20/04/2026: We had a nice dinner here one evening. We had seafood as an appetizer, pizza and fish. The food was quite good, the atmosphere was modest but pleasant, and the staff was very fun and communicative, and they certainly improved the overall impression. We had a very nice time. Free sweets in the end were also nice bonus!

02/06/2026: A truly excellent experience at Boccone! We ate wonderfully, with carefully prepared, tasty dishes prepared with great attention to quality. Special thanks to chef and owner Seby, who, together with his family, runs the restaurant with passion, professionalism, and extraordinary hospitality.
Despite our significant delay compared to our reservation time, we were greeted with great courtesy and immediately made to feel at ease. This treatment demonstrates true customer care.
Welcoming atmosphere, sea views, excellent cuisine, and impeccable service: a place we recommend without hesitation and will definitely return to.
Congratulations to Seby and all the staff! 👏🍽️

27/05/2026: Amazing restaurant with very good fish and wine, plus excellent and friendly service from all of the staff.
23/05/2026: The setting and food were lovely, and the owner was very accommodating for a non-seafood eater given the menu is small and mostly fish. It is expensive and we had some confusion over the price of the catch of the day, but they were very understanding and resolved it for us. The homemade bread and olive oil was also the best we had in Sicily! Would recommend

31/05/2026: We were greeted attentively, seated at a long table for 15 without a wait, despite it being a Friday night. We ate well, especially the excellent pinza and excellent meat dishes. The desserts were less impressive. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet informal. Also recommended for large groups.
28/05/2026: Very welcoming atmosphere, very friendly and fast staff. Excellent food made with fresh, top-quality ingredients, a great selection of beers, and delicious pinsas with incredibly light crusts. Highly recommended!

02/05/2026: Baglio Himera is a beautiful place. I consider it "Sicilian-style," meaning it respects its Sicilian origins, what makes us Sicilians special. The food is delicious; I had the pasta with pistachios, cream, and shrimp, which you must try here—delicious!—and the fried seafood was even better.
The service is good, and the staff is kind and courteous.
The atmosphere is beautiful, decorated in Sicilian tradition, well-maintained, and spacious, with plenty of seating. Highly recommended for a birthday party.
In short, the place is perfect... highly recommended.

20/04/2026: One of the pricier spots in Erice, but unfortunately the food didn’t match the cost. The ham was tough and didn’t taste fresh, and the rack of lamb was also super chewy. Expected much more given the price point. Not very impressed—there are better value options in town.

11/06/2026: If you get the table at the back you get a great Seaview. The food was incredible. Three very tasty dishes not including the tuna sashimi which hit the mark. All in all a great experience
10/06/2026: The window seat I requested is absolutely stunning but unfortunately the air con blows so hard we had to move to the table on the street - if you do not mind ice cold air blowing in your eyes, you will have the best sunset view of your life there! The staff were attentive to us and while initially it was not possible to move to a less arctic table, the main boss made it possible. We were served promptly until it came to the final bill - in the end we needed to get up to pay despite the restaurant not being busy at all (Monday evening). Now on to the food - absolutely spectacular. The mackerel special was insane. It is not cheap but the quality and flavour is fantastic.

The prices are more than reasonable, almost too low for this level (shhh...).

A very quaint place.
Excellent meat and pizza, good service, generous portions, and fair prices.
We spent time chatting with the owner (I think), who was very kind and helpful.
I went two nights in a row (why change if you're happy with it) and in the end, the real question is: would I go back?
Absolutely.
27/04/2026: We were welcomed even though the place was very full with great courtesy, we ordered some bruschetta that was nothing short of exquisite and not to mention the pizza, truly excellent in everything from the dough to the toppings. Characteristic Sicilian-style atmosphere, I was truly satisfied, I will return again.

13/05/2026: Very austere on the outside. Just on the day I wanted to visit the richly decorated interiors, a tour was not possible because the Japanese had rented the palace for a wedding. Is money more important after all? I was only in the hall very briefly and managed to take photos of the balcony at the rear with a view of the cathedral. A pity...
