08/03/2025: I often eat in restaurants and almost always I am unable to eat everything on my plate because the heaviness of the restaurant-cooked dish prevails, therefore tending to be more seasoned. This is the first restaurant I've found where you eat with the taste of a restaurant dish but cooked in such a way as to be light. I don't know their secret but I assure you that everything is delicious, you can taste the quality ingredients. Positive aspects to point out 1. Cloth napkin 2. Glass of bottled house wine served at the table with tasting 3. Superlative bread and oil. These are delicacies that deserve a sixth star. The owners are very kind, they make you feel at home and ensure that you leave satisfied so they take care of everything. We had a flan of beef rump with aubergines, melted Norcia cheese and truffle (stunning), a pappardella with wild boar (never eaten so good) a pork shank with potatoes (superlative) ricotta pie and panna cotta with berries (divine) it's a trattoria but it has the care of a restaurant, I won't say starred but with truly refined traditional dishes. I would go back tomorrow. Since the place is small, you can also converse with other diners. Excellent price. 66 euros with wine, water and coffee. If you don't go you won't realize what I'm talking about.

19/01/2025: Locale semplice, curato, pulito, cameriere e padrone molto gentili e disponibili. Cibo tipico squisito, prezzi ottimi. Il locale si trova lungo il viale principale che sale dalla piazza, zona parcheggio, verso il palazzo ducale. Consigliatissimo.

02/03/2025: Passing by bike on Sunday for lunch, in this restaurant I found a good welcome and excellent, fast service. A first course of excellent pappardelle al Subasio arrives and is eaten in just a few minutes. The final tiramisu is an exquisite dessert before leaving. Clean and well-equipped toilets.. Typical Umbrian environment with a good parking area for cars and a good and safe bike storage point, next to the restaurant. Very kind and courteous staff.

25/02/2025: Restaurant with excellent value for money, excellent dishes. Just outside Assisi, we had a very good time, so much so that we returned on the second evening to taste the rest of the menu. Highly recommended

15/03/2025: I'll start by describing the setting in which we had dinner: a warm, beautiful place, with a vaulted roof, a lit fireplace, a clothes rack at the entrance (a rarity), tables set to perfection with real tablecloths; welcoming, attentive, discreet owner and waitress. Impeccable service. The food? Delightful! Tasty! Yummy! All with superlatives and exclamation points. Well deserved! The bill? Very honest! (Here too the superlative and exclamation point are deserved). Will we go back? Yes, very willingly. And finally: Compliments to the chef.

02/03/2025: Un restaurante fantastico. Da gusto llegar a un sitio donde te reviben con alegria y amabilidad. Nos dejamos guiar por Giuseppe y acertamos. Su revuelto con trufa y los espaguetis con fungui porcini magnificos. El remate con Panetone con grapa genial. Todo ello con entremeses y degustación de sus carnes en salsa. Un sitio para volver si no fuera porque estábamos de paso.

16/02/2025: Siamo capitati per caso in questa pizzeria/ristorante a conduzione familiare e devo dire che é stata un esperienza sensoriale unica e sorprendente. Piatti generosi, saporiti, di primissima qualità e calici di vino abbondanti! Atmosfera tranquilla, familiare e accogliente. Il proprietario, una persona squisita e appassionata del proprio lavoro, ci ha offerto il vin santo con i cantucci e un entree di salumi con il loro pane tipico ed infine al momento del conto ci ha regalato due favolose focacce! 10/02/2025: Il terremoto avrà distrutto le case ma non la BUONA CUCINA e le PERSONE ACCOGLIENTI come VOI;grazie x il buon cibo del pranzo,addirittura ci abbiamo acquistato i fegatini ed il mix di carne con patate x cena, da portare via e da provare, visto che era tutto buono ed essendo sazi volevamo degustarli.Lato negativo?....sono lontani dalla mia abitazione.

09/02/2025: La comida es muy, muy buena. Fuera de la mesa tiene una hermosa vista a la montaña. Personal muy amable! Viajamos 2 horas desde Marche para venir a uno de nuestros restaurantes favoritos en Umbría. Hemos venido aquí desde 2012. Muy recomendable.
