15/02/2026: Yesterday, February 14th, we held our son's baptism reception, and we received so many compliments from our guests. We chose the seafood menu, the dishes were served promptly, and the waiters were very friendly, patient, and professional, as was the owner, and always ready to accommodate our every need. The dishes were so good that we asked for seconds of some of them—the fish was incredibly fresh, and the cuisine was innovative and sophisticated. We will definitely be back, and we recommend everyone to try this wonderful culinary experience. Compliments to the owner and all the staff!

08/02/2026: Today's lunch at "La Forchetta" was one of the best we've had! The food is incredibly fresh (especially seafood) and cooked by the great chef Antonello Mura, who, besides knowing his craft, doesn't overwhelm it with sauces that would ruin the flavor. We started with an (endless) array of hot and cold appetizers, including octopus, salmon, swordfish, calamari, mussels, panadine (a kind of fried pasta), and fried culurgiones (a type of sweet and sour dough). The first course was spaghetti with clams and bottariga (a type of bottarga) and paccheri with zucchini flowers, clams, and perhaps almonds? Delicious! The lobster, for the second course, was dressed in the Sardinian style—basically, with just oil and lemon—but anyone who knows what it means to be in the kitchen and cook up dishes that are both tasty and light will understand the value of this small but exquisite restaurant. The desserts were also a surprise: a cassata and a nougat semifreddo, all homemade. I'd also like to thank the attentive and friendly staff. Well, what more can I say? Long live "La Forchetta"!!!

25/11/2025: We received very friendly and attentive service and were given an excellent wine recommendation to accompany our meal. We opted for a set menu consisting of three appetizers, one main course, and one dessert. All the dishes were delicious, of high quality, and attractively presented. Our evening was a complete success. We visited the restaurant on a Monday at the end of November. During peak season, it's certainly advisable to reserve a table.

03/03/2026: It's the best place in Olbia if you want to enjoy excellent meat and, of course, truly exquisite desserts. Thanks to the hostess, you always feel welcomed like a special guest, and her husband, the chef who prepares all the dishes, cooks simply deliciously. In short, it's really hard to stick to a diet with them!

25/01/2026: There were 3 of us: 1 shared, mediocre appetizer 3 shared meat-based main courses (mediocre) (100g of meat each), 2 desserts, and a bottle of wine for €35. Final price €250. I've eaten in Michelin-starred restaurants for less. Classic "open/cash/close" gourmet restaurant recipe.

14/03/2026: Small but very welcoming restaurant, kind and professional staff, we had two tasting menus and everything was delicious, we will definitely go back also because they have very fair prices considering the quality and we left very satisfied with the dinner.

25/02/2026: Tasty and beautifully presented dishes. The fregola with shellfish and sea asparagus is excellent. The service is competent, fast, and friendly. The price is proportionate to the high-quality ingredients.

16/12/2025: A truly fascinating experience. The interior reflects the ancient building techniques used in ancient times, making it feel like we've stepped back in time. The walls exude history, and in such a historic setting, the modern furnishings fit perfectly. The open kitchen and expertly prepared food with fresh, local ingredients, a touch of innovation, and the dishes become art... Highly recommended!

01/01/2026: The owner and his staff were extremely kind. We stopped with our camper at the Bari Sardo camping area, which is 5 km from the restaurant. Since we didn't have any transportation, the owner came to pick us up in person. The restaurant is very special... outside the usual patterns, you feel at home. Spectacular food from appetizers to dessert... everything made by them and of their own production... all authentic food... Since Sardinia is a second home for us, I promised we'll return this summer. Highly recommended... long live Sardinia and the Sardinians!

06/11/2025: A beautiful restaurant with delicious food, and the staff are excellent at explaining things and making recommendations. The only thing the service could improve is this: We ordered a low-priced wine that wasn't available. The alternative wine offered was almost twice as expensive; perhaps this could have been mentioned. However, it tasted good, and that's what matters most.

01/03/2026: On a romantic family weekend, we went to this restaurant, which was a wonderful discovery! We even ordered the lunch menu and were very pleased! Typical Sardinian cuisine, with such friendly staff that we'll definitely be back when we return to Alghero! 01/03/2026: When we got to this restaurant, we found ourselves up a flight of stairs that weren't easy to climb. After a while, they helped us, and it was fine. Immediately afterward, the super polite and good girl took our order, and from there, after placing the order, we heard her say. But was that all they ordered? Let's assume everyone orders what they want, since we had a late breakfast. We also didn't like the pasta at all. I didn't want to say anything at the time, for the sake of peace, but there are definitely less starred restaurants with much better food. Never again. P.S. (Treat the dining room staff well, because she would go up and down without stopping on her own. And it's not like if she's talking to me and there are dishes in the pass, she has to drop everything to carry the dishes.)

06/11/2025: Visited one evening in early October with many foreign guests in a cheerful but not noisy atmosphere. The service was attentive and friendly, with excellent, beautifully presented dishes of sublime flavor. The suckling pig and desserts were fantastic. The prices were slightly above average, but in line with the high level of cuisine. The place is very unique, but once you're seated, you immediately feel at ease. Recommended...
