It's been a long time since I've been back to this beautiful place, I found everything as I left it, a warm and welcoming place different from the classic restaurant, more than excellent service 😉, sublime cuisine....I'll have to go back more often.!

I’d be cautious to rely on the negative reviews for this place. I think this should be a 4.8+ spot. Seems that most that you read here may not quite understood what they were signing up for. We had a wonderfully paced meal, with excellent wine, at prices that are far below the quality of food. Sure the chef is a little unique in his style and mannerisms but not unexpected given what he is trying to build at Zeb. If you’re ready to have great food and wine over a few hours, then this is the place!

Ravioli with pecorino, ricotta and pear is a must try. It was so surprisingly delicious we went to Zeb again to taste that and their delicious Sicilian cake. Sicilian cake, with pistachio paste and zest filling and heavenly ricotta mousse, tasting all individually and in harmony. I’m afraid I’m addicted to it. 😅 Would revisit Florance just to eat their pear ravioli and Sicilian cake.

We had lunch in this small but very welcoming and elegant place, nothing to say about the atmosphere: the idea of the place to be appreciated. Personally, the "owner's" approach was a little grumpy: having limited time to visit the city we asked to wait for the second course, after the first course had been consumed, and he went wild in front of everyone, in short, I would say, a fool. Despite all the very good food, he asked to return... and we will return, but to the focaccieria he recommended to us, given that we have shorter times! 🤣

Hands down best pasta we’ve had in Florence. We went in with an open mind and Alberto, the chef, was so nice to us…offering advice on what to order and kindly explaining the menu. Nowadays, many enter establishments with a sense of entitlement, speaking English without bothering to learn even basic Italian greetings, expecting royal treatment despite only spending 40€. This establishment isn't about that. It offers genuine Italian cuisine and merits nothing less than a 5-star review. Thanks for everything!

Please go with an open mind! Zeb is an elegant restaurant with fantastic food. The staff really know what they are doing, especially regarding wine, that will go well with your dish. If you want to visit somewhere with super friendly and chatty staff, this may not be the place for you. If you want a brilliant experience with your food and wine, please go here. We stumbled across this place and walked in to make a booking for that evening and we could! They serve typical Tuscan dishes that do not disappoint and the prices are not too high.

this restaurant has some rules in order to manage good service and quality.I don’t understand negative comments especially about owners.Food quality is superb.Good pasta and also traditional and fine fiorentin cousine .Good wine selection and prices.This one will be one of my priority adress at Florance .

Modern restaurant with a bar setting. The seats are quite closed together and uncomfortable but it’s a great place for lunch. The pastas are amazing. The white truffle pasta was perfect and not buttery or oily. The pichi with meat sauce was absolutely tasty and Al dente. The ravioli with pear was also novel and interesting. Desserts were tasty. Very reasonable prices.

Passati per caso dopo essere scegli da piazzale Michelangelo, attratti dalle invitati proposte del menù a prezzi ragionevoli.
Ambiente piccolo, curato e fine. Colpisce sicuramente il bancone centrale con al centro il proprietario che spiega le proposte e serve.
Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, ottimi i ravioli: dalla pasta al ripieno e il condimento.
