19/08/2025: We just had dinner here and the experience was good. The price-performance ratio is more than reasonable. As a tourist, I didn't feel cheated compared to more centrally located restaurants. The service was attentive throughout, and the dishes were plentiful. Special mention goes to the pasta dish "Tagliatelle Porticciolo"—it was delicious. In short, a typical Sicilian place, "simple," but highly recommended!

18/08/2025: A small, unassuming restaurant with a culinary level worthy of good traditional Sicilian cuisine. The service was excellent, from the chef to the chef, and especially the prices were very low. A must-see, especially for those who love tourist traps.

11/07/2025: Menù molto ricco e forse questo è l'errore. Non si possono avere prodotti sempre freschi e piatti curati con una proposta così ampia. Infatti le frittelle di pesce erano troppo cotte, praticamente con frittura marrone e dura, primo di pesce con troppa panna, calamaro gommoso.... Possono migliorare molto

08/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato qui più di una volta durante il nostro soggiorno a trapani ed ogni volta siamo rimasti estasiati dalla bontà dei piatti proposti. Complimenti allo chef e complimenti al titolare per l attenzione rivolta ai clienti.

08/08/2025: The appetizer was good. The first course, unfortunately, was not. The tuna fusilli tasted like canned tuna and oil. The gluten-free version was beyond reproach. The price was too high, but I understand we're in Taormina.

30/08/2025: We stayed at this property for 2 days. A charming place, just a few kilometers from the lively tide. It's the perfect base for reaching the beautiful coasts and neighboring towns. The room was quiet and clean; we slept wonderfully. The breakfast was good, with some local products. The pool was adequate and surrounded by greenery. Highly recommended.

23/08/2025: Absolutely exorbitant prices for Italy!!!! A pasta dish for €45? A tiramisu for €16? We drank the water and asked for the bill!!

22/08/2025: It feels like a tourist trap. We came because of the reviews. Prices are unreasonably high. The seafood pasta was made of frozen seafood. The worst I’ve ever tasted in Italy!! I had a few bites and couldn’t eat anymore. To avoid!

25/07/2025: Fast service and good availability for a couple of takeaway pizzas, a truffle pizza for the grown-ups and a margherita for the little ones. I think I remember it costing a little less than 20 euros. The restaurant and the atmosphere looked great, but it was our last night and we were in a hurry. Bottles of wine ranged from 18 to 35 euros.

20/06/2025: A nice surprise off the beaten track. Specialists in pinsa, a refined and simple environment inside a former factory where the exposed lava stone enhances everything. The choice fell on the classic horse meatballs which in Catania are a must on a bed of excellent caramelized onion and sautéed chicory, excellent bread. Excellent service, the only flaw is the background music which should be improved..for the rest the quality/price ratio is in line. Recommended

24/08/2025: A charming and quaint place. Excellent seafood. The spaghetti with clams was excellent. Nothing to complain about. The place is small and very welcoming. Today, August 24, 2025, 11 of us dined. We were very satisfied. The owner's son, Vincenzo, and a young woman served us very well. Vincenzo is friendly and very funny. He tells lots of funny jokes and makes his customers feel at ease.

12/08/2025: Beautiful and elegant location, you can dine outside (in the summer) surrounded by the greenery of an enchanting garden. The dishes met our expectations and we will definitely be back. 04/09/2025: We ordered one of the most expensive pizzas, but honestly it didn’t taste special at all. Probably it’s better to choose something more simple that you are sure about. Also, when the waiter brought the pizza, he started speaking in Italian. We didn’t understand and told him that, but he kept talking for a while before leaving. It was a bit uncomfortable. Another negative point – the glasses smelled bad and looked dirty, which really spoiled the impression.

04/09/2025: We had a great time; the pizza was top-quality, with a soft, airy crust and top-quality ingredients. The service was efficient, and they even warmed up our son's bottle with no problem.

Questo locale è una gemma rara, un luogo dove ogni dettaglio è pensato con una cura quasi maniacale ma mai ostentata. Qui si mangia e si beve divinamente, e non è un’iperbole: è la semplice verità. Le proposte culinarie sono uniche, originali, spesso sorprendenti: dimenticatevi i soliti piatti visti e rivisti. Da Collage si ha la netta sensazione di assaggiare qualcosa di introvabile altrove, un viaggio tra sapori inediti e abbinamenti coraggiosi ma sempre perfettamente bilanciati. Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro creativo, studiato e realizzato con passione autentica. E i cocktail? Un capitolo a parte. Favolosi è riduttivo. Ogni drink è un’opera d’arte liquida: ingredienti home made, infusi creati sul momento, spezie, agrumi, fiori, contrasti dolci-amari, texture inaspettate. Il tutto servito con un’attenzione ai dettagli che lascia senza parole. Si percepisce la mano di chi non si limita a shakerare, ma compone veri e propri racconti in un bicchiere. L’ambiente è semplicemente eccezionale: accogliente, curato, con un’identità fortissima ma capace di farti sentire subito a casa. E poi c’è il servizio: giovane, sorridente, presente ma mai invadente, con quella naturalezza disarmante che ti fa venir voglia di tornare anche solo per una chiacchiera al bancone. Collage è il posto in cui ogni dettaglio è poesia, dove ogni visita si trasforma in un’esperienza da raccontare. Complimenti sperticati e meritatissimi: posti così andrebbero protetti, celebrati, e frequentati il più possibile.

01/06/2025: Nice place in a very quiet, pedestrian, delicious street. Too bad I asked for a French75 (classic IBA cocktail) and it was really undrinkable... but it can happen, it's not really a problem. The problem came when I pointed it out, when asking for the bill. The cocktail wasn't finished, I took 2 sips. I waited 10 minutes for the bill - I even asked for it, there weren't many people - and they made me pay, without any reason given. I also left a tip but on top of that they get this review. See you never again.
