16/06/2025: The place has gotten worse since it was renovated. It has dead colors like gray and the atmosphere is that of a company canteen. Before the renovation the portions were decent, now they are halved. When there is the Fair in Terranuova Bracciolini they are even half of half. And the price remains the same. Last night I ordered a tomato salad that consisted of a tomato with two basil leaves on a very large plate, I should have paid half of what it cost. But the thing that surprised me even more and for which I had not been back for a long time was the behavior of the owner in a specific moment. It was me and my mother, an elderly woman, we were eating in peace when the waiter who served us, a bit with the typical Neapolitan color and talking continuously and in a different voice asked me for my phone number. I was incredulous and very embarrassed, and I was not, as I am now, savvy enough to know how not to let off the intrusive people immediately. Caught off guard, I gave it to him right then and there, even though I didn't want to. He gave me his and, as soon as I left the place, I immediately wrote him a message asking him to delete my number A strange memory flashed in my house. When, many years ago, someone told me that you have to be nice to waiters otherwise they might spit in your plate. So I took courage and went to the owner to simply ask her that when I returned there to eat she should serve me a different waiter. And I explained to her why. If the restaurant had been mine, I would have immediately apologized for what had happened and maybe, or rather probably, I would have offered a dinner to do so in a tangible way. She instead started talking and talking, still amazed that I didn't feel flattered by a man's compliments. She said that women should always feel flattered by men's compliments. That many men act like flatters even with her who knows how to handle herself and bullshit like that. Now, if she likes to receive compliments from men, that's not my problem. But I don't think at all that a waiter should take these confidences without invitation and without authorization, without a justifying context. I haven't been back for a long time. Last night was a coincidence because there was no parking available elsewhere, but I doubt I'll ever go back. That waiter stopped working there after a while, and the one who is currently there on a regular basis, Massimo, is a discreet person and does his job without ever being intrusive. Despite this, I'm not satisfied with too many aspects.

13/07/2025: A disappointment, that's all the hype has gone around. We went to eat here after hearing about it for a long time, but we were disappointed. I was expecting a slightly more refined place, but instead it's just a shack in a beautiful spot by the sea. We sit down, order, and wait half an hour. Mussel soup, mussels in need of cleaning, and the soup bread was obviously days old and lacking in garlic. The cacciucco was a paltry portion, and the bread was the same as the mussel soup. Then we ordered tagliolini cacciucca, which were delicious. Next, we ordered a lemon sorbet that smelled and tasted like baking soda. For almost €100, I honestly don't think we'll be back.

24/07/2025: First of all, I asked our host which beach spots he would recommend to us as a local (he lives with his family in Stiava). He recommended three spots. We visited two of them and explored one on our own right at the beginning (unfortunately, this one was a complete disaster, but such experiences are inevitable on vacation). Bagno Teresa was my personal favorite from the start. Today is our first time here and we haven't regretted it. I checked out the local conditions on their website beforehand. It saves you a lot of disappointment and frustration on site. My husband and I quickly agreed on which option we wanted to book, and there were no communication difficulties with the staff there. We didn't get our preferred option, as even expensive spots in the front row were fully booked (here, spots can be booked for a fixed rate starting from one day, weekly, monthly, or for the entire season). So the prime pieces are gone anyway. We still got a great spot near the water. Yes, it costs money. If you want comfort and a certain level of quality, you won't be able to avoid spending money. For free, you get a corresponding selection of options, if that. Changing cabins (which are rented for the entire stay) were already fully booked. I asked at the reception and was given access to a wide cabin that all four of us could fit in. It cost nothing except a thank you and a smile. We had to leave the cabin afterward, but that didn't matter, as we only wanted to change in there. The design of the front area was very beautiful and loving. Everything was clean. Plenty of space. The beach was still empty overall, as it was a weekday and the peak season was just beginning. We'll try the restaurant later. The entire sandy beach area was tidy and clean. I can't say anything negative at all, although I'm sorry for some of the previous reviewers. A lovely beach to linger on. We will definitely come back!

02/08/2025: Mi dispiace recensire negativamente, ma l’ aggettivo per recensire il tutto è DOZZINALE I secondi piatti impiantati con lattuga e pomodori ( no senseneppure negli anni 80) Tonno e cacciugo pessimi. Da migliorare .

27/07/2025: Saturday night dinner for two I've already had dinner a few years ago, both with fish and pizza, and nothing to complain about. Tonight: Trabaccolara was good. Spaghetti with seafood, or perhaps with mussels, not so much. (Abundant spaghetti, mussels, less than ten clams, most of them empty, and the rest of the fish was missing, with a heavy sauce almost as if it were made with cream.) I'm very sorry. Maybe the kitchen was in a rush... Or if there's no fish, it's better not to make them. The desserts were excellent. The service was excellent, I think, and the waitress, Carlotta. Always polite, smiling, attentive to the customer, and despite the crowds, she always had a kind word for everyone. The bill was fair. I'll definitely try the spaghetti again; one bad night is a possibility. See you soon

01/08/2025: A simply wonderful dinner. Greeted with a smile by the entire staff, we dined on a beautiful outdoor terrace, sampling traditional Carrara dishes cooked and presented to perfection: tordelli with ragù, bavette with pesto, and spaghetti with clams. The desserts were also top-notch. All topped off with smiles that made you feel at ease. A must-see if you visit Marina di Carrara! Bravo!

10/06/2025: Locale storico di Marina .....il Brezzi offre qualità con piatti semplici e ben curati . Particolare l 'arredo del locale ma ben tenuto e curato da parte dei proprietari con servizio ai tavoli gentile e cordiale dei camerieri.....ottime come sempre gli spaghetti alle arselle e anche il tris di mare di alta qualità...il tutto bagnato da due calici di vermentino della zona...buoni anche i dolci presentati. Prezzo finale onesto!!

21/07/2025: Negative review: - Our table for four outside was given away and replaced with one inside due to a 25-minute delay, despite reconfirming our arrival in the afternoon. A disgrace for a place with such high expectations that they could have called before renting it out. - Outrageous prices: mini pizza "la piccola" €12.00 for a taste of a small pizza no bigger than 12 cm in diameter! - Over €80.00 per person for practically nothing we ate. We felt cheated.

15/07/2025: We had a wonderful evening. The food was good, as was the service. The band that played that night was truly engaging and the frontman was excellent. The DJ after the band was also excellent. 💖💖 The only negative: our table was stolen by someone else who was impersonating us. It's not the restaurant's fault, but I would have pointed it out anyway (I would have even kicked them out 😂😂). Because of this, we had to wait 20 minutes for a table to be ready for us.

15/07/2025: Posto bellissimo Cinque stelle, del cibo molto buono e anche il bere. Siamo andati via in fretta, non perché ci fosse qualcosa che non andava, ma soltanto perché i nostri cani piangevano. Bravissimi 🤩😊

19/06/2025: Restaurant atypique à découvrir avec une très bonne qualité de plats typiques toscans mais aussi d’autres régions italiennes . La patronne très accueillante et jonglant aussi bien avec l’italien que l allemand ou le français , il n’y avait pas d’anglais ce soir là … Le service est impeccable . Je recommande avec une mention particulière pour une belle découverte vinicole au travers d’un rosé d’un producteur local ( Scarlino) Le Carpiana .

06/06/2025: Mein Lieblingsrestaurant seit 1981 - mit 5 war ich zum ersten Mal in der damals ganz neuen Trattoria, die sich im Laufe der Jahre zu einem hervorragenden Restaurant mit lokaler Küche entwickelt hat. Es gibt keine „Spielereien“ sondern das pure Geschmackserlebnis aus besten lokalen Zutaten. Und alles hält die wunderbare Irma zusammen. Der gute Geist und die umsichtige Chefin.

31/07/2025: I would like to point out that my review is for the BAR and not for the restaurant: my wife asked for a simple lemon squeezed in hot water because it wasn't good, only that when she heard the cost of €4 she kindly declined the request saying it was excessive to ask that price for 1 lemon squeezed in water, which is legitimate for a customer to decide not to buy anymore if they consider the cost excessive... well the lady at the counter starts to rant against us saying that you expect you are at the seaside, you come to a seaside resort and you are surprised by the prices (as if being in a seaside resort must necessarily be a justification for fleecing tourists... what's more you are in San Vincenzo not on the Costa Smeralda!!!) She continues saying if you have a bad stomach don't come to the seaside... we leave without arguing because we are gentlemen and we do not stoop to such provocations but this is not tourist hospitality but superficiality and arrogance!!!! Learn how to do tourism and hospitality from other places that are much more renowned than yours (see the Romagna Riviera, Sardinia, Puglia, Sicily)

02/08/2025: For the quality of the sliced meat, I would give it 6 stars going to the checkout, but I can't understand how a green salad can cost 9 euros when a sliced meat costs 18. I repeat, the sliced meat deserved 23 euros too... so it would be more correct to then apply €4 for the salad.
