17/06/2025: To begin with, the location is wonderful. It's at a height that allows you to see Castelsardo and the illuminated port while you dine. The waiters are very friendly, and the menu is extensive. There are three options for starters, main course, and dessert, or you can choose from a very extensive menu. A wide variety of fish dishes is available. For two people, a starter, main course, and dessert, with wine, costs approximately 150 euros. But it's worth it. Excellent value for money.

20/06/2025: Ciao a tutti, a Stintino abbiamo cenato presso la Trattoria OPERA VIVA, sita vicino alla Piazza del Municipio. Locale ampio, con deor esterno coperto e arieggiato, tavoli ben disposti, personale cortese e preparato, pronto a soddisfare le tue richieste. Ottimo il menu offerto. Noi abbiamo scelto un formaggio alla brace come antipasto, che era o caprino o di latte vaccino cotto alla brace in due strati di pane carasao, veramente eccellente, poi un piatto di spaghetti allo scoglio con il pescato del giorno e un fantastico fritto misto. Il tutto accompagnato da un’ottima Icnusa non filtrata e acqua. Alla fine un dolce tipico sardo. Se vi trovate a Stintino, telefonate e prenotate un tavolo, ne rimarrete decisamente soddisfatti. 24/06/2025: Menu of the day for lunch arrived around 2pm. We had chips and fried calamari, which then when it came to the bill, they admitted were squid. Big, hard. Anyway, portions for two, two canned Fantas, two draft beers and two coffees. €32 per person. Presented as a restaurant, poor quality of food. High price in relation to the offer.

01/07/2025: Traditional seafood restaurant with outdoor seating on the Sulis square facing the sea. It has interesting pre-defined menu solutions, for example at €50 for 3 courses. Fried "Alexander Massimiliano" with calamari, courgettes and aubergines good and plentiful. Excellent octopus "Nicolas Federico" as an appetizer. Recommended

17/06/2025: We wanted typical Sardinian food and that's what we got. Not being local, we asked a local friend for advice and I have to say we were fine. I didn't try everything because offal and snails don't appeal to me, but those who did were satisfied. Excellent porceddu. Very casual place on the street not in transit and therefore, if you're not local or someone in the area doesn't recommend it to you, it's difficult to find.

22/06/2025: I'll start by saying that this will be a long review because it's really worth it (writing and reading it). I advise the laziest to skip it. Couple's dinner: a unique and rare experience from every point of view. As soon as we arrived at the place, they made us sit down, only to then, after a few minutes, inform us that the reservation was for two days later than today's date. Having admitted the mistake, a waiter (probably the head waiter, whose name I unfortunately didn't ask) immediately tried every type of solution to fix the inconvenience, as due to excessive reservations our main course was missing: the porceddu. In the end, despite our multiple refusals to the very generous offer, the aforementioned boy took the responsibility of offering us the entire dinner (specifically: two appetizers, two first courses, seadas, watermelon, a bottle of their own wine and bitter). What can I say, in more than 10 years of experience in Italian restaurants, I have never received such generous, human and above all professional treatment as this. The guy in question should have a statue for his kindness, courage and problem solving skills. Side note (even if incredibly important): stunning location, genuine and home-made food of the highest quality. We will return without a shadow of a doubt at the very first opportunity, in the meantime, thanks for the experience!

17/06/2025: They offer a very fun atmosphere with dining under a live tree located within the restaurant. The food was delicious and I would suggest the eggplant parmigiana antipasto. Thin layers of eggplant in an amazing red sauce and loaded with melted cheese. The lasagna was another highlight and the sea bass was cooked to perfection. Huge wine list and a separate “longevity” menu featuring traditionally prepared Sardinia blue zone dishes.
