06/09/2025: It was close to the hotel where we were staying, and we decided to try it. It has a lovely little terrace and a unique garden that gives it a magical feel. We ordered a sharing dish (fish carpaccio), very fresh and light, and then a pasta dish. I chose the Penne in Cream of Gamberi, and it was a hearty and flavorful dish. It was my choice to try something different.

06/09/2025: This is worth visiting when on holiday in Pula. We had twice dinner in one week and the taste and quality were superb. Instead of other reviews: the price is much better than at our nearby hotel. Recommended and do try the homemade cheesecake for dessert!

20/10/2025: We had an excellent experience here; none of the criticisms mentioned in the reviews were accurate. Lovely ambiance, plenty of space, very friendly staff, all the food was of very high quality and delicious, the ice cream (especially the olive oil variety) was excellent, and the price/performance ratio was absolutely right. Absolutely well-deserved 5 stars!

18/11/2025: Platter with a single slice of cheese cut into 3 pieces and 6 slices of various cold cuts, including ham and loin, I believe. Price: 14 euros, rounded up to 15 on the receipt. They should improve the platter. I think 14 euros for a slice of cheese cut into 3 pieces and 6 slices of cold cuts was fair. But I'm glad the only thing you have to say is about the 2 euro increase. The problem isn't the price, but the mockery. One expects to come to your country and eat well with honest portions, but we found very little honesty.

28/09/2025: Super friendly and attentive service. Since we were coming back from a quick shopping trip and spontaneously stopped by this restaurant, we even got a shopping bag. Delicious pasta with seafood, good house wine with water, and a dessert.

05/10/2025: The food was poor, the portions were small, and the service was pushy and downright unpleasant. I paid 32 euros for four shrimp—mediocre, according to the waitress. If they want to see a real seafood restaurant, they should come to Poland. I've never been to such a poor and dishonest restaurant in Italy. Not good for a restaurant in a seaside resort. I've been to many places, but here I felt like a cheated tourist.

It has an earthy, natural feel, with great attention to detail. The tables are beautifully set, the lighting is pleasant, and the staff's smiles are so genuine that you immediately feel welcome. And then the food arrives. The sea bream, in particular, is truly divine. It's served so fresh that you can almost smell the sea it came from. Grilled to perfection, light golden brown, with a delicately crispy skin and meat so tender it practically melts in your mouth. The seasoning is minimalist, and that's precisely what makes it so good: a touch of sea salt, a hint of lemon, perhaps a little Sardinian herbs – enough to accentuate the natural flavors without overpowering them. What might surprise many: the pizza at Pesce d’Orto is also really good. The dough is light, airy, yet beautifully crispy. The ingredients seem high-quality and fresh, and the Pizza Rot with its intense, fruity tomato sauce is a real highlight. You can tell that even simple dishes are prepared with great care here. What makes an evening at Pesce d’Orto so special is the combination of quality, warmth, and atmosphere. You sit there, perhaps with a glass of Sardinian white wine, feel the gentle sea breeze, hear the soft murmur of the other guests, and you realize: This is vacation. This is Sardinia.
