25/08/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance a few years ago, and since then, whenever we can in Tuscany, we try to make the most of the opportunity to stop by. Excellent food, with attention to detail and top-quality ingredients. Mrs. Francoise is always friendly and prepares unmissable desserts.

05/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per cena. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene: si poteva apprezzare la qualità dei prodotti e la cura nel prepararli; le porzioni giuste e calibrate. Consigliati i pici! Purtroppo non possiamo dare cinque stelle a causa della freddezza (o maleducazione) con cui siamo stati accolti e che ha contraddistinto il servizio di tutta la serata. Se il cibo ci avrebbe spinto a ritornare e consigliare, il servizio non ce lo farà fare. Peccato

04/10/2025: The food is good, but the portions are very small. Shrimp and mushroom dish (€28), served lukewarm and without a side dish. There were two of us, and the food was served 10 minutes late. However, before the last bite was swallowed, the plate was already cleared. Very noisy atmosphere.

06/09/2025: Very pleasant place, with friendly, but not always attentive, service. The food, prepared with local ingredients, offers some truly excellent dishes, while others are a bit disappointing... and the prices are fair. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes and perhaps change our opinion.

06/10/2025: A very special Italian restaurant. The food was amazing, without exaggeration, the best pizza you will ever eat in your life. Their tiramisu is very good. The service was excellent, everyone was helpful, and I will come back more than once.

02/10/2025: We went here for dinner because we were staying at a hotel across the street and were enticed by the positive reviews. Unfortunately, the evening was extremely disappointing. The ambiance played a major role in this. It's not cozy at all; it feels more like you're sitting in a cafeteria. It's also very loud when the tables are full. The staff weren't particularly enthusiastic either. The only positive thing: the prices are great. Pizza was okay; I've had better. On top of that, I had stomach problems the next morning. I absolutely can't recommend it.

09/10/2025: Restaurant in a characteristic village on the Pisan hills. Frankly, the fig and walnut tart was very good...but the first courses (both in terms of flavour and quantity) need to be reviewed.

20/08/2025: Montemagno is a stop on our Tuscan-Umbrian tour! Elisa, our host, highly recommended this trattoria for a delicious, traditional dinner. We were thrilled with our choice!! Everything was delicious, and the staff was super friendly and courteous!! The gelato was highly recommended!!! And the bitter orange liqueur 😋🤪

05/10/2025: We only used the pool, which was a ridiculously high price (€36) for basically a tub with a waterfall and four jets. Very few outdoor chairs, and sun loungers are available for a fee (€8). The relaxation area has a few sun loungers near the dining area, with tables of up to 10 people talking at very high volumes. Children in the pool are screaming and diving. The changing rooms are old and have very few seats.

05/10/2025: Fantastic experience! My partner and I booked the weekend thermal wellness program, which includes access to the indoor and outdoor pools, many with whirlpools, an Etruscan circuit with sauna, Turkish bath, salt cave, and sensory showers. The location is stunning, with views of the Siena countryside, Monte Amiata, and Radicofani. The facilities are immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean, including the changing rooms and crystal-clear pools. The garden is fabulous, and the bar and snack bar are convenient, offering salads, sandwiches, and delicious desserts. The staff is incredibly friendly. We will definitely return to this corner of paradise.

17/10/2025: The food is delicious and freshly prepared. The young man who serves speaks basic Spanish, which makes interacting with tourists easy. They are extremely friendly.

14/10/2025: We walked 20-30 minutes and just couldn't find a good restaurant that had pasta as well as pizza. This place hit the mark! So worth walking around and stumbled upon this gem. I had the spaghetti and my husband had the pasta with boar meat... Both were fantastic! Highly recommend this restaurant.

06/10/2025: We had 2 drinks mid afternoon, they were very nice, but no table cover, no napkins, no aperitivo snacks and we were charged a 6€ cover. First time anywhere in Lucca with a cover charge for having a drink, And first time having nothing else provided.

14/09/2025: Honestly, I'm still looking for burrata on our pasta. After a question, "Where's the burrata?" The server brings us burrata in a tube, we're dreaming... And I'm not talking about cherry tomatoes, etc., etc.

01/09/2025: Panful of paccheri pasta, labeled for two people; perhaps only one person could eat it; chicken with guacamole: a small portion, literally finished in two bites. Good, but portions need to be reconsidered.

08/10/2025: I visited a couple of times in August during the holidays and had a pretty good time. Each time, I went for lunch, a day when restaurants typically focus on business lunches; the quality is likely better in the evening. In any case, I always left satisfied, especially due to the courtesy of the staff. Prices are quite reasonable for the fish menu. Perhaps the location (under the FI-PI-LI overpass) isn't the best. Three stars, a decent/average experience.

16/09/2025: "La Casa del Pellegrino" is a restaurant in Piazza Giovanni Paolo II in Crema, run by a social cooperative and located within the monumental complex of the Basilica of Santa Maria della Croce. The food is delicious, well-cooked, and authentic. Excellent service with helpful and efficient staff. Prices are fair. 1 double appetizer, 1 ravioli (pumpkin, amaretti, cocoa), 1 pasta dish with plenty of mushrooms, water, coffee for 2 = €43.
