Dinner to celebrate the wedding anniversary. The restaurant is very refined and well-kept, the staff is made up of knowledgeable and kind young people who satisfy the needs and curiosities of customers regarding the choice of dishes and wines. The food is of high quality with particular combinations that you may or may not like depending on your personal tastes. Personally I really enjoyed the sweetbreads and the sweet focaccia. It is definitely a restaurant worth trying, as it has received a Michelin star. Wide choice of wines.

I can only give 5 stars, now I understand why it is a Michelin starred restaurant. Special dishes, very well prepared. Impeccable service, it is important to explain to the customer what is on the plate in order to instruct in a certain way to taste and appreciate the chosen dishes. In the end the POS didn't work for the payment but they were very kind to wait an hour after we went away for a walk around the city and came back to pay, I think they would have had no problem waiting another day. This is what taking care of the customer means, if he chooses to go to such a place he must be satisfied with the experience. You can eat in many places, even a hamburger in a fast food restaurant, but you go here to have a special, 5-star experience...

Siamo stati qui per pranzo, affidandoci al libro rosso. Il locale è meraviglioso in un contesto storico e lo staff è giovane, preparato e gentile. Vi accompagnerà durante la vostra esperienza, chiacchierando sui piatti e sulla fantastica carta dei vini di questo posto. Poco da dire, anzi molto, sulla qualità delle preparazioni, assemblate anche in porzioni consistenti. Mi sento assolutamente di consigliare il piatto "storico", le trottole al ragù di frattaglie di coniglio. Per quanto possa essere concettualmente basico (in fondo sono frattaglie di animale) mi ha stordito il modo in cui questo piatto è riuscito ad essere gustosamente delicato e BUONO. Nota di merito per la tartare scottata, carne meravigliosa, ma anche per i due piatti di "mare" consistenti nel risotto al burro e alici (anche qui, apparentemente basico, è stato un viaggio di sapori meraviglioso) e per il carpaccio di ricciola. Prezzi onesti per il tipo di cucina proposta, forse anche leggermente un pelino più abbordabili rispetto a quelli che vengono fatti in questo tipo di ristoranti con la stella. Prenotate e fatevi un regalo. A presto!

Very nice environment, even if the contrast between classic furnishings and contemporary decorations does not make it particularly welcoming, good dishes, not exceptional (in the chicken the truffle was only a vague reminiscence), apart from the truly exquisite dessert and the exquisite bread. Ottima location e ambiente elegante. Sono stata a cena al Ristorante Giglio con mio marito e alcuni amici di famiglia e lo staff è stato molto perspicace nel suggerire vini e abbinamenti e gentilissimo nell’accogliere le nostre richieste. I piatti erano ottimi e ben presentati. Le porzioni sono giuste: né troppo ricche né troppo scarne. Sicuramente la qualità del cibo viene percepita sia dal gusto sia dall’olfatto. Continuate cosi! Ottimo lavoro!

Ristorante dal sapore antico ma con il gusto del nuovo. Location che conserva buona parte dello storico "Giglio", coniugando il passaggio generazionale preservandone il gusto. Cantina dei vini eccellente, con una generosa scelta di vini al calice, altrettanto di livello. Servizio eccellente con attenzioni di altissimo livello. Consigliato a ricercatori appassionati, con il palato fine...
