05/10/2025: The best place to eat fish and very good value for money. The fish is excellent quality and perfectly cooked. The service is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone.

03/10/2025: We had dinner with the Fork and were surprised not only by the quality of the food but also by the hospitality and the particular kindness. We were greeted with a free and appreciated gastronomic surprise and left with delicious limoncello, always free. Truly excellent!! We'll be back soon.

06/11/2025: If I could give 10 stars for every service I would have. Everything was perfect. From the lovely ambience and the lovely little place chosen, which is enchanting in the end. To the impeccable service and very friendly and kind waiters. To the divine food. I had a first course and a dessert as in the photo. The first course. Macaroni cooked as it should be and it is not easy, and the sauce blended together perfectly. The dessert was very delicate and well-balanced. The bread they make was also very good, especially the one with olives.

30/10/2025: A guarantee. I think this is the fourth time we've stopped for lunch, and it's always been a pleasure. Impeccable service, excellent food. Excellent passito. Don't underestimate the location, right in front of the Clitunno Springs; it's a lovely spot in autumn.

22/03/2025: Era da tempo che avevamo puntato questo locale, ma per un motivo o l'altro non eravamo mai riusciti a realizzare questo progetto, comunque credeteci: l'attesa è stata ampiamente ripagata!! Il signor Carlo e tutto il suo staff, si prodigano per farti sentire a proprio agio, cibo superlativo! Abbiamo preso l'antipastissimo, un vero tripudio di sapori, poi la carpa regina in porchetta ed il tegamaccio ai funghi, tutto buonissimo!! Il locale non è grandissimo, ma è ben sfruttato e nel rispetto delle distanze che ancora oggi è bene mantenere memori di un passato non molto lontano. Esperienza positivissima, grazie sig. Carlo!!

17/10/2025: As soon as we entered this place, we immediately knew we were in the right place. A cute and welcoming place, with a friendly and approachable owner and staff. You can also try meats that are hard to find elsewhere. When it came to dessert, we absolutely swooned over the ricotta cake, "similar to a cheesecake" baked in the oven. The modest price makes it a pleasure to tip the staff ♥️

11/11/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever tasted: large, thin, and well-topped. The following evening, there was a tartare dish, which wasn't on the menu. Delicious desserts, accompanied by a complimentary limoncello.

29/10/2025: Neutral review. He seemed annoyed to have another customer, so I went elsewhere. Indeed, elsewhere I've been welcomed warmly and even eaten well. You don't have to go far; once you've parked, it's easy to walk there. ... Hospitality is the first page of the menu...it costs nothing, but it can make a difference.

16/10/2025: My wife and I had a truly positive experience in a setting that charmingly reflects its past: the double-volume entrance with its staircase leading to the first floor, with its glass window overlooking the park, is the property's highlight. The owners, a large family, welcomed us graciously, and during our stay, in the evenings we spent time in front of the fireplace, chatting by the fireside, and singing along to the piano. Dinners featured quality dishes. Thanks to Novello, Teresa, and his daughter, a singer. A special thanks to little Pietro.

At Passo di Giano, we were captivated by authentic cuisine, showcasing the flavors of lake fish with skill and passion. We began with a rich assortment of lake appetizers, incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, which alone were worth the visit: delicate yet bold flavors, thoughtful pairings, and top-quality ingredients. The highlight of the lunch was a spectacular mixed lake grill, with perfectly cooked and flavorful fish, followed by two memorable dishes: eel in white wine, tender and intense, and grilled carp, surprisingly tasty and served impeccably cooked. To accompany everything, an excellent local wine, carefully chosen and perfect for enhancing each course. To finish on a sweet note, a simply delicious caramel panna cotta: creamy, velvety, and with an aromatic caramel that won everyone over. The service was warm and attentive, with friendly and helpful staff who were able to offer excellent advice. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for enjoying a quiet lunch, with a view of the lake that makes everything even more special. 29/08/2025: I didn't stay or eat at this B&B, but I was delighted to taste the warm, freshly made ricotta and a truly fantastic cow's milk cheese, as well as the less mature but equally delicious sheep's milk cheese. Try it and believe it.

29/09/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us by another restaurant owner. Unfortunately, our expectations weren't met. The tagliatelle with porcini and chanterelle mushrooms weren't of the highest quality, the vegetable and grain soup wasn't exactly acidic, and therefore wasn't very palatable. Finally, a portion of mixed herbs was served with a hair on it. This can happen, but when we pointed it out, they told us it could only be ours, as all the staff had short hair. I should point out that the hair wasn't visible on the surface, but underneath the portion, and it was visible when they were separating it for sharing. We were very disappointed.

12/10/2025: We had lunch on Sunday, the place is very charming in the middle of the greenery, the meat is truly exquisite, it is worth coming back and trying the first courses too.
