I recently visited ZB Restaurant and the experience was truly memorable. The dish I tasted, pictured, is a work of art. The combination of fresh and expertly prepared ingredients was astonishing.
The fish was high-quality, tender, and flavorful, while the crispiness of the sheets of pasta added a pleasant texture to the dish. The quality olive oil enhanced the flavors, creating a perfect balance between freshness and richness.
The restaurant's atmosphere is welcoming, and the service was excellent, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend trying the Chef's specialties, as each dish tells a story of care and passion for cooking.
Ultimately, ZB is a place where gastronomy becomes art. I can't wait to return to explore more of their delights!

Update to my previous review:
Ristorante Zia Belledda, a historic and renowned restaurant in the heart of Cabras, has recently changed management!!!
It is now led by an excellent chef who works with passion, dedication, and great care, offering top-quality dishes made with fresh, select ingredients.
The cuisine is rooted in tradition, yet enriched with surprising combinations that offer a truly sensory experience.
The first time we went for dinner, we unfortunately didn't take any photos; we returned today for lunch and were able to appreciate every detail even better.
On both occasions, we were pleasantly surprised: after ordering, we were offered a welcome aperitif with three exquisite small samples, a preview of the quality of the following courses.
Next, a warm, soft, and delicious focaccia arrived, perfect both on its own or for the inevitable "scarpetta" (soup).
Focaccia, bread, breadsticks, and every dish are personally designed and crafted by the chef, who is also kind enough to present his creations and greet guests.
The location is elegant yet simple, well-maintained, clean, bright, and accompanied by pleasant background music.
The staff is impeccable: professional, attentive, and welcoming.

I know the Chef well, as well as the new manager who will breathe new life into this historic restaurant, a place that deserves to be enhanced by a professional of Chef M.M.'s caliber.
M.M. was born with a natural aptitude and a true passion for cooking. As a boy, while attending hotel management school, he began working as a kitchen helper on weekends in restaurants in his hometown, developing a growing passion for the culinary arts.
After graduating, he immediately left for the renowned Costa Smeralda, continuing his experience in various parts of Sardinia and subsequently in Alto Adige, where he lived and worked for several years. Throughout this journey, he seized every opportunity to learn and train alongside prestigious chefs, engaging with a high-end international clientele.
I have personally had the honor of tasting his dishes: truly spectacular and refined creations, capable of providing an authentic sensory experience.
Today, after building and enriching his professional expertise with great commitment, sacrifice, and dedication, he has returned to his homeland to realize his dream: to manage a restaurant, ideally a historic one, and to ensure its continued success, preserving its name while enhancing it with his professionalism, precision, and passion.
I am therefore certain that a chef and entrepreneur of this caliber will be able to make the restaurant welcoming to everyone: families, couples, individuals, and groups, maintaining the value and reputation of an already renowned establishment. He will ensure order, cleanliness, excellent ingredients, and a varied and carefully curated menu, accompanied by attentive and passionate explanations of his dishes.
