16/06/2025: We chose the Appaloosa Ranch to celebrate our daughter's First Communion... and we couldn't have made a better choice! Everything was perfect: an original location, surrounded by nature and with attention to detail, with an atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The staff was friendly, helpful and super prepared, accommodating all our requests. A special mention for the cuisine, truly excellent: genuine, high-quality dishes, many of which were made with zero-mile products. Each course had the authentic flavor of things made with love. We received sincere compliments from all the guests, who were enraptured by the original setting, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. We initially discovered the Ranch while looking for a place to go horseback riding, and we discovered much more: a simple, true reality, with the flavor of the old days. A place that really deserves to be a UNESCO World Heritage Site for how it manages to combine authenticity, hospitality and tradition. I wish there were more places like this! We had a great time and it will definitely remain our point of reference ❤️

10/06/2025: We went with about twenty children to spend a day in contact with nature and animals and we had a great time, the activities are well organised and the owners are welcoming

09/09/2025: A wonderful evening at L'Albergo Ristorante. We arrived there hungry after a visit to the Valley of the Temples. You can sit in a lovely courtyard with small trees. The calzone, shrimp pizza, and tagliatta di manzo with fries were all absolutely delicious! The value for money is truly excellent! The warm chocolate cake with a melted center is also highly recommended!

08/07/2025: Delicious: The restaurant beautifully combines local ingredients, excellent service, and a wow factor, creating a truly wonderful experience. I went with my girlfriend for her birthday, and both the sommelier and the two waitresses were very friendly and attentive. When I mentioned the need to change a dish due to an ingredient, they offered a similar solution, which I thought was an excellent detail.

10/06/2025: An experience not to be missed among the starred restaurants in Sicily. Chefs Colonnetta and Patti, masters of hospitality, manage to make you live a unique experience in the gastronomic panorama. Another peculiarity, compared to other starred restaurants, is the not too formal spirit that distinguishes them. Nino, the maitre-sommelier, enhances each course with his explanations and wine pairing. The waiters are kind and professional. The dishes are studied in every detail with various references to Sicilian traditions, often taking you back to childhood memories. Finally, the desserts, in particular, our pear and chocolate was a revelation both to the sight and to the palate. An experience and a journey that enrich you.

26/08/2025: Excellent cuisine! The prawns are so fresh they melt in your mouth. The pasta is a dream. As is customary in Italy, you should order primi and secondi piatti for dinner. You can't find truly fresh fish everywhere in Taormina, but here you can! The service is very attentive and open to any special requests. Great atmosphere in the middle of the alleys. A wonderful place!

24/08/2025: I love it! I'd been there a long time ago. I wanted, so to speak, to unlock a memory. We booked so as not to risk being left waiting. The staff were attentive, kind, and the service was impeccable. I had very good fish first courses at excellent prices despite the restaurant being in the center. I was very satisfied. Memories never disappoint! 😂😉

30/08/2025: Discovered by chance, excellent restaurant! I highly recommend it for the service, the kindness, and above all the quality of the food. It was the first restaurant of the holiday, and we were completely satisfied. Excellent bread, but above all, the trenette with pesto and shrimp was unforgettable... I've never tasted such a delicious dish. When we return, we'll definitely stop by!

09/09/2025: I stayed two nights with my husband. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped (coffee maker, drying rack, hairdryer, shower gel, etc.). The restaurant is excellent and the staff very helpful. I recommend the Messina-style cod, the house antipasto, and the pistachio truffle.

30/08/2025: Impeccable service, excellent food, perfectly balanced dishes. The eggplant tart was excellent, as was the spaghetti with garlic, oil, chili pepper, shrimp, and lemon. Definitely worth a try.

04/09/2025: We had been twice on consecutive days. Food is amazing. Best pizza I ever had. Staff very friendly. Right next to the seafront. Can’t go wrong. Added 4.09. We returned again today and it was every bit as good as before. A true testament to the restaurant’s consistency and quality. ⭐ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

20/08/2025: SHAMEFUL AND DISHONEST!!!! PRICES DID NOT CORRESPOND TO THE MENU! Excluding the service (the girl was really kind and professional), the experience was APPALLING. I booked with The Fork, saying I wanted to eat meat because my son wanted a giant steak for his 5th birthday. I was contacted and told that there was no discount for meat. I accepted anyway, EVEN THOUGH NOT INDICATED, I am in a city I am unfamiliar with and didn't feel like looking any further. I got to the table and the first surprise: despite the menu listing meat from 55 to 75 euros per kg, they told me they only have meat for 89 (not listed anywhere). PRICES DIFFERENT FROM THE MENU. It annoys me, 30 euros more is not a small amount, but it is my son's birthday. I order the meat and ask for it to be rare, medium at most.... The meat arrived that looked like a slab of cork, INEDIBLE, UNCHEWABLE. The ingredients are good, but if you ruin them, you can't charge that much! Oh, and the fries are baked for another reason. €140 (with 30% off The Fork), 2 pizzas, 1 Coke, 1 wine €23, 1 appetizer €14, and 1 steak left almost whole (I tried to eat it anyway because of the mistake, but I couldn't. The owner, however, wanted to offer me a bitter liqueur, hahahahaha).

26/08/2025: Fabulous lunch here at reasonable price €51 for 2 people, one primo dish - fettuccine with salmon & prawns (my partner told me it was tasty) & one main - grilled chicken with 2 sides - mixed salad which was massive & flavoured potatoes which were delicious! One large sparkling water. Good service, location close to the beach.

26/08/2025: The experience at this restaurant on the main street of San Vito was truly satisfying. It offers a good variety of first and second courses, and a decent wine selection. The signature dishes are obviously the fish-based ones. We ate excellently, and the service was quick and efficient. The prices are in line with local fare, although I found the quality and service to be significantly higher. It's advisable to book, even a few days in advance during peak tourist periods.

17/07/2025: Did not live up to the hype. We were the only ones in the restaurant. They kept turning the lights on and off multiple times throughout our meal. Our waitress was completely confused with their own menu. I showed her pictures of the things I wanted directly from their online menu I got from the QR code provided on the table. The fries with cheese and bacon were good, but initially came out without bacon. I asked if it was supposed to have bacon and the waitress was again confused. After showing the picture from their menu again, we did get the bacon added. We enjoyed that. The Spaghettone alla Nerano and the Spaghetti alla Carbonara were very bland. The few slices of fried zucchini were good, but the pasta was mediocre at best. Asked two people for the check and again…took a very long time. They seemed to tend to the customers who were sitting outside instead of inside. Would not recommend.
