19/06/2025: The occasion was a business lunch at 1:00 pm. The place is small, the wait for service was long, the staff a bit cold, never a smile, rude although not impolite, almost annoyed by even the most banal requests. Also inappropriate was the person who tried to justify the smallness of my portion. From the fixed price menu (€15) I only consumed water and a first course but the price remained the same. I do not recommend it. There are better places in Prato

27/07/2025: The place is beautiful and charming, with a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful, a quality I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience didn't live up to expectations. The menu was rather limited: only two appetizers were available, and the first courses I was interested in weren't even available. In the end, I gave up on ordering one. For my second course, I chose the fillet, but I wasn't asked how well it should be cooked, and it was served medium, verging on well done. I prefer it rare, so I didn't appreciate it as much as I would have liked. The potato side dish was also good, but very limited in quantity. The fried food my boyfriend ordered was very good, well-done, and crispy. The only thing that could be improved: the lemon slice served with the dish was so small it was almost useless, and the cut should have been part of the waste (the stalk was there). We visited many restaurants in the area, and unfortunately, this one was a bit disappointed. It's a shame, because the basics are there: a nice location, good ingredients, and friendly staff. But more attention should be paid to the availability of the dishes, customer communication, and attention to detail.

19/06/2025: Assolutamente consigliato, la cucina è ottima e il personale gentile e preparato. Noi nel nostro viaggio all'Isola d'Elba ci siamo stati 2 volte e ci siamo trovati benissimo.

18/06/2025: Ho cenato con piacere in questo Ristorante consigliato dal posto nel quale soggiorniamo, indicato fra i migliori dell'Isola d'Elba. Consiglio assolutamente azzeccato. La qualità dei piatti serviti è altissima così come il vino e l'ottima cordialità e savoir-faire del servizio, rende la serata decisamente appagante. Non una sbavatura, c'è solo da fare i complimenti a tutto il locale per la cura che mettono nel loro lavoro. Costo della serata in linea con il mangiato e le attese, la qualità ha un prezzo, ma lo reputo corretto.

08/06/2025: If you are on your way to the Leaning Tower, be sure to stop at Paninando. Here you can drink delicious coffee and eat the best croissants with pistachio cream in the world. We have not found such anywhere else in Pisa. You can also eat delicious lunch and dessert here. A large selection of Italian flavors on the menu😊

22/07/2025: Espero mucho más al entrar. Soy de Canadá y he tenido mejores pizzas en casa! Estaba bien, pero me pareció que la masa era muy delgada + demasiado quemada. Sé que algo de carbón es bueno pero esto fue demasiado. Tampoco me impresionó demasiado el camarero. Parecía que tenía un día largo pero cuando le pedimos una mesa se volvió hacia nosotros... también le preguntamos si tenían hielo, dijo que no, luego procedió a dar la mesa de al lado nuestro hielo. Lo cual fue confuso. El dueño era un encanto. Me gustaba mucho. El camarero era rápido y parecía odiar su trabajo. En general un 3 / 5 probablemente más como un 2. 5 si eso fuera posible.

27/07/2025: Moeder en dochter doen dit puur uit liefde voor het vak. Moeder als kok en dochter als bediende, op persoonlijk niveau. De pasta carbonara was buitengewoon lekker, terwijl ik een regelmatiger carbonara-eter ben. Nog nooit zo lekker gegeten en heel authentieke ervaring zonder toeristische focus. Ook veel locals komen hier eten als vaste klanten. Warme sfeer, echte aanrader!

25/07/2025: Si quieres una experiencia gastronómica Italiano tradicional en la Toscana entonces ven aquí. Sí IT es un servicio lento, ya que solo hay nonna cocina en el ITchen y un servidor (la hija), pero es fabuloso. Tómate tu tiempo y disfruta del ambiente, nos encantó IT. La pasta gf estaba genial, el filete estaba tan tierno y el vino precioso, la crema de caramelo era la mejor que he probado. Disfruta del ritmo, IT es más lento pero relájate y sigue la corriente. Nos encantó IT y hemos reservado para volver!

13/07/2025: A beautiful place with wonderful views from the pool and the room. A peaceful atmosphere. Friendly service. You can also rent a bike for 3 euros/hour and explore the area. Cycling requires a good level of fitness, as it's part of several iconic routes, including Strade Bianche and Eroica. All amenities are available on-site. A good restaurant and a winery tour are available. The location is excellent and close to many regional attractions.

16/07/2025: This place is the real deal in Florence. Absolutely not a tourist trap. Amazing food of all sorts. We had pizzas, pastas, salad, desserts, and appetizers. Everything was wonderful. Even the desserts. We came back a second time in a week because it was so lovely. Absolutely visit if you're in Florence!

14/07/2025: A very pleasant dinner on the terrace surrounded by greenery. Helpful and pleasant staff. Good value for money, good traditional dishes (for example, the veal with fine breading and tomato coulis served with baked potatoes, or the rabbit recipe, which was unavailable that evening).

09/07/2025: I don't know where the people who left positive reviews ate! Five-star trattorias are a completely different beast. The bathroom was filthy, and the place was dirty. The management didn't seem to me to be the "historic" one described in older reviews, which praised the kindness and deliciousness of the dishes served: aside from the unsympathetic waitress who took orders, who was clearly Tuscan, the rest of the staff was of Indian or similar nationality, which raises doubts about their ability to adequately interpret traditional Tuscan cuisine! This was evident in the food preparation, which was bland and poorly plated. Last but not least, they asked me if I had cash to pay, which made me doubt whether they'd issued a proper receipt. Obviously, I declined and paid by card... Bottom line: avoid and choose something else!

24/05/2025: Restaurant traditionnel à la décoration un peu désuète mais avec beaucoup de charme. La cuisine est elle aussi traditionnelle mais très bien exécutée et permet de decouvrir une autre cuisine de Toscane. Service agréable dans un endroit calme.
