20/09/2025: Every time I go to Siena, I book at Michele's. I've been going there for five years now and have always had a great experience. I'll be down in Siena again in October and I'll book a table there. Excellent food, a large restaurant, suitable for large groups, polite staff, and Michele is a great character. The meat is truly excellent, as are the pasta dishes, a wide selection, and very tasty.
I recommend it.

I had the spaghetti with Crab and my wife had the fish of the day. The fish was done in a tempurs style with the crispiest coating one could imagine. Light yet crispy.
The Spaghetti with crab ead delicate and flavorful. She's having that today.
01/03/2026: Dinner with friends at this restaurant in the center of Lucca, right inside the city walls. Parking is available nearby, but outside the walls. High-quality, beautifully presented food, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly, fast service. The dishes were very tempting, with interesting presentations. We were very pleased, and will definitely be back to try something else. Approved!

31/12/2025: The place may be nice, but I won't set foot there again! I went for an aperitif with a friend. A tray with eight mini slices of prosciutto (it was probably the last one and the slices were small), dried out and so full of pepper it was inedible, four dark, mediocre crostini, and two fingers of wine... they had the nerve to charge us 32 euros!!
What a rip-off! Some places deserve to be left deserted.
18/11/2025: A great experience in one of the few places outside the bustling Piazza della Sala. A bar by day, a bistro by night, serving delicious, carefully prepared dishes using quality ingredients. Excellent wine selection. Welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff.

From the welcome, to the decor, from the service to the exceptional food: everything was second to none. We can't wait to return to the enchanting hills to visit you again. The owner's smile when he brings you your food is genuine and sincere, ingredients that make guests feel at home. Not to mention the amazing food, all exclusively handmade. We can't wait to return to the enchanting Tuscan hills and enjoy another stop at Caffè Sant'Angelo! ♥️

Everything was incredible: the dough, the toppings, the texture. I'll definitely always remember it, and if I ever go back to Florence, I wouldn't miss it for anything. 100% recommended.

01/10/2025: Two of us arrived without a reservation, but luckily there was a table available. The wait was two people, one very friendly, the other less so. The drinks came quickly, and we waited about 30 minutes for the appetizer. The pizza didn't arrive until about 90 minutes after the appetizer, which we really didn't expect, and our hunger grew accordingly. The pizza unfortunately had a bit too much cheese, but overall it was okay. Unfortunately, the wait was far too long, especially since the tables next door got their food much earlier.

The setting is sublime, with a warm and authentic atmosphere that reflects all the beauty of Tuscany. A truly delightful, simple, and genuine experience.
