30/04/2025: Beautiful location surrounded by greenery and with a bright veranda. Lots of free in person parking. The staff were courteous and professional. The cutting board was well stocked with good and special croutons and the two types of cheese, but not all the cold cuts were good. I was disappointed by the very thin and poorly seasoned pizza, no particular taste.

06/06/2025: Outstanding wood fired pizza with the freshest ingredients. As good as I have had anywhere in Italy! The friendliest of staff made the whole experience so wonderful we went back for more a couple of days later. And great German beer on tap to help wash it all down.

27/05/2025: Must try!! Excellent quality dishes, abundant beyond our expectations and perfect service. Worth mentioning in particular are the truffle crostini, the pappardelle with wild boar and Cinta Senese ragù, the hand-cut fried potatoes and the truffle flan and above all a kindness that is difficult to find.

19/05/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday night and I can confirm that the location is truly incredible with a very chic and refined atmosphere, even in terms of furnishings. Unfortunately, our experience was not very positive because at a table not far from ours, the lady chef (presumably) leaving the kitchen on evidently friendly terms with two people sitting down went out of her way to provide complete availability for the preparation of any dish they desired, distilling (under the evidently perplexed looks of the other customers) a list of dishes off the menu that had not been offered to any of the other tables. The chef also took it upon herself to serve the dishes ordered by that table, then leaving without even a polite greeting for the rest of the room. An obvious fall in style that in certain environments cannot be overlooked. Certain customer targets require attention, care and professionalism without any discretion.

18/05/2025: A successful evening in a pleasant atmosphere with very friendly service. The food was excellent and the staff extremely attentive and friendly. Thank you very much. A wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. I would be happy to return anytime.

03/06/2025: A true culinary experience! Our visit to Filippo's was a complete success. The service was of an impressively high standard – friendly, attentive, and well-trained. Dishes and questions were explained to us patiently, even in English. The relaxed atmosphere, especially on the terrace, perfectly rounded off the experience. We had a five-course menu that guided us through the menu. The combination of fish and meat dishes was balanced, high-quality, and beautifully presented. Particularly impressive: some dishes seemed simple at first glance, but the fine details and excellent quality made them truly special. Filippo's is the perfect place for anyone seeking a true culinary experience in Italy – whether as a couple, with friends, or simply to treat themselves. And all this in the charming setting of Pietrasanta – a place that wonderfully combines culture and enjoyment.

06/06/2025: Ristorante avviato da tempo, gestione familiare e ottima posizione . Ho sempre frequentato per mangiare la pizza , che considero comunque di superiore alla media del posto , ma non eccellente e con i rapporto qualità prezzo buono, rispetto alle altre pizzerie della zona. Il discorso cambia completamente per la parte ristorante . Per la prima ( e unica volta ) ho deciso di non mangiare un antipasto e primo di mare. A parte i costi elevati, adeguati comunque alla zona, porzioni scarse , antipasto specialmente , e primi che ancora non ho capito cosa fossero. Insipidi, freddi . Delle seppie solo l’odore .. Giustizio condiviso dato dai commensali al nostro fianco. Ok pagare per il un pranzo di mare a Castiglioncello ma qualcosa di meglio a quel prezzo si trova. Concludo, pizza ok. Il resto no.

08/06/2025: A well-kept and informal place in the center of Marina di Pietrasanta (Tonfano). Very kind staff. Very good and digestible pizzas. I ate a spectacular spaghetti with clams. Excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended

24/05/2025: For once a good choice. Reasonable menu with reasonable prices. It is not always clear what you get. The soup, for example, was not soup at all, but a kind of stew with all sorts of things. I would certainly not order that again. Some menu choices are therefore difficult to interpret. The food (pasta, meat, plate with meat and sausage types, potatoes and salad) was otherwise reasonable to good. The service is friendly. It was reasonably busy. The interior is not very special.

02/06/2025: Una cena da dimenticare, servizio approssimativo, camerieri caotici e per niente adatti. Ci hanno fatto attendere a lungo e benché i piatti fossero anche sufficienti non meritano tutti gli elogi che ho letto, la fonduta al coccio è il tipico camembert che trovi ovunque (pure molto salato) e il gran tagliere è abbondante ma i salumi non sono nulla di speciale per i prezzi richiesti. I tagliolini fatti in casa erano male impastati e quindi appiccicati, la carne non è assolutamente al livello del prezzo. In sintesi è troppo caro per la qualità e il servizio che NON offre. Se avessi letto prima le risposte saccenti e assurde che rifilano a tutte le recensioni che riportano lamentele, non ci saremmo mai venuti. Lo sconsiglio.

29/05/2025: Ordinato antipasto e pizza ottimamente consigliati da Sara, gentilissima e sempre attenta, pronta e velocissima nel rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste! Bello l’ambiente, ben curato e ben pulito! Elegante!!! Uscivano dalla cucina tutti piatti uno più invitante dell’altro! Ve lo consiglio! Ci tornerò presto!

08/06/2025: Actually, a 4.3. Surprisingly bold, well-seasoned dishes with a slight Moroccan touch. The combination of crispy fried sardines with sweet and sour caponata is outstanding. Highly recommended!

05/06/2025: This place was fun and quirky. Wonderful ambience. We stopped here on the recommendation of our b&b host and it did not disappoint. Not traditional Tuscan cuisine , a medley of dishes from a well traveled man .

25/05/2025: Universo 24 is absolutely amazing. It has definitely won my Swiss heart. I love having an aperitif there, looking out at the beach, and enjoying the sun. They have great music, and the staff are excellent. Very friendly, cheerful, funny, and very attentive. Definitely my first choice if I come back for another holiday. The food is amazing, the drinks are fantastic; I highly recommend the mojito. It's my favorite here in Lido di Camaiore. 24/05/2025: We came from Florence to Lido di Camaiore and had dinner here… An experience we will remember!! The food was excellent but our biggest compliments go to Marina, the waitress who looked after us, very nice, very helpful and competent.
