It's always a pleasure to return to savor the freshest seafood and fish, of the highest quality. Kudos to the owner for his exquisite kindness and to the staff for their impeccable and attentive service. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar. Highly recommended.

07/06/2026: A trattoria in the center of Cagliari, just steps from the port. Paid parking is available all around. It's not easy to find a spot. The atmosphere is homey and puts you in a holiday mood. The menu is essentially fixed, with a few changes that need to be requested in advance. The catch of the day is fresh, and everything was delicious and well-cooked. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. The desserts are excellent. Good value. I recommend it!

19/07/2026: Found due to the good reviews, my partner and I dined here last night. We were greeted very warmly by the very kind waitress. We had a truly delicious and tender Cannonau-braised cheek, and a very good Margherita pizza.

17/07/2026: We stumbled upon this place almost by accident, and it was a pleasant surprise. We had a wonderful time and ate very, very well. My husband still thanks us for the pork cheek 🫠🫠🫠, top potatoes!! I really wanted to try the tiramisu, which looked delicious, but unfortunately, I didn't have any room left. I hope to go back to try it. Ah... the pizza!!!! Speaking as Neapolitans do, it's really good!!!! Congratulations

The added value of this restaurant is the wait staff: young, super-efficient, and professional, whose kindness and courtesy aren't just superficial, but, in my opinion, stem from a desire to do their job well. This world still has hope! Back to the menu....Fregola with shellfish....amazing!

29/06/2026: If you're looking for authentic Sardinian food, Ristorante Pizzeria Donatella in Posada is a hidden gem that shouldn't be missed. From the moment we arrived, Francesco made us feel incredibly welcome. His warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality turned a great dinner into a memorable experience. The level of service was outstanding and you can tell he truly cares about his guests. The food was exceptional, prepared with fresh local ingredients and full of authentic Sardinian flavors. The seafood was especially excellent, perfectly cooked and incredibly fresh. Don't leave without trying the tiramisu. It's an absolute must and one of the best desserts we've had. For the best experience, make a reservation in advance and ask for one of the best tables. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

02/07/2026: Amazing fluffy pizza and you can’t argue with the price, very good value. We ordered the tuna pizza from the unique menu and the vegetarian from the classic menu, both were perfect! highly recommend trying this place.

17/06/2026: Good pizzas, but not as good as other pizzerias I've dined at. The air conditioning was blasting right up your neck; luckily, a lady asked if they could raise the vent, and they more or less succeeded. The music was awful; you can't blast the music in a small room with 4/5 tables and no window; it was hard to talk or hear. The prices are good, but in my opinion, the atmosphere needs improvement.

There's a unique satisfaction in betting on a place with a slightly rustic or unassuming feel and then discovering it holds true culinary treasures. Moreover, ending up in Ogliastra at lunchtime and savouring a top-notch porcetto (pork suckling pig) along with culurgiones (a type of ravioli) or typical Arzana cheeses is the turning point of the day. The warm welcome and kindness of the staff do the rest, transforming a casual lunch into a wonderful memory.

11/06/2026: I'm now reviewing this restaurant where my wife, daughter, and I dined at the end of May. We had the honor and pleasure of being served by Renzo (who passed away a few days ago). He was a man of rare empathy and professionalism. The news left us in disbelief. The food was excellent and the service incredibly friendly. While Luca was bringing us appetizers, my daughter turned to me and said, "It's been a long time since I've had gratinated mussels," the expression of a simple desire. As dinner continued, Luca approached us with a plate full of gratinated mussels (not on the menu) and said, "I spoke with the girl and prepared them for you." For this alone, the restaurant is worth a visit because you're treated not just like a customer but like family. 14/06/2026: We had lunch for two at Il Melograno, and overall, the experience was pleasant, although not entirely up to expectations based on the prices. Among the standouts, I'd highlight the veal with tuna sauce, truly well executed, and the excellent rabbit roll. The Nebbiolo recommended by the sommelier was also very popular, and proved to be a perfect choice. We were a bit unsure, however, about the tortelli stuffed with roast chicken, shrimp, and shrimp sauce: a combination that left us a bit perplexed and, in our opinion, lacked a convincing balance. The slow-cooked rump steak was also rather dry. The desserts are good, but €8 per portion seems excessive. The overall impression is of a cuisine that aspires to be sophisticated, but where not all choices are fully successful. Considering a final cost of around €130 for two, one would expect a little more. Furthermore, we're not in the center of a large city, but in a small town in the Monferrato area, where operating costs are presumably different from those of a restaurant in a much more expensive urban setting. Overall, a good experience, with some successful dishes and excellent wine, but the quality-price ratio could probably be improved. For this reason, despite having enjoyed a pleasant lunch, I don't think we'll return: at these prices, we expect more convincing cuisine and greater consistency between ambition, results, and final price.

05/07/2026: This is a local restaurant with free parking and very authentic Italian food. The prices are good, and they also have a great selection of desserts. We chose to sit outside, which suited us perfectly. The waitress was very friendly and talkative, offering helpful recommendations and speaking excellent English. Overall, the food was good and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. It was our first stop after the airport on the way to Tertenia, and it was a great start to the trip.
