I proposed to my girlfriend during this time, and the entire team did everything before and during our arrival to make this day and our stay extra special. Many thanks again to the entire team. This historic hotel is in an idyllic and peaceful location, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was particularly varied, and the dinner was excellent. We would love to come back. 05/10/2025: I recommend visiting this place; we were very satisfied and even full. Everything was very special, from the appetizers to the desserts. The only thing to consider is that it's best to arrive at the right time and arrive by 1 or 2 PM, as food is only served during those times.

28/09/2025: We ate at this amazing place yesterday. The atmosphere is truly Italian: loud, cozy and packed with people. The food is as good as it gets. The menu features no pizza, but amazing pastas that all taste amazing and authentic. The service is what makes this place truly amazing. The waiters are engaged with customers and visibly put in their best efforts. They smile all the time and even brought us things to taste which were on the house. Still not convinced? We were not allowed to tip at the cash register, which should tell you all there is to know. Definitely would come back here when I have the chance. Amazing people!

04/10/2025: We visited about fifteen restaurants during our stay in Sicily, and I would rate this one among the top. Reservations are mandatory. We ordered two rabbits, wine, and julienne. Everything was delicious, home-cooked, and the portions were quite large. The place is pleasant and cozy, but not very large. I definitely recommend it, and order the rabbit (if it's on the menu that day)—you won't regret it!

The amuse-bouches highlight the chef’s devotion to detail and delight. The fact that so many of the dishes across the menu are coeliac-friendly highlights the thoughtfulness of the recipes. 02/10/2025: We went to this restaurant thanks to the various reviews. An excellent discovery of Sicilian cuisine. Everything was perfect, from the welcome, to the kindness of the server, to the contact of the CHEF with whom we spoke, and of course his innovative cuisine. Excellent dishes, interspersed with petits fours. We would like to return, but we are just passing through... Thank you very much.

08/10/2025: The trattoria is family-run. The father and son are very friendly and helpful; they explained the entire menu to us. We begin with a welcome from the kitchen. The food is truly delicious and freshly prepared. The cheesecake is highly recommended.

21/10/2025: In Palermo for work, I decide to try the meat and cannoli at Piana degli Albanesi. The place is small but cozy and clean, seating about thirty. Service is average. The meat and cannoli are excellent.
