22/12/2024: Terrible welcome, nothing else to add. 👇🏻 P.S. to respond to the ownership, I have absolutely no doubt that the place is historic, in fact it seems very nice, but I reluctantly noted that the politeness is unfortunately not at home. ⚠️Update to review: I was very surprised by the response received from the owner. I find that accusing a customer of "ruining the reputation" of a place just for having expressed a personal opinion on the experience he had experienced is an out-of-place and unprofessional reaction. I am sorry that my opinion, based on a welcome that I perceived as less than courteous, is being reduced to an unfair attack. I reiterate that my comment does not call into question the quality of the place in general, but simply points out a specific episode that I believe could be improved. I believe that every review, positive or negative, should be welcomed as an opportunity for growth, rather than as an excuse to respond in such an aggressive manner. However, I wish the restaurant to continue to be successful, with the hope that the management of the relationship with customers will continue. Greetings.

22/12/2024: Excellent relaxed place with a pleasant atmosphere and owners who make you feel as if you were invited to their home. An experience that goes far beyond wine or dinner, simply a wonderful place to enjoy life. "Ham, love and wine" is the proposal, and boy do they deliver.

10/11/2024: Un superbe endroit à Alghero, pour un soirée dans les ruelles piétonnes de la vielle ville ! Les propriétaires ont mélange le style de l'apéro italien avec celui du pays basque, pour un résultat très réussi : des vins Sardes, des pinchos (tapas basques) sur des petites tartines, et une superbe ambiance !

Chef Alexandra’s recommended dishes must have been outstanding to make such an impression. We dined there 3 times during our 1 week visit to Sardinia, every single visit made our mind blown with their fantastic food and service. The stunning view adds to our experience, making it a must-visit spot for anyone in the area.

The restaurant is beautiful with attention to detail. The food is really really good. The friendliness of the owner is the icing on the cake. 18/12/2024: Very nice, family-run restaurant, very courteous but slightly inattentive service: we sometimes had to make requests several times. To compensate, they are well prepared to recommend and choose wines, available on a large and varied list. The dishes were all very good, well presented and beautiful to look at, but the portions were really too small. The desserts that were served appeared beautiful and good. Account appropriate to the quality of what was served. If in the area it is certainly worth a stop.

11/10/2024: I spent three magnificent evenings in this restaurant enjoying exquisite fish, prepared with care and skill. The environment takes you back in time and makes you feel at home, this is also thanks to the owner Mariano who does his best with small attentions that really make the difference. Well done to all the staff too, as soon as I have the chance I will be back, that's for sure.
