The cuisine is simply exceptional: 100% Sicilian, authentic, generous, and prepared with only the freshest ingredients. Each dish tells a story—that of Sicily, its traditions, and its unique flavors. It's a true journey with every bite, a joy for the palate! The setting is magnificent, elegant yet welcoming, perfect for enjoying a moment of conviviality and culinary discovery. It's clear that nothing is left to chance; everything is made with taste and a love of the craft. A huge thank you to Salvatore for this sincere and authentic gastronomic experience. 27/07/2025: We spent three nights at Baglio Oneto, which we will always remember. I proposed to my girlfriend during this time, and the entire team did everything before and during our arrival to make this day and our stay extra special. Many thanks again to the entire team. This historic hotel is in an idyllic and peaceful location, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was particularly varied, and the dinner was excellent. We would love to come back. 04/07/2025: Aside from the delicious, authentic food, the staff was super friendly and spoke good English. We had the spaghetti Bolognese, swordfish pasta, and prawns. It's definitely worth a visit. The value for money is top-notch.

04/07/2025: We came here without a reservation but luckily they still had a table for us. On the day that we visited the main course of the day was spaghetti with swordfish and eggplant. The food was amazing and very affordable and the staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely come here again.

21/08/2025: We visited Rinuccio a Milo and it was a wonderful experience. We ate traditional Sicilian dishes with a refined twist, all delicious and with attention to detail. The staff and chef were extremely kind and efficient, making us feel welcomed and pampered. The restaurant is located in a truly enchanting location, surrounded by nature and with a marvelous view of Mount Etna. A place that combines excellent food, friendliness, and the beauty of the landscape. Highly recommended!

19/08/2025: Ristorante Da Rinuccio is a renowned osteria located in Milo, on the slopes of Mount Etna, on Via Mareneve. It is renowned for its authentic Sicilian cuisine and welcoming atmosphere surrounded by greenery. Traditional Sicilian and Mediterranean dishes are served, with a focus on local ingredients. Specialties include: Trofie with pistachio cream and crispy bacon, and Macaroni with Nebrodi pork ragù and fennel. Second courses include slow-cooked pork shank and sliced cubed roll with mixed salad. The excellent ingredients used and the friendly, attentive staff are impressive. Also recommended for its location, the lush greenery surrounding the rustic restaurant, and the view of Mount Etna.

30/07/2025: They have a very nice terrace where you can sit and have dinner with a nice atmosphere. We tried “pasta a la Sarde”, typical of Sicily and also the typical dessert “cassata”. A quiet place with good food.

26/07/2025: Very warm and welcoming place inside and outside you are very comfortable, professional staff. Excellent quality food, the taste of the fish was very present, as it is fresh, even with slightly elaborate dishes, in fact I would like to recommend the preparation of some fish-based dishes in a traditional way, therefore simple such as grilled swordfish so you can fully enjoy the flavor of the same. Overall, a round of applause to all the staff.

03/08/2025: It was my first experience, and I repeated it several times during my stay in Forza d'Agrò. The bruschetta was excellent, with an extraordinary caponata. Excellent first courses. The fresh fish was recommended by Nicola, the owner's son. Attentive and professional service. Definitely recommended.

22/08/2025: It's always a wonderful experience to dine at this lovely osteria. The food is fantastic, prepared with excellent ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the owner is courteous and very friendly. If you're passing through Castelbuono, stopping for dinner is a must.

24/08/2025: Back to the Past Pasticceria, a family-run restaurant with a local feel. Historic since 1945, with classic steps and marble, it's a tearoom style. All the pastries, the brioche, the gelato, the cannoli, the baba rum, are delicious, and the staff is very friendly. They gave us some mandorla/marzipan pastry and orange cookies, which are famous, a delight. We wish we'd bought more. ❤️
