1 appetizer per person, plus 3 first courses and 2 second courses.
3 desserts and 2 bottles of wine.
I remind you that with The Fork, only the food (appetizers, first courses, and second courses) is discounted; the rest is not.
The food is good, and the service is good too, but when you go to the register and after paying €186 and ask if there's a free shot of amaro, the owner replies: "You just have to not book with The Fork."
Congratulations on your politeness and friendliness, but I remind you that no one forces you to order The Fork, while they force you to provide a receipt.

20/01/2026: Featured among the Smartbox suggestions, just outside Venaria, this trattoria proved to be an excellent choice. Inviting dishes, beautifully cooked and presented. The arrosticini with peppers and orecchiette with Calabrian sausage and turnip tops were excellent. The apple pie was soft, warm, and homemade. The staff were efficient, very kind, and welcoming, and the atmosphere was bright and clean.
20/11/2025: A restaurant that makes you feel at home. This is my second time here. The food is excellent. I highly recommend it.

06/01/2026: During a two-day trip to Turin with friends, we discovered the Carbonari restaurant in San Salvario, near the city center.
A very pleasant place with limited seating. The staff is young, but very attentive and friendly.
We decided to try some typical Piedmontese dishes, which, with a few reinterpretations, enhance the flavor even more.
Recommended!

01/02/2026: The place is small but welcoming. I gave it 3 stars because it's really chaotic. We were near the cash register and constantly found people crowded around our table. The waiters are friendly, but the service is really slow because they also do takeout, and in fact, we saw many more dishes coming out for those than for those in the dining room. We had the mixed meatballs and gyros; the flavors didn't remind me much of Greece, but everything was good. Prices were a little high. I would go back.

24/01/2026: We were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is informal yet warm and welcoming. The wait staff is attentive and ready to accommodate our every request.
Let's start with the appetizers: a Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare accompanied by delicious caramelized onions.
For our first course, we tried their ravioli, and the quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite.
To conclude, the quality-price ratio is balanced.
Highly recommended if you're passing through Chivasso!

26/01/2026: The pizzas combine local ingredients, are original, and very good. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxing, with warm lighting and paintings on the walls. The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. I often attend the jazz evenings on Monday nights; the musicians are always very good. It's nice to eat pizza while listening to live music, and you can even keep your voices low during the performance.

23/12/2025: I went for a company dinner and we had a wonderful meal. You can see the attention to detail in the dishes: veal with tuna sauce, perfectly cooked to perfection, lovingly prepared Russian salad, excellent homemade tajarin, and a tender roast. Attentive and friendly service. Unfortunately, the location near the station isn't the best, but I highly recommend it.
