04/06/2025: An absolutely amazing dining experience. The service was impeccable, and the food was exceptional and creative. The stemware was one of the highlights of the evening and the architecture is brilliant. We also enjoyed a wonderful tour of the wine cellar.

24/05/2025: On our recent trip to Florence, we enjoyed two wonderful meals at Culinaria. We had to return for the second time after the first positive experience. The food is creative with ingredients that are novel but complimentary to the dishes. From zucchini flowers stuffed with cheeses so that the flavors of every ingredient is layered in each bite, to pastas with delicate and delicious sauces, Andrea's menu motivated us to return to experience more from the menu. Other menu items we had and were loved by each person who ordered them: The burger, The scallops and the Baccala. We enjoyed the Florentine bistecca here which was perfectly cooked and presented to the table by one of Andrea's chef team. I've included a photo of the menu, but I know it may change with seasonal ingredients. The atmosphere of the restaurant is enjoyable combining original architecture with modern touches of artistic decor. Most of all it was all served and presented by the owner Andrea, who made us feel welcome, made special recommendations, and helped make our two meals at his restaurant an integral memory to our special family vacation.

24/05/2025: En nuestro reciente viaje a Florencia, disfrutamos de dos maravillosas comidas en Culinaria. Tuvimos que volver por segunda vez después de la primera experiencia positiva. La comida es creativa con ingredientes novedosos pero complementarios a los platos. Desde flores de calabacín rellenas de quesos para que los sabores de cada ingrediente queden en capas en cada bocado, hasta pastas con salsas delicadas y deliciosas, el menú de Andrea nos motivó a volver a experimentar más de la carta. Otros elementos del menú que teníamos y nos encantaban por cada persona que los pidió: La hamburguesa, las vieiras y la bacala. Disfrutamos de la bistecca florentina aquí que estaba perfectamente cocinado y presentado a la mesa por uno de los chefs de Andrea. He incluido una foto del menú, pero sé que puede cambiar con los ingredientes de temporada. El ambiente del restaurante es agradable combinando una arquitectura original con toques modernos de decoración artística. Sobre todo fue todo servido y presentado por el propietario Andrea, que nos hizo sentir bienvenidos, hizo recomendaciones especiales, y ayudó a hacer de nuestras dos comidas en su restaurante un recuerdo integral de nuestras vacaciones familiares especiales.

11/05/2025: Arrived and were seated immediately, quick and courteous service, the waiters always smiling and helpful. Too bad about the small setback when ordering dessert. For the rest we liked it a lot. The prices are in line with the quality of the products. Excellent creativity with the chef. All this without animal suffering!! Stratospheric desserts (I recommend the chocolate and carrot cake) And their seitan never disappoints. A restaurant that I highly recommend

05/05/2025: We had dinner a few nights ago at this vegan restaurant. The food is good, but the portions are quite small: to leave full, you need to order a starter, first course, second course and dessert, and the cost is relatively high, but what disappointed us most was the environment and the service. We were placed in a room with very noisy tables, and the owner, who seemed to know the diners, added to the noise by often passing between the tables. The result? Headaches and inability to converse peacefully with those at our table, a truly unpleasant experience. The service was also not up to the price, the dining room staff did not smile and did not show particular courtesy or attention when addressing customers. The environment was cold and chaotic. The kitchen is located next to the bathroom, in a narrow and not too clean corridor, with a sticky floor. Unfortunately, I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it.

06/06/2025: Wonderful place, spectacular location, view of the Arno from where you can admire the Ponte Vecchio, quality raw materials cooked according to Tuscan tradition, friendly and helpful service managed with professionalism. We really had a great time! I absolutely recommend trying it, excellent quality/price ratio

05/06/2025: Today we had lunch at the Antico ristoro Perditempo, overlooking the enchanting Ponte Vecchio. A quiet and clean environment, quality dishes and Tuscan tradition really well cooked and tasty. Impeccably managed and cared for. We shared the mixed platter and then ate ribollita and tripe. To finish the real torta della nonna and the inevitable cantucci with vino santo. Very honest quality/price ratio

02/06/2025: Ho prenotato perché me l’hanno consigliato e ho chiesto via mail se potevo avere un tavolo con vista sulle colline e quando sono arrivata sono rimasta senza parole dalla vista meravigliosa e dal posto incantevole in mezzo alla natura. Il cibo di ottima qualità e lo chef eccellente, se venite da queste parti fermatevi e assaporate la Toscana con una vista meravigliosa e lo staff super gentile, non ve ne pentirete

25/05/2025: My fiancé and I dined here one evening during a two week trip across Tuscany and it was one of our favorite experiences. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and inviting and the experience made all the better by the amazing staff. The woman who helped us, who I believe is the owner, was an absolute delight. We were treated so well and it felt a lot like Sunday family dinner but with better food ;). I would highly recommend dining here and if I ever make my way back to Tuscany I will find my back here for another night.

05/05/2025: Montefiridolfi è un paesino di tre case messe in croce tra loro nelle campagne tra Firenze e Siena. Nemmeno tanto caratteristico. Se non mi avesse indicato un mio amico questo ristorante non ci sarei mai e poi mai passato e fermato. Pensavo di andare a cena in uno dei soliti ristoranti acchiappa turisti, come ce ne sono tanti e invece mi sbagliavo di brutto. Il proprietario sembra un personaggio scappato da un film di Pieraccioni. Il locale è formato da una stanza ( il fondo di casa come diciamo noi nel fiorentino) dove al massimo massimo ci stanno una ventina di persone. Tutti a gomito a gomito, con mobilio e tavoli comprati ad un mercatino delle pulci o da un rigattiere toscano , non un piatto uguale all’altro ne un bicchiere o una tazzina del caffè simili tra loro. L’arredamento è bellissimo. Arrivi e trovi in tavola due bottiglie di acqua e un fiasco di vino. Molto buono visto la zona. Sembra di cenare nel fondo di nostra Nonna tra amici, come quando facciamo le tavolate con le braciate e si mangia i che c’è c’è. Tutta roba genuina . Pochi piatti. Tutti espressi, e di questi tempi non è poco. Cibo buonissimo. In una recenzione ho visto dare un voto basso per via della confusione , ma se non si vuole la confusione non si va a cenare in locali di questo tipo. Si va all’enoteca Pinchiorri o da Cracco con la filodiffusione di musica da camera. Io ieri sera con locale pieno e un tavolo con tre cani ci sono stato proprio bene. Un antipastone toscano ( verdure grigliate vari tipi di crostini formaggi salumi ecc…) Una fettuccina ai funghi porcini portati direttamente nel padellino uno gnocco con tartufo stratosferico e un arista in crosta con verdure e patate . Il tutto buonissimo . Per finire mix di dolci fatti in casa vin santo grappa e caffe nella moca. Erano due caffe ma con una moca intera a disposizione l’ho bevuto anche io che non lo volevo. Vin santo e grappa offerti. Mentre faceva il conto il proprietario ha guardato il fiasco bevuto a metà e mi ha fatto pagate mezzo fiasco di vino. Prezzi visto le portate e il cibo più che buono . Uno degli ultimi baluardi della ristorazione toscana che resiste al tempo del consumismo sfrenato Da non perdere assolutamente !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

08/06/2025: Otra comida realmente excelente en nuestro restaurante local a solo un paseo de nuestra casa. Esta vez strudel di verdure seguido de ñoquis. Excelente elección de media botella de vino tinto de Marco. Lleno de gente toda la noche y merecidamente!

07/06/2025: Toll, dass es solche Restaurants noch gibt. Rechts an der Wand die Speisekarte, links die Weinkarte. Das Essen: einfach lecker. Die Hintergrundmusik typisch italienisch: Supertramp, U2, Simon & Garfunkel. Der Chef, Mitte 50 extrem sympathisch. Was will man mehr?

22/05/2025: The occasion was a dinner. We ate very well. The lady who served us was very kind and helpful. The place is beautiful and has a nice atmosphere. The thing that pleasantly surprised me was the absence of kitchen smells in the room. Excellent experience.
