristorante assolutamente da evitare. La location è carina, purtroppo le cose positive, finiscono qui. Prezzi totalmente inadeguati, piatti di qualità discutibile… crumble delle tartare, fatto con i biscotti “digestive” (vergognoso) tartare che costano 39€… la frittura, praticamente una porzione da bambini, che costa 28€. Ovviamente non tornerò più e non capisco come faccia un posto del genere, ad essere ancora aperto. Scandaloso

08/08/2024: This has always been my favourite restaurant in Norcia, the refined taste, high quality, atmosphere, and service has always given me and my guests good memories. The family owners, have demonstrated a remarkable determination and resilience, as they had to move out from the original restaurant location after 2016's earthquake, and again move two years ago due to issues with the temporary venue. The new location is ok, not what they deserve, but still good to enjoy a meal as a couple, family or when with friends. The food and many classic dishes are still the same, with the addition of nice cuts of selected meats. My recommendation for these with compatible taste, is the "Filetto di manzo with Gorgonzola and black truffle". The meat had a buttery consistency, so tender and juicy, the cream was balanced, you could identify and taste both truffles and gorgonzola in balanced harmony. I hope they will soon be able to get back to the original family venue.

09/07/2024: Il locale è ben arredato, siamo rimasti 2 gg a norcia e visto che ci siamo trovati bene la prima sera abbiamo deciso di tornarci anche la sera dopo. Il cibo è ottimo, il personale ospitale e veloce l'ambiente piacevole

31/08/2024: Osteria sita nella piazza di Panicale, grazioso paese assolutamente da visitare. Sono stato con la mia famiglia a pranzo. Abbiamo gradito il benvenuto con i cestini di cipolla, pane fresco, olio umbro e una cremina di burro e pomodoro. I primi sono stati fantastici, consigliabili sicuramente gli umbricelli di cui si allega una foto. Anche i ravioli alla carbonara sono stati favolosi anche se sarebbe stata gradita una maggiore quantità. Inoltre, molto buone le costatelle ed il filetto. Dolci fatti in casa, ottima la tartatelle di cioccolato ed albicocca. Tutto molto buono,c’è attenzione verso il cliente e verso i piatti. Con il proprietario ho avuto modo di scambiare piacevolmente due parole: persona molto cordiale ed amante della propria terra. I prezzi sicuramente risultano essere poco più alti della media tuttavia sono giustificati dalla qualità del prodotto. Complimenti, ritorneremo.

17/08/2024: On an August evening, in the beautiful village of Bevagna, we had the pleasure of having dinner in this pleasant tavern, typical dishes totally respecting tradition, some even homemade (like the orecchiette), abundant dishes, helpful service, and the note Even more positive is the price, with two first courses (orecchiette, bacon and broad beans, strangozzi with goose ragù) and a second course (lamb porchetta) we paid €40, you name it!

03/08/2024: I ate this evening in this top restaurant in the town of Deruta. Truffle in abundance in the dishes and at reasonable costs. The desserts are also really fantastic. Huge choice and very good dishes. The two waiters were excellent and were always present and attentive. The owner was also very courteous and friendly.

31/07/2024: I went for lunch with my family 2 days ago. We were welcomed by the courtesy of the staff and the owner Luciano. Tables decorated with local ceramics are placed outside the room in the middle of the medieval village, creating an evocative and unique place. The food was exquisite. I recommend it to everyone for the variety and goodness of the dishes and the kindness of the staff. Optimal

16/08/2024: I was there on August 15th, we chose the fish-based menu. We ate well, the portions were right and with the first and second courses they were also a refresher. The final semifreddo was truly a spectacle.

17/08/2024: Excellent little place with typical products. Very courteous and helpful staff. Affordable prices. To be looked for carefully because it is "hidden" in a small alley right in front of Piazza Santa Chiara, which does not immediately catch the eye.

27/08/2024: We went in with the idea of ​​getting 2 takeaway pizzas and discovered that in addition to those, everything can be taken away. Even though the restaurant was fully booked, we were very kindly obliged to our request to eat directly there. In the end we chose to eat 2 burgers which were delicious accompanied by equally good beers. To conclude, a nice dessert. Absolutely honest price and priceless courtesy. Highly recommended

23/08/2024: Wonderful location in Torre del Colle in the Province of Perugia. SERPILLO is located exactly along the streets of this small medieval village with well-set tables and bringing life with its colors and works. The room where I had dinner was very beautiful and welcoming. The menu is not exclusively Umbrian although most of the raw materials find life in this splendid region. Excellent quality as well as very friendly and helpful service. Excellent quality and quantity of dishes as well as the rich wine list where the reds and Sagrantinis of Montefalco reign supreme but not only... Well done

07/08/2024: Nice food. For the first time in my life, there was more fruit than pasta in spaghetti with seafood. It was really tasty. Additionally, there was arugula pizza. She was OK too. Great service. It's obvious they care. I have some comments about live music, it is too loud and fake. Overall, of course, I highly recommend it

03/08/2024: They wanted our main course to come too quickly. We asked to wait. The waiter responded curtly and she gave her ugly looks. That's not a relaxing meal. My pasta was ok...no more, no less.

09/08/2024: On a hot Sunday at the end of July, passing through Pietralunga, a small and characteristic Umbrian village, we stopped for lunch at Il Triangolo outside on the covered veranda. The typical local dishes were very good and tasty. Friendly staff and moderate prices.

13/07/2024: We ended up in this place looking for a simple meal after a day of wandering around. A very pleasant discovery: The best truffle carbonara of my life in this corner of paradise. The Triangolo starter is enough to feed 2 people. The potato gnocchi among the best in a restaurant and seasoned with truffles are of a superior level. We returned for an encore the following day.

21/08/2024: OmG if it's yummy there!!!! In convenient car distance to several "can't miss locations" (Assisi, Citta' Della Pieve, Castiglion del Lago, Perugia, etc), rooms are honest, spacious, ACed and not that expensive!
