The penne and salmon pasta was good, the beef steak was good, but the baked potatoes could be improved, as they presumably only needed a little warming in the oven. The sebada was good, and the toasted almonds with sugar and cinnamon were delicious. The waitress was very professional, attentive, and discreet.

08/07/2026: I went to the ZB Restaurant (under new management) to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were welcomed very kindly into a renovated and very charming restaurant. The wait staff accompanied us throughout the meal, making us feel at ease and explaining the dishes. The real surprise was the food: two fish entrees were spectacular and very good. For my appetizer, I had the rabbit roll, which was fantastic. My wife had the stuffed calamari, excellent (I tried them). The first courses were also very good: I had fregola pasta, and my wife had tortelli stuffed with sea bass with a sauce I can't describe, but delicious. We also enjoyed the desserts. A special mention for the bathrooms, which were very clean and well-kept. Next time, we'll try their tasting menu. Good value for money! P.S. Chef Matteo came to greet us in the dining room and told us his idea of ​​TOP cuisine!

24/07/2026: We had dinner here twice during our stay, and it was excellent both times! The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and welcoming, right in the heart of Buggerru. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. One thing that made this restaurant truly special for me was that they offer gluten-free pasta, which can be difficult to find. Marta was absolutely wonderful—she speaks English, was incredibly kind and attentive, and was constantly making sure every guest was well looked after. She even offered me gluten-free bread without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. The homemade desserts are fantastic. We tried the Crème Brûlée and the Ricotta with strawberries, and both were absolutely delicious. We also loved the spring salad, the appetizers, and everything else we ordered. A big thank you to Marta and the whole team for making us feel so welcome. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Buggerru!

02/07/2026: Pleasant service, good food and wonderful atmosphere. While we were there there was 70's 80's music, no live music. They also had bowling on the other side of the restaurant. Indoor and outdoor seating. Multiple cooking prep areas which makes since for the sheer size of the place. Definitely a trendy place. For all ages and all size groups. 8pm Tuesday end of June, and it was quiet but was starting to fill by 8:30-9pm.

30/04/2026: I had a very bad experience. The meat tasted burnt, with the classic black grill marks that were too pronounced. The fillet was stringy and flavorless. They also completely miscooked it: I asked for it to be cooked a specific way, and it came out different. The service was also very negative: when I asked for the peppers not to be included in the mixed grilled vegetables, the waitress responded with a firm "no," without even trying to check with the kitchen or offer an alternative. The prices were high for the quality. Overall a bad experience; I wouldn't recommend it.

17/07/2026: A pleasant surprise! We went to this restaurant on Thursday evening and I must say we ate very well... an appetizer, 3 first courses, and desserts... everything was delicious and at a more than fair price.

We were given the menu and after ordering, we were told that some items were unavailable; it would be best to let them know as soon as the menu was delivered. We waited over an hour after ordering. The pasta was overcooked and didn't taste up to the price, the octopus salad was rubbery and forgettable. We ordered the house wine, and it had a strange taste. We ate in the glassed-in veranda, and the overall neglect was quite embarrassing, with dirty, peeling walls; the inside looked recently renovated. We waited 20 minutes at the cash register to pay. The only positive note was the waitress, who was very kind, which is the reason for the 3 stars.
