25/09/2025: Exquisite dishes, a traditional menu, and excellent service. The restaurant is very beautiful and quaint, located in an old convent in the upper part of Scarlino. Recommended.

25/09/2025: The location and panoramic view are stunning, but the decor isn't the most refined—you could even find it at a local festival. The fish is very good, both the first courses, appetizers, and main courses... the desserts aren't up to par with the rest of the menu. Prices are slightly on the high side. The staff is young and very friendly.

19/11/2025: Everything was delicious. The fossa cheese with elderberry jelly was excellent. Like everything else. All the products are from the farm, which is why they have a fixed menu. You can eat whatever's in season. Open only on weekends.

20/10/2025: We stayed there for two nights. We appreciated the beautiful and well-kept environment. In particular, the impeccable cleanliness and the size of the bathroom, which was above the average standards of other hotels. The location is ideal for traveling the Chianti road to San Gimignano, which is considered one of the most beautiful roads in Italy.

23/02/2026: An almost unexpected and absolutely positive surprise. We received a gift voucher for the Sm...box service for two, which could be used on a variety of options. After extensive research on the website, all of which were unappealing—either because of the type of offer, potential additional costs, or because the participating establishment no longer existed—we found Soloperpassione, albeit with some hesitation because it was the only establishment offering a FULL lunch. But it was the truth, and more. A very nice place, well-kept and furnished, with outdoor space (a covered veranda in the garden). The welcome and service were extremely kind and helpful. I must compliment the dishes: the wine and local cured meats were delicious (the finocchiona melts in your mouth). The menu also included pici with meat sauce, mixed grill with potatoes, dessert, water, and wine. We didn't spend a cent. The portions were generous; we didn't eat the bread. Highly recommended. I think it's wise to book, as there aren't many seats.
