The 2 ladies who served us (and have done for years) are just fabulous…friendly, chatty and fun to be served by. They always have a smile. Please take the time to visit… the outdoor seating in the warmer months is lovely!!!

We stumbled upon Le Cisterne almost by accident (we were looking for another restaurant). The staff were truly friendly and knowledgeable. The dishes were generous and well-prepared. EXCELLENT! The prices were more than fair. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience! The food was excellent and carefully presented. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to our every need or request. There was a small hiccup during the service, but the staff was brilliant at resolving it. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. Excellent value for money. I would definitely return and can't recommend it highly enough!

Hotel Da Angelo Restaurant

05/04/2026: Good hotel. I don't think it's a true 3-star because the room is a bit bare. But everything else is excellent. They also accept dogs. The only criticism was about the room; the rest of the service was excellent. I hope to come in the summer to enjoy the pool. Thank you.
08/03/2026: A must-visit on our trips to Assisi. We've only tried the restaurant and it's great. The food is good and plentiful. There are always two or more vegetarian options for the main courses. You feel right at home, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
